I enjoy going to Patrick Mini for service. You can get designer coffee or tea next door at BMW, look at some luxury cars. The Mini showroom always has a few cool cars to see, and now there is an anniversary timeline history of Mini on the wall to read, quirky and interesting. Brad and the service mechanics are awesome. You are kept updated with videos to see what they're inspecting and the results are explained clearly. They are timely and the car is returned clean and vacuumed! I've always been treated kindly and with respect.I'm on my second Mini Cooper from Patrick Mini and even from sales staff, I was comfortable since the first test drive of my first Mini, ice blue they no longer make. Never felt any pressure, just pleasure and shared Mini appreciation.Thank you all. Coopperheads,Let's motor

We have been a customer and a client of Patrick Mini for over 3 1/2 years. What you find consistently is that they always deal with tremendous integrity, professionalism, and with extreme detail and care while performing an outstanding service on your car. The service staff including the service manager, and the maintenance technicians performed their duty with great pleasure and professionalism. I as retired airline Capt. happen to be a stickler for details when it comes to quality of service and repairs done on my machine. I dare say that I don t think I ll find a better crew than what I find at Patrick Mini keep it up.

I would recommend Patrick Mini service to anyone looking for an accommodating, reliable, and honest service department. We have two minis (2006, 2017)and been with Patrick Mini for 17 yrs. The service team is fantastic.

i like this dealership due to great customer service. they take video of your vehicle assessment and thoroughly explain what needs to be done. during maintenance check it was determined i needed new front brakes and my adviser saved me net $100 by recommending i purchase a slight warranty extension. also they gave me a beautiful brand new rental so i didn t have to wait. they kept me well appraised of progress and delivered my car back nice and clean!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

My mini started up fine and then I received some error messages. I safely pulled over and then it died. And would not restart. Thankfully the mini dealership was still open and I had it towed there. Joe from service called me first thing at 7:30 to ask what happened. He showed genuine concern. I then received a detailed video from the tech on what the issue was and how they were addressing it. I was so relieved. I highly recommend this group for the care they showed and the quality of their work.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Drove down from Wisconsin to buy a Mini Clubman S at Patrick Mini and worked with Dimitri. I can't say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was. We had a slight misunderstanding about the car that I found online and the dealership manager Ivan and Dimitri made everything right. It was a great experience and worth the trip across the border. I would highly recommend the dealership!

This is my second Mini and I love the car so much and that is further aided by an absolutely stellar service department. Service Manager Brad Smith is incredibly helpful, courteous and communicative and that makes me come back time and time again for any of my needs. I stopped by the dealership over the weekend to see if a pre-owned mini countryman (2-3 year old car) would meet what I needed. I was planning to purchase a car for my father-in-law because he had previously driven a Mini Cooper base model for 14 years. After test drivings, I would like to negotiate the price. However, the price was a bit higher than my budget, and so I was asked to consider another option - purchasing a new 2021 mini-cooper (it is not countryman, but a 4 door hardtop version).My wife and I are so happy to find this deal - a good price, full factory warranty, full maintenance service package, and a lower interest rate. When we showed the car to my father in law, he was etastic as well.This is what Dimitri did for us. He provided us with what we requested and suggested a better option for us to consider and helped us to go through the whole process without any pressures. If there is anyone who considers purchasing Mini Coopers, please stop by Patrick Mini located at Schaumburg IL, and look for Dimitri. You will not regret it!Young

Anna and Dimitri were fantastic representatives! I just bought my first Mini a few days ago and I've never had so much fun in a car! There were some "special features" I was told to look out for and I'm ecstatic every time I see something new this car can do! I'm nowhere near an expert when it comes to car buying, but these guys made it easy.

I leased a top of the line Mini Cooper in a few hours with Dimitri helping me all the way from the contract to explaining me in details how to enjoy all the features of my new car. As soon as I had my first issue he immediately got back to me with a solution. I can't be happier about the car, the service here make my prior experiences (mercedes and Toyota) pale in comparison. Basil in the financial department made me save almost $100 a month with the lease. Overall you have a feeling that you are treated like a friend. Again this did not happen in my prior leasings. I highly recommend this place if you want to save money and time

Had a wonderful service experience with Vince. Vince was super patient and explained why I needed certain services. He provided a heads up on repairs I would need in the next few months and the pricing for those items. I can not say enough nice things about the attention, time and care he put into making sure my Mini was well cared for! Thank you!!

I had such a wonderful experience with the salesman Matt Kinsella! I originally went to Patrick mini last summer to see if I even liked driving the Mini Cooper. Matt Kinsella was the salesperson I talked with and explained what I was thinking. He took his time and explained the car to me and all the features it had!When I was ready to purchase the car this February I contacted Matt Kinsella right away and he went above and beyond what I expected!!! I highly recommend if you are looking for a Mini to contact Matt Kinsella from Patrick Mini in Schaumburg. You won t be disappointed!!!! Thank you Matt!!! I love my car and you gave me a different outlook towards Car Salespeople!!! Such a great experience!! I wish all salespeople were like Matt Kinsella!

I can't say enough good things about Dimitri. When i found the Mini I wanted, he delivered it himself to my location near St. Louis!! He dotted all the I's, and crossed all the T's. It was such a smooth transaction. I would definitely go through him again!!
