Go there if you want to waste your Time and Money both. I had worst service advisor 6 CESAR. He is rude and sounds like racist because he was talking good with few people and bad with specific nationalities so that has to be corrected, his attitude is worst. Manager was good, there is other guy with long hair is also helpful. The problem is only this guy, He is a big LIAR and making customer fool, yes he literally lied to me. see proof in the photo.I had oil change in my car, next day I noticed my garage floor is full of oil, so I parked my car in my driveway to clean garage and my Driveway also has about 1 or 2sqft oil speread so Took car to the firestone again to have it checked. They took 4 HOURS and problem is not yet resolved, oil is still dripping everY 2-3 Seconds. In one hour more than 1 qt dripped. It was dripping when they parked my car infront of their door when checked me out so I called that Rude guy and he came and checeked. He said it is from frame. It s been already 5-6 hours and almost 3to4 qt oil has been dripped and is still dripping. SEE PHOTOS FOR PROOF. If that oil from frame then what you did with my car next day for 4 hours?? issue is not resolved next day and oil is dripping in same amount. basically i will have to take car to the dealership.they proved their Slogan (Triple Promise Fixed Right, Priced Right, Right on Time. ) totally wrong.I was told 1hour 50 minutes and waited 5-6 hours and next day instead of about an hour I have waited 4 Hours and problem hasn t been resolved. THEY CAN BREAK THINGS BUT NOT FIXED RIGHT,NEVER ON TIME Anyways who cares about that Guy, DONT TAKE ANY OF NEW OR BRANDED CAR THERE FOR OIL CHANGE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE, other than tires if you care about money. EXPECT CALL FROM THEIR AFTER DROPPING YOUR CAR AND WILL ASKED FOR COUPLE OF FEW THINGS WHICH YOU NEVER EXPECTED SO BASICALLY EXPECT TO PAY COUPLE HUNDREDS EXTRA EVERY TIME and you will have to struggle on top of that.

Front desk Diego Gutierrez provided great customer service, attention to details. Patience. I got a flat tire, and was calling from the spot. English is my second language, but he talked to me and took my info to put me in line for service. Smiled, greeted, and gave me water to take off stress. The job was done for a very reasonable price and on time promised. I appreciate this kind of service.

TLDR: Worst experience ever. Waste of time and money. They will most likely make your car worse off after working on itEssay: I saw my tire pressure sensor go off as I was driving to the office and decided to go here since it was nearby. I give my key to the girl and she says it'll be about 15 min. Half an hour later, she says my tires are fine and inflated to full but she recommends an inspection since she saw some moisture around the engine. "It's only $10." I say sure, which is the biggest mistake. What she said should have taken 10 min turns into an hour wait. I decide to confront her and she tells me the diagnostic is done, comes back and says without looking me in the eye that my car needs all these fixes that sound like complete bull and tells me it'll cost $300+. I'm livid at this point and say no I need to leave (side note: if I stayed it would probably have taken 4 more hours). I chat with the customer next to me and he tells me he's been coming here for 5 years and it's been the worst experience he's had. He also tells me the old manager (I think his name was Ben), who was really good, was recently let go so this spot has been run by a new manager. We both agreed we would never come back. Also these guys lost another customers key and couldn't find it.I head to work and read other reviews and some mentioned that their car had been damaged by their work so I decided to double check my tire pressure. I go to an air pump and first notice half of my tires are missing the cap that should be on the tire. I then check my car pressure and they're all over pressured by 2psi except for one which was over by 10 psi. Thank God I read the reviews and made sure to fix their mistake, otherwise my tire could have popped. I don't recommend coming here until there's a new manager or the old one comes back. Otherwise you're risking your car getting even more damaged from the 'work' they're doing.

