I was on my way home from a work event, when my car began to overheat. I did a quick check of mechanics in the area and was able to quickly bring my car to Eric s. Everyone was super attentive and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my car there in the future!

I own 2012 Odyssey. They have been working on my van for any troubles that I have encountered. Eric is definitely my go to guy for any auto repairs. I highly recommend Eric s Auto Lab to everyone.

Ran into breaking an upper strut mount bolt in the strut mount after lowering the car, they scheduled me an appointment and ensured it was safe to drive on until so. Dropped the car off and they took care of it right away for a great price. Will be coming back and recommending! Thanks all

Eric is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He fixed an issue with the transmission on our Subaru that another shop said was unserviceable, which saved me thousands of dollars! He's a great resource to have in the NW Suburbs.I use Eric's Lab for all my family's repair needs. He's knowledgeable, and very resourceful. I always enjoy talking to him about the repairs, as well.

Eric and Aldo are the best in the business. I bring my 2011 BMW M3 and my 2001 Toyota Highlander to them. It s hard to find a one stop shop for both my cars and I have definitely found it with them.

My alternator went out while driving I called Eric he saved me good thing I was close to him and he came up with a good plan and saved me towing and got the job done in few hours and his costumer service is absolutely above and beyond and I am planing to bring all my vehicles here from now . Thank you Eric you will see me again .

Highly recommend! Called prior to bringing my car here and Eric was so nice. Once my car was there, I got updates regularly. Eric called once they found the issue and explained it all to me. Great service and great work. Once I got my car back, Eric reached out to see how the car was doing. Beyond excellent service. Will be going back and bringing more service to them

This shop is amazing, I have two cars that i and many other shops struggled to make healthy for years and they got them running better than ever in a very fast turn around time. I took my car for Eric to finish up for me and I can't say enough good things about him. It's a track car I've had for over a decade and mostly work on myself, so Eric is one of the few people I feel comfortable touching it. He is one of the most professional people I've met in this industry and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. I can't recommend him enough, he's just an all around great guy and is upfront and honest. In a world of shady shops and dishonest people, Eric is the opposite. I can't see myself taking my car anywhere else but here when I'm not working on it myself.

Eric is my go-to for all of my car servicing needs. He's very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to my BMW's, which are very expensive to repair at a dealership.

I came across Eric's auto lab when one of our motorcycles had some issues. Eric took time out of his day to get us back on the road as soon as possible. This is a great shop, with some of the kindest and most knowledgeable experts working there. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Went in to Eric's Auto Lab for a full brake and rotor replacement for my Audi A4 that was making a lot of squeaking noise. Anthony and Eric were fantastic! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The shop was clean and tidy, and it was an overall great and painless experience. Will definitely come back again for future maintenance work and would recommend to friends/family.Service: Brakes

Great shop to work with. Very professional and trustworthy. Fair pricing and skilled staff. I highly recommend them. They did the timing set and water pump on my vehicle. It's an Isuzu Vehicross, and only about 4000 of them made it to the U.S. so it's not the easiest vehicle to work on and not everyone knows how. Eric's Auto lab got the work done and my Vehicross is running great. Thanks!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in for an oil change and filter replacements - service was prompt, efficient and very fairly priced! More importantly, Eric looked over everything in my car, was patient in answering any questions I had, and didn t try to sell me any unnecessary services. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will definitely bring my car here for any future needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was prompt and went out of his way to assist us after a breakdown forced us to get a tow to his shop. He was fair with his pricing and got us back into the road faster than I could have hoped for. I would gladly recommend him to anyone!

Dropped off my IS300 to have some misfire issues due to a flood. Eric and his crew were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a very timely manner. Pricing is very competitive, and communication was spot on. Will be bringing more business to him as time goes on. I don't often write reviews. But I highly recommend Eric's Auto Lab!!Eric has worked on our family's cars. He installed a remote ignition on our Honda Accord that worked flawlessly. He also diagnosed an issue with our Acura TSX to require a new alternator. He had the right part(s) for us and repaired it promptly so we could be on our way. It starts up stronger than ever (even in the frigid cold).Eric is extremely knowledgeable (I learned he has a formal automotive racing - mechanical engineering background), is patient to explain, a true perfectionist with great attention to detail, and works with integrity. Awesome job!!

Reached out to the shop to have some tires put on my Subaru STI. I ended up working with Anthony and within minutes he had me scheduled in and within no time he had the car finished. Eric's Auto Lab is currently helping me with engine install and I couldn't be happier. Communication has been amazing so far and they have sourced all the extra parts I needed. I'm happy that they are taking over this engine overhaul for me because I've been able to stick to my budget. This is the most reliable shop I've been to and I highly recommend this shop for all your general repair needs.

I took my 2017 nissan maxima to Eric with coilover issues. The way that he and his crew fine tuned the suspension is amazing! He is a very polite understanding individual who is very high skilled to. I highly recomend him for your every day car needs.

I've brought my cars up to the shop for a number of issues ranging from serious to minute. Prices are very fair and great customer service. The owner is very methodical and detailed and responsive with answering questions and providing updates on progress. I'd recommend for any car.... American, Japanese, German you name it they have you covered.

Anthony and Eric were so helpful with figuring out why my car's AC was not working. They were very professional, helpful, and prompt with fixing the issue. I really appreciated how quick they were able to make an appointment for me to come in to evaluate the issue, getting a quote, and changing the compressor. This new shop has blessed all of Schaumburg and the Greater Chicago Area. The name, Eric s Auto Lab really speaks for itself because the man is a straight wizard when it come to cars. I have a 2012 Jetta 5cylinders, that had all 5 cylinders miss firing and an intake leak. Bro fixed it in less than 24 hours on top of the other clients vehicles he had to fix.BIG NOTE: This man/Auto Wizard, has an incredible mechanical background. He has the best Valued price in this whole area. The wizard provides an exceptional, timely fashion, and high quality work. This shop is absolutely perfect for those who ride in higher end vehicles that need a fair price on their maintenance and repairs. This man is number one guy to go to in all of Schaumburg.Thank you again Eric!!!

Brought my troublesome 95 Nissan 240sx in for quite a bit of work and Eric absolutely made my car run perfect! The work is well done, the price is extremely fair and Eric goes above and beyond to get it done. Totally recommend Eric s auto lab to anybody normal car or racecar
