I had Brought one of my Toyota Corolla I still have for Bodywork Excellent Job Front bumper was re fixed and Painted could not even tell if something had Happened back in the summer of 2015

If I could give them 6 stars I would! From the clean facility, friendly employees, and impeccable customer service I received, I HIGHLY recommend Jerry's Collison Center.2020 couldn't end without one more obstacle for me. Dec 1st damage occurred to the rear bumper of my vehicle as I was hit by another driver. My first stop was Elgin Jeep Chrysler to access the damage- another amazing facility I take my vehicle to - where they referred me to Jerry's Collison Center where I met David (Dave). So glad they referred me here.Because the other driver was at fault, Dave took on the responsibility, on my behalf, to connect with the other drivers insurance company via phone and email. Dave kept me informed about the process every step of the way. He handled everything from making sure the original parts and not off market parts were placed on my vehicle for the repair, providing me with advice on how to handle the information I received from the insurance company, to working with the insurance company ensuring a rental vehicle was waiting for me at Jerry's Collison Center while my vehicle was in repair.In conversation, Dave advised he's been in the business for over 40 years. I can attest this is true from my encounter with him as his knowledge of the industry, and empathy and level of customer service to his customers is impeccable.My final engagement while picking up my vehicle was with Tim. Tuly nice, very cordial and kept the level of customer service over 100% as Dave did. Tim provided me with all the final details of my vehicle and let me know my vehicle was detailed and ready to go. And what a job they did on the detailing!!!! My vehicle looked - both inside and out- close to what it look like back in 2014 when I first purchased it. Not to mention the delicious chocolate and peanut Christmas Toffee!!!Tim gave me at my departure. Such a nice and thoughtful jester of this company.Thank you Jerry's Collison Center for making this an easy and stress free repair for me. Accidents are never easy to process no matter whose at fault. I truly appreciate you guys and everything you assisted with to make it as much of an easy transition for me as possible.

Jerry's Collision Center did a fantastic job repairing my Mustang Mach E. It was stressful being involved in an accident that was not my fault and damaging a car that is only a year, but everyone at Jerry's reduced that stressed. They dealt with the insurance company for me to ensure the right parts were used for repairs. I had my car back in less than a month and I cannot tell that is was repaired. Jerry's did an excellent job removing a long scratch on my rear passenger door caused by my mother in law scraping my door with her side view mirror as she backed up. I went in on Monday and they were able to take me on Wednesday and now it looks like nothing happened in the first place- the scratch is completely gone.

This is the second car that I have taken to Jerry's, they are amazing! Tim helped us both times and both cars looked brand new. They are very good at what they do! I had a great experience at Jerry's Collision Center. Scott did my estimate and he helped me every step of the way. He assisted me with securing the rental car, communicating with the insurance company and gave me updates throughout the time my car was in for repair.When I picked up my car I could not tell there had ever been any damage. They use all high-quality products and do top-notch work.If you want a professional job done on your vehicle, I would use Jerry's Collision Center!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bought a new wrangler and dealer sent it to them for paint defects from factory, what was supposed to be done wasn t done same hinges, paint scratched roof quarter panel not replaced, buffer burns on hood, keep was a mess when I got it back and tracker showed they stopped at Hyundai dealer parts department when returning it to keep dealer. I refused to bring it back to dealer to send it again to them. Think carefully before you bring anything to this place .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tim and David took good care of a small paint repair on my Mustang. It looks great and I am very happy with the results. You can not tell that there was any repair done at all which is exactly what I needed. Very professional and nice people to do business with.

We had a new front bumper and right headlight replaced on our '04 Prius and the work was superb! That part of the car looks like new! The technician did a wonderful job of matching paint color as well. Dave was so helpful with his service and advice because as he says, "he's seen it all". We will definitely recommend their services to our friends!

Tim and Dave took really good care of me and my husband's car. We didn't have to deal with paper work and insurance. They got it rolling and got us both rental cars, while our cars were being repaired. They did a great job on both our cars and even cleaned them up from the inside for us. I will definitely bring back my car if needed and highly recommend their services. Thank you Tim and Dave!

Jerry's went above and beyond my expectations!! I brought my vehicle in for a fender bender. My vehicle was delivered back to me like new. Completely clean inside and out. Tim was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the whole proces very comforting. I will definitely recommend Jerry's to my family and friends for their vehicle collision repair needs.

I recently brought my car here to Jerry s Collision Center and they did such an outstanding job! Before coming here, I visited 6 other shops just to see what what they would quote me. A lot of the shops I visit were not professional at all. Some shops told me we would have to play with the paint (my car is a pearl grey, 3 tone paint) we may have to add this or that In the end depending on how the paint comes out , it just didn t make me comfortable leaving my car with them. When I brought it to Jerry s Collision Center, Tim explained everything professionally, answered all my questions and promised me my car would look like nothing ever happen and he was right! He did such a great job I would 100% recommend him.