Worst place.1 year ago I had a bad situation with them. They was fixing a tire and gave me a waranty. In a day or so the tire started leaking air again.When I came back to them, the guys inspected it and was telling me that it was patched by mistake. That he dont know which place was fixing it but its the place where you should never fix it - it wont work. "They was suposed to tell you this and replace tire". Guy was kinda surprised when I told him, that it was their place who was fixing it a few days ago. At that time I was too busy to leave a review and they did gave me a discount after all, so I let it go.But now, a week ago I got to them again. Giving 2nd chance.Guys did an inspection for a day to find an AC leakage that wasnt found. Replaced Coolang hose and 2 clamps, "because of leakage" that was found during their tests. I paid for everything hoping it was done well. Yesterday, on the way to work the new hose and clamps gone off, all coolant gone out and I made it to the destination only because I was already close enough. Mechanic at work found out that they tighened clamp too much and crashed the plastic tube it was fixing to.I called them, described the situation, they asked me to bring the car.So, mechanic at work, put the hose back on and added coolant. I brought the car and left it to them. Later during the day, I called them twice to get an update when they will replace the tube that was crushed by them. They said it was already done on a second call at 3pm. When I arrived to the place I found out that they did a test drive and didnt found anything wrong... Of course, how will they found anything if my mechanic already placed the hose back on and added fuel... They wasted 4 hours of my time just for nothing. The guy at the reception is making notes of what happened and giving them to the mechanic, and after all that they just did a test drive. Completely useless.

The service was professional, and efficient. I had a metal object lodged in my tire, it was loosing air. I had to drive that night 200 miles alone. I wanted to be sure the vehicle was safe. They removed the object, repaired the tire and charged a minimal fee. I was on the road and safely arrived at my destination.

I always return to this location because of their service and thorough explanation. Car was making weird noise. Technicians did a free brake check. Helped me fix the issue and I was out within the hour. Excellent service!

Michael took care of us on both of our visits. He is very professional and friendly. I had my alignment done and later decided to purchase four new tires. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

This is the worst place to go to. I had my battery replaced here the next day not starting. I brought it back up here had to call back each day as told I would be called back but never got one. A week later I call them trying to see what s taking so long and they say that they couldn t figure out why it wouldn t start after sitting there for days not been worked on. Spent over 1k$ with this place all was a waste of money. Never fixed anything just adding parts. I dont recommend this shop just scammers that don t know much. Light skin guy was about dumb as a rock. I don t know why I even came back . Very horrible service each time I come here. Don t waste your time or money.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

5 stars because of Ben, the mechanic. I got a flat tire heading home from work and Ben was able to patch my tire and get me back on the road quickly. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of my options before I decided to just go with the patch. I'll be back for new tires in the future.Service: TiresService: Tires

Avoid going to these CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS!I took my Tesla Y to repair the passenger side rear tire. There was a nail on it but air was leaking very slowly. They took 3 hours and finally said, tire is not repairable because all 4 tires are in a bad shape and have to be replaced with new ones. They were selling me 4 tires for around $1800 that was way more than actual price for set of 4 tires of that brand and quality. When I refused tire purchase option, they inserted another big nail into front passenger tire and returned my car. When I drove back home , the front passenger tire was completely flat and I had to tow my car. I found similar horrible stories from other customers who also had bad experiences at this ridiculous Firestone location. Service Advisor name was Diego and Technician was Bob. If there was an option of bad rating, I should have given Negative 5 stars.Service: Tires

Worst automotive appointment of my life.The driver-side window of my venerable Honda was no longer moving, so I called ahead on Monday evening to schedule an appointment. The timeslot I got was 9am on a Thursday; I had the day clear for other reasons, so I agreed. At 9:06am I was told by service manager Ahmed Mohammad that it would take up to an hour and a half to perform the necessary inspection, so I confirmed my phone number and then walked out to do some errands.Upon return 2 hours later, I had received no phone calls about progress or quotes about the costs to fix the inoperative electric window. Several failing attempts to get an update later, at 8 hours and 11 minutes after I had deposited my vehicle, I had MERELY THE DIAGNOSIS writeup in my email inbox.And after those eight hours and eleven minutes, was I impressed with their findings? No, because they hadn't noticed or mentioned the two cosmetic issues that I wasn't even considering fixing at the time of the visit.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolute worst customer service experience. Went in for oil change, brakes squeaking and car temp rising while idling with smell. They said it was the temperature housing and replaced that. So I m now $945 in for all the services. When I get my car back it is still warming up along with the smell. Then I check my coolant level and it is way below minimum. At this point I wonder if they even checked the fluids let alone topped any off. So I bring it back in and it turns out my coolant reservoir is cracked. So did I just pay to replace the temp housing for no reason? How was this missed the first time? Or was it cracked while being serviced? The part that really gets to me is the lack of accountability. No apologies for having missed the crack the first time and having to bring the vehicle back in. Then when I go to pick it up, the staff member barely spoke one word. No sorry for the experience, no have a good day, and not even a thank for you for coming in that day. I can t even describe the level of uncertainty I have about the care of my vehicle and if they don t care about customer experience then how can they properly care for your vehicle.

