Patrick BMW has been taking care of my vehicles for almost 20 years. From full restoration to basic maintenance needs, the service and parts departments are second to none. Quality and trust are key elements for me and this team consistently delivers.

First time getting my car serviced here. I usually go to Fields but this is much closer for me. Had a great experience. I scheduled an oil change and also reported an issue with my headlights and a persistent notification regarding Driver Assistance. While the visit took much longer than I expected, Blake kept me updated and a couple issues were found and parts needed to be ordered. While I was waiting, I asked the cashier if there was coffee or water available, I was shown where coffee was but no mention of water was made. Later a gentleman came by and asked me and another man if we were being helped and doing ok. We both asked for water and he brought us each a bottle and fully stocked the fridge while he was at it. Overall, very happy with this place and will be back again even after my car is repaired.

I went in for new tires, but my wonderful service advisor told me I can wait for another 7 to 10 thousands miles. If I had went anywhere else, they would have taken my money even if I didn't need new tires. That was a wonderful experience for me. I appreciate my time with Patrick BMW. VERY NICE PEOPLE there.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Always professional, courteous and informative. I truly appreciate Adam Crews and his kindness and patience with my concerns, especially as I am a senior lady who doesn t do oil changes or tire changes anymore . Seriously, Adam and the people at Patrick BMS epitomize GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Best staff and service at Patrick BMW! I drive an hour to get service here every time. They are always accommodating & go above & beyond. I also love how they keep you informed every step of the way. We were very happy with all of the service at Patrick BMW. We were on a 3,000 mile road trip through bad weather and on the way home from a college tour for our son when we started losing air in one tire. It was after 6pm so most places were closed or could not help us. Being 750 miles from home- we made it to Patrick BMW and met with friendly service. We left our BMW with a key in the night drop. Called in the morning to explain the problem and urgency. Had the new tire and our very dirty car washed and ready for us in short time and made it home safely that same day. The service really was superior.

I have been buying and servicing my cars from Patrick BMW for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. Their service department is absolutely first rate. I wouldn t think of having my car serviced anywhere else.

John came and picked up my M440i for the annual service. He was so polite and right on time. He brought me a car to use while my car was in service. I was able to run several errands and complete some things that needed to be done without ever skipping a beat. My service agent, Josh, let me know the car had arrived and stayed in touch with me the whole time the car was there. They performed the annual service, fixed a chip in the windshield and washed my car. John brought it back about five hours later all bright and shiny.

My 15 year old Mini has needed a lot of work over the past year as a series of parts have worn out. Patrick's mechanics have done a great job bringing it back to the peak of health. Looking forward to our next road trip!

This was my first visit to Patrick BMW, and have to say the service Was outstanding and Mechanic that worked on my car, was very thorough, detailed, and did an outstanding job!Adam my service manager did a fantastic job of taking care of every detail needed for my car and was extremely happy with his expertise and overall service at Patrick BMW!I won t be taking my X7 M50i to any other place for service!!

The service department at Patrick has been fantastic. I met with Fred and Aish on two separate occasions and both were very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I did not wait long at all on either occasion and the I have had no issues from the work they performed. Overall, my experience with the service department at Patrick has been exceptional.

Though it took 3 months to get the part we needed while it was on back order, I had an excellent loaner. My service lead Adam was great! Very helpful, informative by keeping in touch with me and an overall a great service partner (he even found the part at another dealer or I'd be waiting even longer!) Emil was right on time and very friendly when he came to drop off my car and pick up loaner! . Thanks to everyone who as involved!

The dealer advertise the Patrick Promise which includes wheel/tire repair or replacement but when you bring it in they charge you $150 and let s not talk about the 2.5% credit card up charge. DO BETTER

I took mu BMW X7 here for service. By far one of the best experiences ever. My service advisor was Josh. Extremely professional and helpful. Great work on the vehicle. After service was done they washed it inside and out before handing it over to me. Definitely recommended. This is where I m going from now on. Thank you Patrick BMW Service.

I took my 2021 M550 in to change out the rear diffuser to the M Performance in black. Adam Crews was really helpful to make sure everything fit precise with no gaps.
