This specific location always has the nicest employees and also tolerate some of the nastiest customers I have ever seen. I would rather go to this jiffy lube than the actual dealership for my car! Please give a special appreciation for this location !

This Jiffy Lube has the nicest people I have ever met. They have now rescued me twice over. First, they changed my license plates and second they filled up my tires when they were really low both times they were super kind and super fast and I know it s not something that they usually do but they saw I needed help and they were happy to help me I will recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone!

The mechanic and technicians at this Jiffy Lube location went above and beyond for us. They assisted in picking up a part our car needed from down the street, then installed everything quite literally in a jiffy, faster than their predicted completion time. Highly recommend.

I definitely don t want to come back to this place anymore. I don t mind that they did not vacuum my car while changing oil. They removed the cabin filter from the gloves compartment suggesting that I have it replaced which I refused. The problem was that the contents that they removed from there, they did not put them back. Some were scattered on the floor, some on the front seat. When it was time to pay, I was shocked to hear a$105 bill for something that I paid the last oil change I had in another JiffyLube, for $70.

Beware !! Took my VW gti , they do not drain the oil because don't have plug and gasket recommended also don't have high end syntactic oil for European cars, do t even talk about a good quality oil filter. Just go somewhere else where they really know their stuff.

I ve been a repeat client at this Jiffy Lube the last couple of years and am always happy with the work they do for our cars. The staff is super friendly and attentive. (Tambi�n tienen trabajadores que hablan espa�ol, lo cual es un plus ) Definitely recommend this location

Ordered tires through a 3rd party service online and had them delivered to this location. I called to inform them of my online purchase and to schedule an appointment. The man on the phone insisted it was first come first serve. On the day of the delivery, the manager looked very confused and denied me service saying they don't accept online deliveries and can only mount tires bought by them for "legal reasons". The manager told me to "be careful shipping tires to a shop because they'd get stolen", and that no tire shops in the area would likely help me. He then plugged his own friend who owns a shop 10 miles from this location. I called Discount tire down the street and they assisted me immediately. Very embarrassing behavior.

Performed CVT in expected timeframe (actually completed prior to expectation). Good communication with both shift supervisor/manager and bay attendants. May return for my next oil change. Ask about coupons (never hurts).

Pulled in and asked for an estimate. Quoted $75 for synthetic blend. They charged ~$12 more after they realized it took an extra quart of oil. They pulled the air and cabin filters and showed them to me. I elected to do them myself. When I got the filters I found they had not even reinstalled the clamps on the air filter lid and the hose clamps were only finger tight. Fortunately, I had not driven far. The cabin filter was missing the two screws holding the cover on. I called the business to inform them. The manager offered to fix the issue if I brought it in (already fixed). He took my number, thanked me for the call, and said he would take corrective action with the technician. With these simple issues on the air filters, I wonder weather the oil/filter change was done correctly. Definately keeping my receipt.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Awesome experience! They don't just change oil. I literally felt like part of the family. I got my car out of storage and took it to get an oil change knowing that the battery might not hold a charge. Ricardo was awesome. He went down the street, grabbed me a new one, brought it back, and installed it for me right then and there. They could have just jumped started it and sent me on my way, but they didn't and I didn't have to worry if I was going to break down after I left. So I brought my truck in next because of the exceptional service and they remembered me. Once again when I drove away, I had the feeling they cared about me so I know they cared about my car. Highly recommend and not just for oil changes.

First time there had alittle wait ,when they thought my car was done and getting ready to pull it of of the garage two guys were asked if they filled my tires and something else they just looked at each other blinded by the light !! I knew then I wouldn t be coming back here again $140-.00 Oil change and 2 filters I really didn t need changed

You guys charged $99.99 for oil change. This is just double than what others are charging Can you please check the cost once again to confirm this is due to mistake or this is the correct cost?

I went in for an AC evacuation and recharge, but unfortunately I needed a new compressor and they don't do that.They were very nice and it was about 4 hours between drop off and their call back to let me know.They didn't charge m for the diagnostics, either. I will be back there for my oil change and other maintenence needs!

Ruined my all day... like i went there 11:30 in the morning and they gave me my car at 7 pm when they closed the shop,,, and then also did not properly finish my car break.. i went there last Tuesday also, but that time they say, "Come tomorrow, today they can not make done to change break pade of my car so i tell them i will came next Tuesday because i gotta only 1 day off from my work and thats only on tuesday... so they are okay with it and say we will make ready your car parts, so there no need to wait much. But when i went there morning 11:30 and they opened my car and said your car break pade is on the way. I was oky thinking that's took only 30 minutes around but they took my all day like they gave me my car when they closed the shop.. and still my car break is not working properly..The thing is, they ruined my all of the day, and still, I have to push the pedal all the way down with using my full energy for aplay breaks..And before i have to just give direction to my foot fingers to aplay breaks..

They overfilled my car last two oil changes. First time they draw enough to get into correct oil fill level. Second oil change they overfill my car engine even more and when I came back and asked them to do thinks right, guy started arguing with my dip stick in his hand that "it's okay it just little bit over max fill line it will be okay to drive", but I've been persistent in my demand to drain oil to correct fill level. So allegedly they drained it to correct level ,but since my trust to them is broken I checked oil level next day and guess what it's been still over 3/4 inch over max fill. I'm done with jiffylube for good, I did oil change and other services with them since I purchased car new ,but no more after this experience. Their attitude to costumer is joke...to be dare enough to blame costumer for their failure, no apology nothing. I will take car to dealer to evaluate for potential damages caused by jiffylube oil overfill. If they mess up simple oil change what I can expect from them if comes to more complex job like brakes service? This review is for location 801 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194