We had a headlight bulb replaced as well as many other service needs - total bill was $1,700The bulb was invoiced at over $330.00 - not including laborThe same exact bulb on Amazon sells for $10.00 - so I feel others should know to check and ask about parts cost prior to having work done - a mark up is fine but not to this extent

This Firestone is a great car repair shop that provides top-notch services like oil and tire change, wheel alignment, and battery replacement. Mike and Mo were so kind and professional in assisting me with everything my car needs to keep me safe on the road. I ve been coming here for 3 years and will come back again!

Absolutely horrible! Do not go here!! From grease and dirt smudges on my car, to an improperly done alignment, Not being done with the car ON TIME, horrible customer Service, the "mechanics" there drove my car around like it was a go kart, revving the snot out the the engine. I don't recommend calling corporate offices either because they will "file your complaint" and then never call or email you back. Its been 2 months and I keep checking in. This shop does not care about your car or your instructions either. Dropped my car off at 1:00 said I need it back by far, they said thats plenty of time they will have it done, I show up at 4 and I'm told it will be about 2 hours still. The worst experience Ive had as a customer anywhere really. I am making it my personal duty to ensure less business for Firestone and their organization.

I've been coming to this Firestone location for a number of years to service our cars. I feel that they are honest and reliable and priced right. The location is convenient with the mall and my office close by. Scheduling an appointment online or via the app is very easy. They take good care of my vehicles and we will keep coming back for the various services they offer and recommend. Zero stars. Didn't select service performed because they didn't complete a service. Went in for new tires.1. Drop off in the morning- doesn't start until the end of your work day.2. Started smoking and burning when driving home. They put tires too big for the car on!3. Can't fix the same day, leave car overnight.4. Next day call late afternoon. Put on 'hold' aka phone sitting on table. Tires they needed didn't show up in the morning. They didn't bother to call to tell us. Employee said their Mgr told them to call us but she didn't. She was distracted. Sure, owned up to it but not acceptable.5. Car had to stay overnight again. Was told tires would arrive around 10-10:30. Tires arrived at 1130. Never called us to tell us the car was ready.6. Driving home, tire pressure light goes on.Would have rather kept the old tires.

I came to to this place twice. First time whn i bought 4 tires. Obviously the service was above and beyond but,.today 2nd time i am here and the reason is a flat tire. They initially said they cant do anything and will not able to provide service but when i told them how good they were in selling the tires and now they cant even fix a flat even though its under warranty.Then he said he will take the car but i will be sitting here till they close. Well it has been over an hour. Lets see how long do i have to wait.

Avoid coming here! Scammers. Took my Tesla Model 3 for a punctured tire, explained to the front desk guy that the problem was for my rear driver side tire, I had an appointment, and he told me it would be a couple of hours. A couple of hours later, I received a call from Diego saying I needed to replace all my tires because they are run flats and the tire tread on all were 4, I knew this was false becuase I got a tire rotation on Monday by Tesla and they reported my depths were 6 and 7. After I declined the option of buying new tires, he said my tire could be repaired. Diego called me half an hour later saying that my tire was not repairable and I needed to buy a new tire, if not I would have to tow it home. He insisted I had run flat tires and they cannot be repaired. Teslas are not stocked with run flat tires, so I knew this was a lie. After he attempted to sell me some tires that I did not need, I told him to put my tire back on and I would pick it up. When I arrived to the shop, the technicians were giving me different stories as to why they were not able to fix my tire. I noticed that my passenger rear tire had foam on it and when I asked what they did, they said they added lubricant. I asked why they touched that tire when I came in for the left rear tire, they could not get their story straight. Later that I night, I found on my Sentry Mode footage that they removed my right rear tire and did not touch my left rear tire at all. Got my tire fixed with Tesla and they confirmed that my tires are not run flats. This has been escalated to Firestone Corporate but I just want to make everyone aware of how this place is operating.Service: Tires

They definitely upcharge ladies! Went in to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. They had it done in less than two hours. Checked the price of the parts at autozone and it came up to $110 (and that s estimating high consumer price!). They charged me $680 for everything. That s $570 for work alone! I get needing to pay your workers a good wage but that s just outrageous!! They didn t need a diagnostic, they knew what was wrong, I told them all I wanted was breaks. All they did was breaks. $570 in work. Get ready to get talked down to, or go somewhere else ladies! Not worth it!