This is the best body shop I have ever worked with. Very honest and reputable. Dave handled my accident with the utmost profession. My insurance tried to send a bunch of used parts and he denied all of it, convincing them to resend parts that were all new. There are no shortcuts at this place, they get it done the RIGHT way. I also spoke with Tim, who worked on my car and he was very helpful as well.When I got the car back, they had it detailed for me and it looked great! Car looks like the accident never happened. Cant recommend them enough.

Did a great job on my mitsubishi lancer gt! They clean my car like new and Dave is very friendly and he really explained everything detail by detail on my car!! If you guys are looking for quality work, this is the place!! Good thing i decided to bring my car here because All state is a joke!!! If ever you guys deal with All state bring your car here They will do their best to fix your car right and put a quality parts not what All state wants!

This is by far the best collision repair shop in the whole wide world. Tim the manager and his team are thorough professionals who genuinely care about their clients. Being in a terrible car accident and haggling with insurance companies was proving to be very stressful for me and my family. However, it gave us complete peace of mind once the matter was in the hands of Jerry's. They made the entire process painstakingly simple and seamless. They are a top notch business that is unrivaled in what they do, and their quality of service is impeccable. Kudos to Jerry's.

I have used Jerry's for all my body work needs and will only speak highly of them. Tim is one in a million with his professionalism and their work is perfect. I have used them for all insurance work.... I do body work on the side and I will say their starts are what is supposed to be expected even from a nit picker.car came back detailed... No dust no over spray just perfect. I will always recommend them because of the professionalism they show

They were nice and worked with me. Gave me time to solve what I needed to. They do good work. Only down side is they only do cash. Only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't allowed to get my property. Legally I have every right to. I did understand why they didn't want me to. They worked with me so I tried to be understanding.

I had my Highlander 2018 for repair, and the results were amazing.The color match is so good that you don't see any difference.The way Tim and the crew handled my case was very professional. I was kept updated with the repair progress. They went above and beyond and I can highly recommend their servicesOn top of everything the people are very friendly.

This was my first time dealing with a body repair shop/claim/the whole nine yards. Between my insurance rep and Dave from Jerry s Collision, I don t think I could have had a easier, better, headache free experience through the process! My cars damage was in a pretty difficult spot, but it came out BEAUTIFULLY and FLAWLESS! Dave and his team even went the extra mile to clean my car thoroughly not just on the outside, but the inside as well which is a HUGE deal since I have a yellow lab who LOVES car rides.... and leaves a few hundred pieces of him every time he goes. Lol. Needless to say I will definitely recommend Jerry s Collision in the future! Wonderful job!

These guys are excellent! Referred to them by Mercedes of Hoffman Estates. From start to finish they were on top of everything. Very professional, and courteous. Finish result was perfect. They not only fix what needed to be fixed, but they went beyond that. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the bumper. When we got the car back, it looked new from bumper to bumper. They even cleaned the car inside and out. This guys know how to fix cars, and run a business. Thank you Jerry and crew.

Could not be happier with Jerry's. Knowing nothing about auto body work, I received Jerry's as a referral from my toyota dealer. David Arvidson, handled my case from the beginning till the end. He was in constant contact with updates and was very professional throughout the process. This auto body shop will come highly recommended from this highly satisfied customer!!!! Great overall experience!!!

I had a really bad accident were a drunk driver hit my car and i was getting the run around with my insurance and they were not trying to pay for any of the fees I had with having my car towed and me sitting and waiting on them to figure out if the driver had insurance or not. Tim ( manager) and Dave were so kind enough to wave some of those fees for me, seeing that all the bs i was going through really was taking a toll on me and not have ever dealt with something like this. It was really appreciated and i was so very grateful! They're truly an amazing company!

Was recommended by the dealer to come to this shop for a minor repair. Luckily they could get the parts quickly as well as talk with the other persons insurance company. Car was done quickly my vehicle and I were treated with respect. Definetly will be returning if I need any work done in the future.

My car has been here twice for repairs do to minor rust and the first time they left my car in worst shape than it was when it first came here. The second time they completely destroyed my car. Stay away from this place if you don't want your car being ruined by a group of amateurs. I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to warn people of the awful service that this company has to offer.

From the time Subaru recommended me to Jerry's I was at ease knowing that my car was in expert hands. I just got my car back and wow it's like I never dropped it off. If your looking for the best in auto body then don't go anywhere else!!!

Very professional Great customer service. They go through everything with you thoroughly & do the best to satisfy their customers. Overall great business, I would take my car here if I needed another job done & would highly recommend others.
