We got a great deal and great service on a used Lexus RX350. Alex was very helpful by sending us an iPacket that inludes the CarFax, Dealer pre-sale service, original brochure and orginal MSRP info. Alex also shot a video and sent it for initial inspection since we are 4 hours away. He also addressed all our questions professionally. (We ask a lot of questions and reference Carfax heavily). Next, they arranged a test drive with a local family member before we made the commitment. Michael, another great salesperson they have, handled this beautifully. A few days later we made the 4 hour drive to purchase and got more great service from Vince, the finance manager. We also had questions for the sales manager, who was also very accomadating. A great team that worked together and made us comfortable. We left with a smile and a great car.

First..they added 7.000$+ on extras for a 20.000$, 2020 Nissan Murano, 29k miles (35% price increase!!). I realized this price increase on my car when I got home and reviewed the documents. It seems this is a common way of doing business on many car dealer and succeeds specially if you are a first time buyer. Anyways, I complained, they gave me a discount and after 2 cancellations, the amount on extras was lowered to 2.300$ for 3 warranties. Asides this, the rest of the purchase process was nice, on financing, the seller Alex Shaw was very attentive, and the most important, the car runs perfect.

Purchasing cars tends to be a task I do not enjoy. For this car purchase, I had a great experience! The whole team has been great with communication. My wife and I were in the market for a Wagoneer and Schaumburg Lincoln had a nice used one on the lot. We went to see the vehicle and knew that we wanted it. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and upon walk in, before even test driving, the sales rep immediately began to finish the financing process before i even looked at the vehicle. The sales rep and the finance manager both feed inaccurate information; as well as, being overly aggressive to complete the sale without accommodating to the customer. Throughout the purchasing process they made it extremely difficult and confusing to finalize the deal with the bank, and then would constantly call my phone to get the deal done with no regards for me being at work. If you do not answer they will then give empty threats to retrieve the vehicle unless you give a call back. Making the vehicle purchasing process a lot more stressful than it already can be. They will go as far as calling at almost 10pm to finalize a deal. By far one of the worst experiences when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.

Just bought a used 2018 Ford Fusion, amazing deal on the car itself, low mileage, and went through vigorous testing and checks to make sure the vehicle was in great condition. The salesman Payton was very helpful, personable, and helped me get the best deal. He also told me all the features of the vehicle and even helped me connect my phone to it before we left. If you need a new/used car, this is the place to go!!

I had such a great experience with this dealer from the moment I walked in until walking out smiling. The staff I talked to were friendly and not pushy like I ve experienced at other dealers. I had to bring my two small kids which I was worried about with wait times and such however the two waiting rooms made it manageable and the snacks were a bonus. The staff understood and got my kids laughing never shaming them for being curious kids. I m so glad we landed here to meet our family s needs.

I recently purchased a vehicle long-distance from Alex Shaw at Schaumburg Lincoln and couldn t be happier with the exceptional service I received! Alex did an amazing job working with me to get everything completed via email, texts, and phone calls. He was easy to get in contact with whenever I had questions and always responded promptly. Buying a vehicle sight unseen, several states away, is nerve wracking but working with Alex put my mind at ease. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a car here after mine was totaled first time left with a great experience except they called me back in two days to sign a new contract with almost double the interest rate than what I originally signed for! And an extra $100 down I should ve took this as a red flag and returned the car and walked away! not even a week after signing the second contract my car begins to overheat mind you I don t live close so I use the warranty they gave me to get it towed and still had to pay $170 out of pocket. They return my car a week later offering me NO rental so I was without a car again just weeks after buying one! And my car 2 days later did the same thing began to overheat this happened 3 more times getting it towed, paying, them taking days, me without a car unable to get to work and them saying it s fixed or there s no problem and a few days later it happening again. My final straw was taking my 2 month old and 4 year old to the doctors and it completely overheating and the heat going out when it was freezing cold out! I finally call to tell them something needs to be done I haven t even had this car a year and I ve brought it 4 times for the same thing! They agree to trade & find me something that will match my payments and even though I m already losing out on money again what other choice do I have? I have a 2020 trax at the time and they show me a 2017 ford escape which was a total downgrade and another Chevy trax 2021 which was an extra $100 a month and wouldn t work with me to lower it $50 more to help. This place just thinks people have money to throw around I feel I should ve been compensated for all the stress, time, and money I had to spend on my original purchase the times I went without a car and missed work and couldn t get paid... I was comfortable with my payments and the manager spoke to me like I was a child! He said you have two options take it to service or pay this price it was freezing cold out and I asked if I took to service would I at least get a rental and he shrugged and said they usually don t have any. For all that I went through with this car they can t even make sure I could get a rental home???? I should ve been a top priority with how much I ve come and brought my car back for the same problem. He spoke in an unprofessional manner and when I said you guys gave me a car that hasn t worked, he said FIRST OF ALL we didn t give you any car just because he wasn t the manager at the time they are still responsible for helping me with what happened and treating me with some compassion as I am a paying customer. In the end they didn t care and didn t even treat me like human they just threw their hands up in the air and said I paid for a car as is! The worst experience. I wouldn t even send my worst enemy to them. They are only money hungry sharks that don t even treat you as human. Or see the struggles I cried while the manager didn t even care to try to help. They still got me out of thousands trading in this car after 4 months and they couldn t simply lower my monthly payments $50 to help out. STAY AWAY

