Me and my wife has been car shopping for a couple of days. We end up at napleton Subaru in Schaumburg. The service was great The salesperson was kind and understanding the service manager and finance manager worth the way that our payments was comfortable to our needs. And also put us in a different car that we didn't look at. I called that great customer service. Thank you again.

After perusing over 10 Chicagoland dealers in 2 days, I finally dealt with Will at Napleton Schaumburg along with Max & Nick who were simply outstanding to deal with and made the entire process seamless and with the least amount of hassle. Their entire team is of paramount recommendation.

My son went to Schaumburg Subaru to buy a car. We ended up getting Abdel Mughrabi as our salesman. He was an awesome salesman. Made sure all our questions were asked. My son wanted nutty butter cookies and Abdel made sure that happened. If you are looking for a car I recommend that you come here and ask for Abdel. Sorry I don t remember the other guys names I think Randy and Steve.

I had a great experience today purchasing my first Subaru! Andrew helped me throughout the day select the best models and financing options. He was very helpful and his personable touch made the process easy, clear, and to the point. I appreciate Andrew and Nick explaining the different options and packages in detail. This is my first car purchase that wasn't a family hand-me-down and I couldn't be happier with my 2024 Crosstrek. I will absolutely be back and will recommend to family and friends. I pulled off the lot all smiles! :)

Phenominal experience. The salesman will rivera was a great guy! He never tried using any shady pushy salesman tactics on us. He was very patient and professional and let me choose any car I wanted. He answered all my silly questions.,the entire process was so quick, I walked out with a 2024 subaru ascent in less than 2hrs. Best car buying experience Ive had so far.FYI this is my second car from this dealershipand I love itthe finance manager nick was very professional and he knew what he was doing the whole process was very smoothly I highly recommend this dealership specifically will the sales man he is Awesome

We had a great experience working with Javier. I researched the car and negotiated on line. We eventually went into the dealership and the deal was completed. My favorite place to purchase cars. Best dealers in the local area. Bought my first car from here back in 2018 and my first new car in 2024. Gave them a call and Ricky was immediately helpful in setting up an appointment. From there, it was a smooth process of going on a test drive, getting a ton of info about the car and answering all my questions. While working on the sale, Jeff the sales manager came by and introduced himself. Him and Ricky both helped me get a great deal and get the paperwork started. Finally, Nick the finance manager guided me through all my paperwork and answered every question I had about the financing process. I left that day knowing I got an amazing deal and my biggest respect goes out to all the staff that helped me out throughout the process. Everyone was super helpful and definitely will be coming back if I need anything else in the future.

I brought in my 2014 Subaru Outback with a failing transmission and the used car warranty in hand, purchased when I bought the car 18 months earlier. I want to call out Antonio in the service area as professional and the most helpful person I have ever dealt with on such an issue. There were multiple instances of going back and forth with the warranty co.pany as they asked for additional documentation. Antonio was well organized and asked all the right questions. I cannot say enough good things about how this young man handled the situation. I am VERY happy with the work that was done so another shout out to the mechanics who fixed my car.I have since returned for a separate issue was again very satisfied with the service and Antonio's positive attitude. I hope management reads this as he is the kind of employee every company should have working with their customers.Well done!

My first time shopping for a car, and I am so glad I stopped by. I did not expect to get a car, but I did end up leaving with one. Al, sales + leasing consultant, is the best. He worked with me to find the best car for what I needed. We ended up staying past closing time, so I am very grateful to him and the rest of the team for being so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Friday, December 8, 2023, I took my 2022 Crosstrek to Napleton Subaru for scheduled maintenance/service. Antonio, the service writer, handled my transaction in a friendly, professional manner. While there, I visited the showroom to check out new vehicles, the Legacy in particular. I had NO intention to buy/lease a different vehicle because I was satisfied with the Crosstrek and had 14 months left on the lease.Todd Sauer greeted me and asked if he could answer any questions or show me features of the new Legacy. Todd was not pushy...simply helpful. Long story short, Todd, together with Jeff Calhoun (Sales Manager) and Stephen Black (Used Car Manager/Finance Manager) worked diligently to craft a deal that allowed me to turn in my Crosstrek 14 months early, avoid paying a disposition fee, put ZERO money down, and retain the basic parameters of my original lease, increasing my monthly lease payment by only $5.00.The entire transaction was quick, pleasant, and painless. I've bought and sold many cars over the years. My experience with Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru was by far one of the best.Todd stayed with me throughout the process, despite making for a late Friday night, and causing him to miss his son's football game. (I offered to return Saturday, but Todd wouldn't hear of it.)I recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru for both sales and service.David M.

Will was really awesome in helping me pick out the best car for my budget. We looked at 2 used cars and 2 new ones. I ended up driving off the lot in a brand new Crosstrek at the price of a used car. I'm super excited. He gave me plenty of options to choose from and compare. I didn't feel forced to take a deal at all. I feel super comfortable coming back for anything else I'll need in the future. :)

Look for Abdel. He's second to none! If you're looking for a professional, who's truly trying to help his clients and give it 110% every time, look for this man. He's honest, very tentative, and rather than being pushy, he takes his time to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed thoroughly. Keep those qualities up Abdel Karim, and you'll dominate this industry like your namesake did in basketball.

