Diagnosed my vehicle pretty quick. Price to fix was $700 more than dealer. I guess the only issue with that was the explanation of why. There wasn't. Part of the problem was his parts cost was twice as much from Napa than the BMW part at the dealer. I wish I could have bought the dealer part and had him install it. That's not his policy. Always thought the dealer would be more expensive but not this time. Nice guys and they understood.

I wish I can give this place no stars. Make sure whoever comes here , to check any problems you didn t have before you went there. I came for a coolant flush and left with a coolant leak. Worst part of it all , the Indian manager guy started answering phone calls as I was explaining my concern. I am taking it upon myself to contact a lawyer for the damages and disrespect that was done. Don t ever go here. Jiffy lube charges a little more but gets the job done 100% right. Meineke does half of there work in little amount of time for a rate that SOUNDS fair. I was told I got a standard flush. I said is there a better flush I can get that might cost a bit more I was told no. So that sounds like half work to me. I left with damages and my car is smoking from my hood.

I have had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to Meineke for over a decade now, and I must say that my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism and customer service provided by Phill and Tariq have been outstanding, and they have always gone above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is well taken care of. Not only have they treated me with the utmost respect, but they have also extended the same level of service to everyone I have seen them interact with. Absolutely great shop. They do E inspection and text me inspection with bad parts and service need I like pictures that I can see broken parts and service I need manager is friendly, efficient and does what he can to get you in and taken care of. Had brakes, thermostat and oil change done, and they got it done quickly. Less than a few hours for quite a bit of work.Been here several times and they have always done right by me and don't try to sell you services you don't need.That said the crew there is great and the only shop I trust.

I had some problems with my truck and took it in. First thing I noticed was how friendly the owner was. There was quite a bit of work needed to be done on my car, which I already knew. The price that I got charge was way less then any other auto shops and they got all the work done on a timely fashion (dropped my car off at 12 and was driving out by 5). I would highly recommend this shop and I will be doing all my mechanic work through them.

Two thumbs up and definitely recommend. Doesn t push unnecessary work (aka your wheel won t fall off and it is a 250k vehicle). Phil and Matirek are honest and actually try to save you money instead of overcharging. Proper maintenance and good driving will save you $$$ later.

Do not use this shop for an oil change. They stripped the oil pan plug when I had my last oil change here. Went to get an oil change and was told plug was stripped. Not leaking oil so I know they did it. Went and discussed it with them and they would not take responsibility. Buyer beware.

Went for first time here for a break job. Was very pleased at service and care given me there. Pricing was more then fair and so far car feels great. From outside place did not look like much but dont judge a book by its cover. Would recommend them for sure.

I have been searching for a shop that can reliably service my 2004 Grand Prix with over 200,000 miles. I think I have found my go to auto service shop.Came for brake service. As service progressed, other items that needed attention were noted and discussed with me. No pressure to do, just providing alternatives and leaving the decisions to me.I'll be coming back for future service.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I ve never met anyone so rude especially in a Customer service role. Didn t catch his name but it s the black guy, thin, glasses, ball cap, approx 6 0 . I believe he s the manger since he s the once greeting customers and not wrenching. As I m waiting for my turn, another customer arrives requesting to replace a patch. This guy continue to rudely say we can t patch a patch. I understand he s attempting to explain however, it s the way he is addressing the customer. Ultimately, he left and drove in his flat. My car was on the lift and called me out to the bay to show me the readings for an alignment. As he s speaking to me, I turned away from him and looked towards my car. This rude guy says right here demanding me to reface him again. It took me a sec to analyze if this is really happening. His condescending attitude,Speaking to me as if I m a 2 yr old child. I was mortified. At that point I shut down and demand he lower my car. I m leaving. And that was that. Unreal!!!!

Made an appointment for an oil change at the location to make sure I can get in and out. I show up only to be told before the guy made it from his back office to the computer, we don t have an appointment for an oil change. Never asked my name, never checked. Then proceeded to say, We can fit you in . Really sir? Thanks for wasting my time.Service: Oil change

I was treated professionally, with courteous service and a competitive price. They also performed an overall check on the auto and indicated everything was in working order. Timely and thorough communication at all points of my experience. I was also driven home (I live fairly close) so I could be more comfortable while I waited for the work to done.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

Person at front desk was unprofessional. No detail in the diagnostic process, or whats wrong with the vehicle and why it needs replacing. Ignored any comments I made as if i didn't know anything. Just shady. Not going back

I had a free brake inspection done after I called and made an appointment. I gave the details of my vehicle and was told to come in for a free brake inspection and they could not give me a price until they did the inspection. After waiting for some time I got the quote of over $1000. I decided not to go with the service and got charged $130 for the inspection. Very upset he said there was extra set up time for a van. I m putting 1 star just because there is not a category for no stars or negative. What a scam!!!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I ve been stressed about my ac fear of how much it might cost but it was 90 degrees outside and no amount of driving fast with the top down was going to cool off my car. Went in he diagnosed it told me the next steps he needed to put Freon in the car w a dye it was about 100.00 come back in a week or so to see if there s a leak if there is that dye will help them find it. My air conditioner feels so good right now. I m more impressed by the quick diagnosis and how quickly i got cool air. Less than 45 minutes. We have to wait & see what the next steps are but he did a great jobServices: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Never ever have your vehicle Inspected at Schaumburg Meinecke. They failed my vehicle because of an invisible crack in my exhaust system. I had 2 vehicle Inspections in the previous 2 days and no one else mentioned any problem with the exhaust system. Also, my vehicle was not leaking coolant before I went to Schaumburg Meinecke. I have the dry parking spot to prove it. It sure was leaking coolant afterwards.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Staff did everything possible to squeeze me in for a front bearing and two rear shock assemblies. Made an appointment for the next day and got me out much sooner than the projected time. Did great work, even short staffed. If you are kind, and patient, they'll get the job done.

Tarik and his team did an amazing job on our 2012 Ford Escape. We had some issues with our exhaust and he was able to replace the affected parts and we were back up and running the next day at 9am. This is a fair and honest shop and I will continue to bring our cars back to them before going anywhere else.

They gave me a very high estimate to repair my exhaust. I felt they were overcharging the repair. The only option that was presented to me was to replace the whole exhaust system. They even tried to encourage me to take out a line of credit to pay for there overpriced estimate. I will NEVER take my car there again. Midas was able to make the repairs for a reasonable price. Do not waist your time here.Service: Exhaust

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here yet again. Came here a couple years back for an emissions test and was impressed. Just brought my daily driver Jeep Cherokee there for a muffler fix. They were unbelievably quick and the price was cheaper than the other two local shops I checked out. Outstanding.

Yesterday i was referred to meineke Schaumburg because there was a problem with my car. When i get there i was informed that labor for fixing the car would be 130$ per hour and max 2 hours. I left the car and the next day the told me it would be 800$ to fix it so I said no thanks ill take it somewhere else, they said well you have to pay 260$ labor, i said but you didn t fix it, They said its for telling you whats wrong, they told me that there is no oxygen sensor in the car which I already knew. I was extorted and they forced me to pay the 260$ to get my car back and they didnt do me any service. I called the cops and I put what happened in writing and alerted the cops about it.