After an oil change experience at Rohrman Lincoln dealer, they sent a message asking for a feedback. This is what I wrote:Very dishonest people. I came in happy, left upset, very unhappy. I think your people are creating problems when there is nothing to fix.I will write about my experience on every site; Google, Yelp, Better Business Bureau. I am outraged. Just before coming to the shop, where I was parked, there was no leak, no drop. Your people are saying, there is a leak here and there. I have a habit of looking everywhere I park for any leak. I never seen anything, including just before coming to your shop. This is what goes through my mind: these people are crooks, dishonest people, who are cheating honest people. Instead of furnishing the customer s lounge nicely, the owner should ve found some decent people for his service department. Also, I look on my windshield for a new oil change sticker, but surprisingly they left the old sticker there and never put a new one.

Unprofessional customer services and individuals! They need to be trained more on how to run the business and treat their customers! The worse is when you book an appointment 2 days in advance, to be there on time and then someone will shock you by! Oh sorry our computer systems are down and we can t do anything for you! BTW, The car service doesn t need a computer systems but needs people who do the job manually. Once the customer is present, you have to act fast and solve your problem instead of letting him leave embarrassed loosing his valuable time, mileages to drive all the way to your location and then no even apologies. So sad, we ll never use you again!!To the concerned superiors of this Lincoln branch, Customer service is the key of success! Plz train your employees

Fantastic car buying experience. Everyone onsite was friendly. Dealership was clean and well maintained. Prices were fair without any hidden fees etc. Both Michael and Todd worked to get me the best possible deal in a 200 mile radius for both the purchase and my trade in. Nick from financing helped streamline the process despite the state website being down. Didn't push extra warranties beyond what he really felt would be helpful. Special shout out to Michael again who went above and beyond getting me the plates eventfully as I couldn't come back in given my busy work schedule. Overall great experience from the moment we entered to even after we left!

The purchasing of the vehicle was smooth. However the day I finalized the purchase and took the car home, I found issues with the brakes pulsating when applied at speeds higher than 40 mph. I took the vehicle to my local Lincoln dealer and they told me the front rotors where warped. They had to be replaced on a 2017 vehicle that had approximately 35k miles. A cost to me of $1450. I relayed this issue to the Rohrman group and got no response. I'll never purchase another vehicle from them, because apparently they cannot be trusted to sell a mechanically sound vehicle.

Bought a vehicle from them back in may of 2023, it is now jan 1 2024, I am yet to receive the title for this vehicle and my lender has not received it either. Have made multiple attempts to contact them to inquire about where the title for the vehicle is. I have left messages, to the GM since the finance managers inbox has been full since the first call I made. Maybe this doesn t happen often but you would sure think someone would at least return a call. Poor customer service and obviously don t care about customers enough to get them to purchase another vehicle

My dad and I had a great experience. We had gone to other dealerships, and the salesmen were very pushy and tried to rip us off. However, Alex Shaw was very nice since we set foot at the dealership. He was very patient with my dad and me, especially since I had to translate everything to my dad. He was transparent about price and helped us get the best deal along with his GM, Jeff. Now, I have a new (used) car, and I m happy with it.