The car I purchased was fine, no problem there. Trying to get information on the title is like pulling teeth from a lion's mouth. Purchased the car back in Nov and it's now March. I've called a few times and was even put on an email thread with their title clerk. I responded to the email but then received a bounce back that I am blocked. Left messages but no call back. It's not like I was spamming them with calls either. I'm on the phone with them now and was assured I'd speak to Nick in finance but nope sent right to vm. This is a matter of fact type of thing so I don't get the stonewalling. I spoke to the state and the person I spoke to said, based on what I'm dealing with this title, would never go to this dealership....me too. What I'd like to know is why it's taking so long, what's going on with the title now, and when can I expect it. Bonus if they can tell me why they haven't responded.Update: I was able to finally speak to someone about the title. For those reading this review, seems that if you spam them with calls they'll respond, that's my experience anyway. Jessie in finance, thank you for taking ownership and getting me the information I was looking for. My one star still stands as this whole episode was poorly handled....how you respond and when you respond is very important.

Great customer service. I went for an oil change. It was nice getting a text from my service consultant Keith, in case I had any questions. My oil change was done fast. The waiting area was comfortable and had good coffee.

After shopping around for about a month, I was finally happy to drive home in my new Subaru! Russ was straightforward, honest, and very cool to work with. He met with me a few times and worked hard show me all the cars that fit my requirements, spent time going over all my financing options, and went above and beyond to get me the best price! Other dealerships I went to made me feel rushed and seemed like they were talking in circles when it came to financing but Russ was upfront presented everything very clearly. I would definitely come back here for my next car!

Our salesman was personable and efficient. He was a nice guy that carries himself well.In typical Napelton Dealership fashion our concerns about the vehicle we were purchasing were not addressed. And while we did buy a vehicle from the dealership, the staff sweet talked their way around what was important to us. Not a bad experience, just a reminder of why so many consumers dread the car buying process.

Bought a certified used outback Wilderness 2023Excellent condition, fair price, friendly, helpful customer service from Ricky Perez. He was very fair, honest, helped price comparison of other car s similar for sale from other dealers.His sales managers worked with us on the sale (max and Nick) who also helped us purchase our new Subaru. I want to go out of my way to express how happy I am with our decision to visit this dealership.We got a great trade-in valuation and the car we purchased was sold at a great price. More importantly, we were pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism from every person on the sales side of our experience.Professionals in the car business can be tough to come by, but this is a wonderful exception.I d strongly suggesting asking to work with John when you get there, you will be grateful you did. This dealership plays games!!Do yourself a big favor and avoid this dealership altogether.Made a serious cash offer to the dealership for a vehicle, sales person needed to check with manager. Not only did the manager refuse the offer they made it clear that they had the lowest priced vehicle of this brand/model within a 300 mile radius and decided they were going to increase the price. They did indeed increase the sale price of the vehicle. They raised the price twice for a total of $1000***UPDATE***Emailed Chris Napelton twice and received no response. I assume he couldn t be bothered . I was hopeful he would reach out to try to broker a deal on the 2012 jeep wrangler. I just wish that this dealership was interested in their customer satisfaction. The response below is their standard response for customers that are unhappy with their business practices. They have no intention of doing the right thing.

Excellent dealership. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and very courteous. I am also very grateful for having had the privilege to have Alain Vilma as my Sales Consultant. He was extremely understanding about my financial situation and we were able to get a new vehicle for me and my family. I was in and out the door in under 4 hours and on a busy Saturday and having to deal with financing. I highly recommend these guys!

My husband and I bought two Subaru cars on the same day. The service was great. Our sale rep, Abdel, was knowledgeable, provided great suggestions and recommendations, professional, and patience to work with us. Overall everyone at this Napleton dealership was awesome and provided us with great accommodation for us to pick up one of the cars (due to some commitments we had on our side). Highly recommend this dealership for your next car! You will be in great hands with Abdel!

Being loyal customers for (dare I say) decades, each and every time the experience is always elevated. So much so that it serves to rate them in the "distinguished" level column for Customer Service. Case in point: we recently purchased two (2) cars within a two (2) month period. High praise for our Sales Associate Abdel Mughrabi and our Finance Manager Nick Spohnholtz. I must add that yes, I have a closer dealer to me but traveling 45 minutes to an hours drive to this particular Subaru Store, it's worth my time. Furthermore, I only take my car to their Service Department (again, worth the time to travel) due to their exceptional Service Manager, Keith Meyer and Service Advisor Nate Klein.

Tried to buy a used car. Offered them their asking price for their car and the trade for my car was too low for my liking. They said go to car max, we match. Went to car max down the street and went back less than an hour later and they said they can't match it. Wasted my time , don't let them waste yours. They lowball trades and don't honor car max pricing.Edit: Some additional unfortunate things transpired but they did try and make the situation better and for that I'll adjust the review accordingly.
