We live more than an hour away but continue to drive all the way up here due to their customer service.Recently we had our battery go out and also needed a new alternator. All we had to was call, they checked our warranty, and even emergency ordered the service part (due to my concern of driving the car). The advisors are always warm and friendly and are upfront about all costs.

It started with meeting sales rep Willy who sold me a Mazda 2022 CX30. He took the time out to answer all of my questions and was very polite. Willy kept me informed of when I was going to receive delivery of my car. Thankfully it did arrive on time when he said it would. Next I met the manager Johnathan that was very knowledgeable with the paperwork. He too answer all of my questions with buying a new car. Very kind and also made sure I was satisfy with my car and service I received. Lastly the service rep Steven was welcoming and went over service I had done on my car. Jose made my car buying experience extremely pleasant and easy. He went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He was very quick to correspond by email, much better than any other dealership in the area, and we had almost all the paperwork done before I ever walked into the dealership. He made sure my new car was sparkling clean with a full tank of premium gas. Definitely recommend this dealership if you're going to buy a new Mazda.

I typically don't leave reviews; however, I felt compelled to say how pleased I've been with this dealership. My salesman (Christian) was the cornerstone of my experience: he's exceptionally thorough, genuinely cared about my needs and went above and beyond to meet them, in many instances he exceeded my expectations. I must say, this has been a night and day difference compared to the previous dealership I used when buying my last two cars. All in all, I'm sure they have other great salesman as well, but I highly recommend anyone reading this review, if you're considering a Mazda, consider giving this dealership a visit; ask for Christian.I'm going in for my first service today (oil change) and will update this post to share my experience.

Christian was our sales advisor and he did a fantastic job of making the entire process easy to understand and as quick as possible. He helped get us the most for our trade in and even helped entertain my children while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. Everyone working in the shop is courteous as well as quick. My oil changes usually only take a half hour, and the service is excellent. Great waiting area with coffee and some pretty comfy seating, so it seems like time flies when you're waiting.

I bought my cx 5 in 2016, and I have all repairs and oil changes done here. Kenny is absolutely the best! Polite , professional, understanding., and extremely knowledgeable. They make me feel safe and secure. I know when my car is finished, I have no worries! Kenny explains everything. Let's me know when something is starting to wear down, and gives me a time frame to have it repaired and /or replaced. I have never had anyone make me feel like they look out for me. You sure don't see that anymore.

I took ownership of my new vehicle without noticing a large rip in the back cargo area of the vehicle. A few days later I noticed the rip while loading groceries in the rear. I called the dealership and spoke to Mr Garrett, manager of the service department. I explained what the issue was and he set up a time for me to come in to repair the rip. I arrived on the day appointed. His crew made repairs no questions asked. Kudows to MrGarrett and his crew for doing the right thing. I not too crazy about the dealership but the service department is a keeper.

I m sure the quality of the actual service on my car was fine. However, the front desk service is subpar. Also, it is literally impossible to get through to them over the phone. I was transferred about ten different times between three different people all claiming the other was the right one to talk to. Much improvement necessary.

Ken is the best advisor that you could ever have. I have been dealing with him for about 4 years now. I will continue to have all my service and work completed here even though I am sure I get find cheaper prices at a non dealership shop.juat can not pass up how awesome Ken is.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Just run! Worst service experience I have ever received. I have been following up with on a warranty claim for more than 3 months. I dont even know whether they have filed a claim on my behalf yet. Looks like they are willingly discouraging warranty claims.

Once i went there to get my oil change, it was the worst experience ever. First technician brought told me that my tires are bad and need to be replaced, so he got me four tires for $1300 (parts+labor) of unknown brand. I saw a better Michelin or Bridgestone for $700 plus Costco technician told me that my tires are still good (i also went to firestone they told me the same). Second thing that Mazda technician told me is i need to change my transmission fluid, at first i agreed but then my brother told me (he is a mechanical engineer) that you never have to change a transmission oil in Mazda's especially in one with SKYACTIVE technology.

The worst!!!! Forget appointments they don t adhere to times! Meet and greet.... none stood around til someone finally came then disappeared. I would check other Mazda dealerships before I would spend any more money at this one. We visited a few dealerships before we visited Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda last Friday, and had a terrible experience, but the customer service that we received from Ivan Bedolla and John Proano (Manager), as well as the maintenance packages that they provide helped us decide to buy the car from them! We also want to thank them for understanding our budget constraints, and working with us to provide us with the extra savings. We will definitely consider buying our next car from Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda in the future!

I bought a Mazda CX-7 from this dealer in December 2014, few months later I started hearing some cracking when making sharp turns which I ignored, and in 2017 Mazda called for a recall to fix the lower arms saying that is very risky to keep driving the car in such a condition, so I took it to dealer for the repairs, few months later the same problem came back and didn t now how bad the problem is till now when I m trying to sell it, I took the car to the mechanic for the inspection before selling it, and he told me that I m lucky I m still alive because the front wheel could detach anytime and it s loose and he said either the recall was done badly or the damage was already big when they did it, I don t believe that Mazda could risk the life of the many people driving their cars on roads just like that, it is a big shame. Please for anyone who want to buy a car from Mazda be very careful specially the older cars. The Mazda vin number is JM3ER2W52A0349504

9 months after oil change with them and oil level is 1/8" above max line (measured cold, coolant not dropping). They put too much. They also told my wife "your manual transmission oil is very thick and needs to be replaced". Transmission has no dip stick and no easy way to check the oil and I just changed it my self - they definitely were not in there. If you are going to charge top dollar for service, make sure your service is top notch!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is for service, i came in thinking we had to program the keys and Dave in service just replaces the battery on the controls and the car started. Amazing person and customer service. Super happy