Update 12-15-23:As of today, with a long await of over a month, my mom does officaly have her car back and at first we were extremly upset by the customer service, now I would like to add that Tiffany was very helpful to my mom and provided excellent service to her. She was understanding and listend to our problem.Initially disappointed with my 2023 Lincoln Nautilus purchase.I encountered connectivity issues right after bringing it home. The dealership's initial response left much to be desired, leading to my negative review.However, I'm pleased to report a positive turnaround. The dealership showed genuine concern to my dissapoitnment. Their service team worked diligently to fix the problem, expediting the part-ordering process. Throughout, they provided a loaner car, easing the inconvenience and since the car was at the shop for over a month they offered to make the first payment of the car as well as providing a second check since my mother just picked up the car this week on Wednesday I belive, Tiffany the manger was very kind and helpful, the team at first did give a hard time but it all worked out in the end and they did thier best to provide good service which we were very stasfied with and we appricate all the effort.In the end, the connectivity issue was resolved I appreciate the dealership's efforts to rectify the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction. While the journey had bumps, it ended on a high note, and I'm grateful for the team's dedication.______________________________________________________________I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Lincoln dealership. I recently purchased a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus base from their certified inventory, and I regret it. Almost immediately after bringing the car home, I encountered a problem - my phone couldn't connect to the car's system.Naturally, I returned to the dealership for assistance, hoping to resolve this issue. However, the staff proved to be unhelpful and showed no interest in finding a solution to my problem. If I could give negative star ratings, I certainly would.Their attempts to update the system were in vain, and they informed me that a part needed to be ordered, which could take weeks or even months. What's even more frustrating is that they refused to allow me to exit the contract, despite my strong desire to no longer keep this car.I want to emphasize that this wasn't just any used car; it was a certified used car, which implies a higher level of quality and assurance. Paying extra for a certified used car should, in theory, provide peace of mind and confidence in the vehicle's condition. However, my experience at this dealership has shattered that expectation.In addition to the initial problem with the car's system, the fact that it took several months to obtain the necessary parts for the repair is nothing short of exasperating. To make matters even worse, they couldn't provide any assurance or clarity regarding who would be responsible for the monthly payments during this extended waiting period.It is absolutely unreasonable to expect anyone to continue making monthly payments for a car they neither possess nor can use. This is a clear violation of basic consumer rights and fairness. No rational individual would willingly agree to pay for a vehicle they are unable to drive.The only commendable aspect of this experience was their decision to provide me with a loaner car during this ordeal. However, it hardly compensates for the significant inconvenience and frustration I have endured due to their lack of accountability and customer service.Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership, as they have shown a severe lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and have left me with an unresolved problem and a car I no longer wish to keep. This has been a disheartening experience, particularly when one should expect the utmost assurance when purchasing a certified used car.

I think this dealership concentrates more on new vehicles instead of used vehicles I bought a used car and it needed something s repaired on it. I had to call them a week later to see if I could pick it up no one knew when it would be done and when I finally picked it up the tire light was on the salesman never called to follow up. I have had it for a few days and truck want open so I called salesman to let know he said did I get a warranty I said no I will not buy from this dealership again.

I was in the market looking for a used Toyota 4Runner.One model popped up on Bob Rohrman s Lincoln of Schaumburg's lot. Now I had already been in contact with two other dealerships that are out of state with similar vehicles. The sales team at Bob Rohrman s responded within hours or less than 24 hours. I asked for photos of the chassis.BOOM I got it. I asked for specific information about the truck. BOOM I got it.The other dealerships lagged in response. Guess who got my business.My point of contact was Mr Harlow Mills. Mr Mills is knowledgeable, laid back and most importantly not your typical pushy salesman.The whole team from the Manager, Mr Mills, and the finance rep did an awesome job getting me in the right price range, and monthly payment that I was comfortable with.If I m in the market again and have to work with Lincoln of Schaumburg again .Forgetaboutit! There is no doubt in my mind I d have no second thoughts.

My son got his first car financed here a little over a month ago. He was overly excited, first car note ever. Since the very first day he got the 2015 Audi it was making a humming sound and leaking oil. After numerous calls back and forth finally they opted to take a look at it and saw that it has an oil leak. They offered him the option of fixing it for a lesser drive than Audi!! Now it s running hard and loud and the check engine light is on. The people that he has speaking to has pretty much told him there is nothing they can do (Todd, Alex). They offered to possibly do a trade and put him in a 2011 or 2012 with money down!! He literally just got this car! And for him to be stuck with no options for a lemon is terrible! This is the worst car buying experience ever for a young kid. Do the right thing! You sold him a vehicle that had issues beyond anything that a purchaser should fix! The oil leak is almost $1600! Now the check engine light! It s probably a new motor! If I could leave zero stars I would!
