Just recently had my car fixed at this location and I couldn t be happier with the service provided and the work they did on my car. Excellent at keeping in touch and finished the car on time. I would highly recommend!

Great job with the repair. They were able to replace my bumper with my existing damaged headlight which saved me a couple hundred dollars. Was overall a bit pricier than I would have liked, and took a bit longer than I expected but they kept me updated.

Jessica, Greg, and Fernando worked on my car. There is also a very friendly woman at the front desk. I was nervous when I came in and needed help. They were excellent to me, very down-to-earth and kind. I recommend that you visit them. They will take good care of you. Excellent service and the work they did on my car, was perfect. Thank you.

I was sent to Gerber by my insurance company for a hit and run in a parking lot. I had the initial damage repaired and was inspecting the repairs when we discovered additional damage. The damage was extensive including body work and paint. The Gerber rep immediately said it was related to the accident and took it back to the shop for the additional repairs and arranged for the extension on my rental car. The Gerber rep gave me a new date for the additional repairs, called with updates and sure enough it was ready on that date. My car looks brand new!! I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend Gerber for collision repairs. I want to add how courteous and knowledgeable the entire staff was during the entire process. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process effortless.

Gerber has a 5 star staff. Every single person I encountered was informed, and professional. The updates were so appreciated. My car was delivered early and looked absolutely stunning. It s obvious they take pride not only caring for their customers but for the staff and building as well! I was not paid or coaxed to post this review this is a hands down honest review. Nice job everyone!

I had my windshield replaced. Jose, the tech, was very efficient and professional and my car was ready when promised. Highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Remington Rd in Schaumburg.

I love Gerber but, this location is the worst, they had my 2019 Bmw due to vandalism for 70 days & everyday is a different lie. They stated the first two were removing glass. How long does it take to paint a whole car & replace the windshield & back glass. The reviews shows that these vehicles were put ahead of my car, which was 09/11/23 I'm livid.

They suck and they left a $60,000 car dirty inside that I barely drive not the way I dropped it of to them . I haven t even driven the car yet because I need to get it detailed and repainted after coming from a body repair shop. Don t use them . They are not the same GERBER from back in the 90 s .

Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The staff helped explain what repairs were needed to my Honda Civic in a way that was easy to understand. They were very responsive with their text and call updates, and they had my car ready 2 weeks before the expected date. Now, I'm back on the road and will definitely be taking my car back here in the future if I need!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Gerber estimated my car to be in their shop for two weeks, they had it done in 5 days and they kept open communication with detailed voicemails and daily text messages. When I got my car back, they detailed the inside and outside for me as well which was very kind. It was in for a new bumper. Very pleased with them and will recommend and use them again! Brooke was great and I did have interactions with a few other employees, I cannot recall their names but everyone was great to work with!Service: Body & Trim

They were helpful over all even though I had to return the car they fixed the issue the same day and made it easy for me to be satisfied. Wished they used all oem parts but maybe that s my insurance policy. These guys got the job done efficient and fast. Busted my fin antennae and part of my roof. If I did this often I would no doubt be a regular at Gerber. Great service, kept me informed, and did good work. Very happy. Took opportunity to get my windshield replaced also (cracked from a projectile on the highway). Came to my home and did a very quick change with a replacement windshield. Absolutely extraordinary! Roosevelt and his team did an outstanding job repairing my wife's Cadillac. The best part of our experience was not the repair...it was the great customer service! The staff do a great job making customers feel welcomed and comfortable as if they're taking care of family. My wife would often ask me after speaking with anyone at this Gerber about her car, "why is everyone there so nice?" I found out the day I went in to pick up her vehicle. It appears as if Roosevelt has infected everyone there with genuine kindness. He truly cares about people more than just as customers. It's refreshing to know that there are still genuine and kind hearted people in the world. Kudos to Roosevelt and his team for doing a great job repairing vehicles, and making the world a better place.Service: Body & Trim

Had a bumper replaced, windshield replaced, and some minor chips / dings in the hood due to debris on the highway. I scheduled my repair during my vacation, and Gerber not only took in my car early, but repaired everything and gave constant updates as to when the repair would be completed. Received text messages almost every day regarding the progress. Customer service was awesome as well, and I am very fortunate to have picked these guys from the 8-9 different choices I had through my insurance carrier. Even if it wasn't partially covered, I would still choose these guys over any other company in the future. I was referred to Gerber by Allstate (the insurance company of the person that hit me). I went for an estimate on 2/24. It was a small accident resulting in only $1,500 in repairs. We needed to replace the fender (the only part needed) and it was 10 hours of "labor". The Estimator explained in February that parts are hard to get and he did not want me to bring in the car until they had the parts. Doing it that way Gerber would only need the car for 3-4 days. We scheduled the repair for a month later to assure the part would be available on time. I called on Saturday 3/26 to confirm we were all set for our appointment that Monday at 7 am. The shop confirmed that "we are all set" and I dropped the car off Sunday night. I confirmed at noon that Monday they knew the car was in the lot. The next I heard from Gerber was that Thursday when they called to say the fender just came in that day (the day it was supposed to be done) and the car would be ready early next week. Monday the next week came and went with no update from Gerber. I called them on Tuesday, after more inconsistent information, delays and my request speak with someone "that would just tell me the truth" the car was ready 10 days after I dropped it off. It would have been longer if I had not advocated for myself. Gerber was not honest with me about their process nor where they honest about were my car was in the repair process.Service: Body & Trim

The team here at Gerber were great. Everyone there was extremely friendly and answered any question I had. The work on the car is fantastic and it looks flawless. Thank you guys for the work you did and the effort you put in to get the car done before the estimated finish date. I really do appreciate it. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone that needs body work done. Very professional and friendly staff.
