My husband and I had a horrible experience here. He needed his wheel completely replaced (tire and rim) and he was called later on with a price. He was told the wheel will be ~$400 plus taxes and he agreed to do the service. He got an alignment and an oil change as well, but no more than $550 expected. We got the call that the total was well over $800. I called to ask and when I told him that we were quoted $400 he said yeah for the wheel . It ONLY the rim that was $400 and he did not disclose the total to us. If I am being told you need your whole wheel replaced. The wheel will be $400 I am usually under the impression that isn t just part of the wheel. When mentioning he never told us it would cost over $800, he did agree that he never told us that total. We are not happy about this as it cost us almost twice what was quoted and at the end they were only able to take about $100 off with coupons. Do not go here unless you have the total IN WRITING.

I will never ever! Bring my car back to this location after coming here my car is making loud noises. My car was in great shape and quite. After getting a rotation they obviously did something wrong or I wouldn t be hearing loud noises now. I brought my car in was told they didn t hear anything. How can I clearly hear it but they can t! He made sure to put that in the new report! Then the so called manager lied about putting the tires back like they were before I guess he thought I was dumb enough to believe they did it in less than 10 minutes. He then told me I needed new struts which was a lie!. I just had them inspect my car and it didn t need any work just two weeks ago. So he says I need a service that I don t actually need. That says a lot about trusting these people with your car. He then brought up the mileage on my car which had nothing to do with anything. But if you didn t hear anything why would you say that. I usually would see a guy named Mike. But it was another guy saying he was manager he is a liar and very deceptive. I definitely would never trust this location with my car again! I knew he was lying the whole time he was talking to me I marked my tires to see if they were put back and they weren t! I also found it weird how my tire then also had a nail in it after coming to this shop they are scammers! BE CAUTIOUS COMING TO THIS LOCATION!

Compared to the difficulty waiting at the chaotic dealership, this was a nice, pretty in-and-out experience at the Firestone. Getting new tires can be done in an hour -- impressive. And I like the economical SureDrive options now. I had further work on a check engine light, and the consultant was straightforward. Most options presented were logical, whether I accepted all of them or not; only one option suggested on a previous visit I thought was gratuitous and uninformed. I also didn't like that the "diagnostic fee" was not woven into the costly repair that I then accepted. But overall, I found this Firestone a pleasant and convenient experience -- getting two sets of tires replaced on two cars, plus ignition coils replaced on one that turned out to solve a lingering problem (that the dealership should have caught).

Stay away from this location!! They scammed my elderly mom out of a battery!! I had replaced it less than 8 months ago for her and it supposedly failed their test. I could've taken it back and gotten a new battery under a warranty. If it did in fact failed!!

Whenever I need repairs done on my oil, brakes or tires, I always find Firestone to be reliable. The staff at this location is particularly noteworthy, as they are highly professional and communicate clearly about the work they are doing on my vehicle.

Brought in a tire with a nail hole, figuring they could patch it. They patched it, but tried to sell me four new tires with a big stack of additional services, claiming my current tires were bald and I needed an alignment among other things. I checked the tread depth myself before going there and found I have 6/32. A bunch of fast talkers is what they are.But it gets better. My tires are clearing marked for 51 psi cold. These are truck tires, not tires for souped-up golf carts. They took air out of my tires until they were at 26 psi. I guess they didn t figure on me having a commercial grade tire pressure gauge in addition to the tire pressure sensors that show current pressure on the dash. When I got home, put more air back into the tires.Bottom line, if you go here for service, watch them like a hawk and expect to be told things that are just not true. And get yourself a tire pressure gauge and tread depth gauge from a truck stop to double-check their work.

