Top down this is an excellent staff. They listened when needed, explained when appropriate, and delivered on every promise. I bought a certified used car here and I'm here to recommend the experience to anyone in the market.And a special shout-out to Payton in Sales. Worst dealership in town. They will sell you a car which is not at their dealership then forget to call you next day to come and check the vehicle. Took me 4 days to get a car. Very unprofessional. Must visit if you want to buy a new car with bad experience?

I felt like I was ripped off. I came there for an oil change and tire rotation and to take a look at the auto locks and windows that were not working. Initially the manager said he was going to charge me $160 to diagnosis the problem of the electric locks and windows and I agreed. A fews hours later he said he needed more time to diagnosis. I thought the mechanic spent time doing the oil change and tire rotation and didn't think anything of it. If he would have said from the start "hey I charge $160 an hr to diagnosis and it may take more time" I would have said no as I'm not paying to train someone to know how the electrical system works in my Lincoln Navigator (that's the reason I took the car there as they should know how Lincoln Navigator's work). When he told me he could not diagnosis the work problem and it was $320 so far, I told him that when he told me he needed more time I thought he was being courteous with the work being done not that I would pay $160 an hour. He asked me to bring the car back during the week so they can continue diagnosing it and I told him how much will that cost up to $10,000 and this is entirely out of the questions. Very disappointed and I will not go back again. Don't be surprised if you see something on Yelp for this...
