I got into a car accident and had my car fixed by Lopez Auto BODY & Repair shop. They did absolutely amazing, my car runs incredibly.. honestly better than when i first purchased it! The people are super kind and helpful here as well. They were also able to repair my car in awesome time, it hardly took two weeks. Definitely recommend this establishment for anyone who has any car problems or needs any repairs. I will be returning with any future problems i may have! 10/10!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

My advice to anyone do not ever use this shop they had my vehicle for over four months let rain snow get in the vehicle did not fix the damages they needed to fix I still have dents cracks in my tail lights I still have suspension problems from my accident they were supposed to replace my door panel they left broken plastic pieces on my door any of the work that they did you was not completed. The vehicle is a complete mess and smells from the damages they caused by leaving the windows opened for months As wellService: Body & Trim

Absolutely brilliant work! Sent in an RX350 with a door that was a bit bent with slight rusting. After the work was done, it looked brand new. The work they done was truly amazing and really brought new life to the car as now it looks in great shape.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did a great job with my car. Can't even tell someone hit my car. And they promise they would have it ready on a certain date and they followed through. Highly recommend them. They even cleaned my car inside and out and I had some giftcards that I had forgotten and they made sure to leave it my car. Thank you !!!!

I ve been going to Lopez Auto for years now. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop, they are very nice and hardworking people. They always treat customers with respect and they are professionals and know what they do. I do recommend Lopez Auto Body & Repair to anyone looking to get the job done! I already recommended them to my family and friends, they do NOT disappoint!I drive all the way from Chicago to Lopez Auto, it s so worth the drive.

My car has been in this shop for well over the time I thought it would be done. I had my vehicle picked up on September 3rd. It is now September 29th. This is ridiculous they told me they had to order a part but I didn't know it took 4 weeks for the part to get to the shop, I just called and they told me my vehicle is done but there is "a noise that they don't like" those exact words came from the women who owns this shop. It is a big red flag my vehicle shouldn't only be ready but should be ready and better then ever, instead they messed something up and now have to do more work, a high paying customer like myself should not get this type of service. I am appaled.

Lopez Auto Body is the shop you want to take care of your vehicle. They are efficient, friendly and professionals. They answer all your questions and they will tell you straight up what's wrong with your car and what it needs to be done up front. I`ve being using their services for over 10 years. I will keep going there and recommend family and friends as they would not be disappointed!

Do not go here, we had our vehicle front fender painted and after a year the clear coatstarted flaking off, we went and explained to Lopez and he said sorry only a year warranty. I explained this is unacceptable he did not care so I paid $ 500 and now my new car looks terrible and had to go somewhere else to get it done again, beware of this place, he takes shortcuts and is not professional. Stay far away.

They did such a good job on my car can t even tell I hit anything . Looks better than when I got it . They also cleaned they inside of my car out . Everything was clean . Better looking than I brought it . Very much appreciate them !!

They did an awesome job on my F150, I was skeptical at first with the cheap price but man it came out looking new, I wish I could post a picture. Fast service, good price, nice people I would recommend this place.

I got quotes from five auto body shops. I was not going through insurance. They were not only the lowest by far. The quality was the best. I highly recommend!!

THIS BODY SHOP DOES NOT DESERVE NOT EVEN 1 STAR! IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS TO GET AN ESTIMATE. YOU HAVE TO LITERALLY CHASE THEM TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. THEY TELL YOU A PICK UP TIME AND WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON YOUR CAR. IF YOUR CAR NEEDS EXTRA WORK THEY TELL YOU WHEN YOU SHOW UP AND OFFER YOU TO DO THAT EXTRA JOB ANOTHER DAY AND CHARGE YOU AGAIN INSTEAD OF CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW AND IF THEY NEED TO CHARGE YOU MORE DO IT! I DON'T MIND TO PAY EXTRA BUT HAVE MY CAR READY! THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE MY KEYS UNDER THE MAT AND WHEN I SHOWED UP TO PICK UP MY CAR , THEY ASKED ME FOR MY KEYS, DUDE! THEY ARE WHERE YOU ASKED ME!!! NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER BODY SHOP TO FIX WHAT THY COULDN'T DO IT!.