I've had too many bad experiences there to ever come back. Just brought in my fiance's car. We told them the undercarriage was dragging when driving it. They called back the next day to tell us there was nothing dragging. So essentially they are calling us liars and charging us $22 for them doing nothing. They should have handled this differently. Maybe offer to come check the car out before we leave. We could have shown them where it was and if they said "we don't see anything that will cause problems" then we wouldn't have wasted anyone's time & money. I have also had issues with them trying to upsell me in the past. They tell you every issue small or large. They assume you we will want all of it done and tell you the total of all of it ($$$) combined without really being honest about which things need to be done. They do this in hopes that some people will just agree with the price without really realizing whats what. Because at the end of the day it is about money rather than being honest and respectful to customers. Would not recommend going here for car problems.Service: Body & Trim

Had a set appointment and it was canceled, and rescheduled for the next day and it was canceled again with no heads up. I'm very upset ,if the appointment can't be promised don't schedule it and don't double book yourself.if I could give 0 stars I would

I've been coming to this Firestone location for a number of years to service our cars. I feel that they are honest and reliable and priced right. Scheduling an appointment online or via the app is very easy. Was driving to the in laws on Christmas eve when my low air warning came on. Stopped here to see if they had an air pump I could use and the worker came out and filled up my tires for me! I said I could do it as it was cold out, but he said per policy he had to do it. He was super nice and it was done immediately, even on Christmas eve! Wish I had grabbed your name, but thanks again!

It was agreed to replace winter tires with summer ones. My car had spare tires. the meeting was at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 11:00, left the car with them and went about my business, returned at 2:00 p.m. my car was sitting where i left it and the tires had not been replaced. I made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. as a result, the meeting was cancelled, half the day was spent without a car.

I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and called them to make sure all was okay if I still showed up. I was informed it wouldn't be an issue. Once I arrived for my alignment I was informed it would be about 1.5 hours. Fast forward through it all, and my car was done in 35 minutes. Excellent service, good communication, and friendly people. I'd highly recommend this firestone to friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I will. Drove 1 hour to follow appointment I made previous day at around 5 pm Saturday. The appointment was not recorded at all. when i said i can show i called on my phone, they said they can look at the car. left the car for a tire change. the tire was not used at all. After 30 min got a call back. that the tire cant be used and either i purchased from them 2 tires for like 400$ or nothing can be done. Went back to pick the car, the car was parked in front. before i departed i check, the front bumper was hit right into the curbside. dont appreciate hitting someone else car!!! wont recommend at all...never again! rude and unprofessional. while waiting to take my key, 3 other people were denied service as well. one lady left so mad...Please, let your staff park properly the cars while taking them outside the store. some bumpers repairs cost like 200$...

The employees here are awesome! I got a flat tire one Sunday evening and my car got towed 5 minutes before they closed. At first they said they would replace my tire first thing in the morning but then decided to stay late and replace it! Great customer service! They were kind and timely. I will definitely be back.

I was visiting from out west, noticed the wheel alignment might be off. Also the air conditioning was not working properly. I called on Sat and was able to get the car inspected and repaired before closing. I am confident that the car will make the journey back. Good car service, courteous sales people. Thank you!

With any repair or servicing of your vehicle....it sometimes takes longer than expected. It's sometimes a pain but this is how I know that I found a great place for service. They care and take their time with every vehicle. I wouldn't want a mechanic that goes so fast that they make mistakes. Just plan some extra time and know that your car will be serviced by a business that treats your car like one of their own. Will be back!!

Met a great guy in this location today. My car s tire pressure alarm was on and had to check it right away. The guy gave me a free check up and told me this is a new tire. What I need do is to call to check if the tire is still in warranty. Really appreciate his help and thank you again for your recommendation. Highly recommended this location.

Brought our van in for an unidentified noise behind the dash. My husband mentioned maybe it's the starter. $500+ later, new starter, and the noise is still there. My husband is not a mechanic and apparently they didn't bother to check, just replaced. When we returned they said, they wouldn't charge for labor on a now $600+ job to fix some sort of baffle. They've lost our business. Very disappointing.

I needed my tire patched, and they said I have something in my tire (something that started with rope) and that it couldn t be fixed, so I d need a new tire. Didn t believe them so I took it to my mechanic, and the mechanic said they were scamming me and that I just had a nail in the tire so I just needed a patch. Never going back again. They scam young kids
