Knowledgeable personnel, they offered products that were not in store, making sure that all customers know , they can get mostly anything. Clean store, well stocked. Large selection of helmets and they always have a riding story to share. Last week they had an event , I'm glad there was a good turn out. Thanks for the food and drinks. My daughter Frida Had a blast.

Ordered a tyre online, went to the store to install it on Sunday. Got a message that it is ready in 4 hours. It will be even better if weights will be black to match the rim. And maybe to schedule a time slot appointment online to just wait near the store to not to drive back and forth.

The associates had good product knowledge. This is key especially if a customer is asking questions about the merchandise to better understand the differences. Also, I asked assistance on a busy day and someone attended to me right away. Store was clean as well as the fitting room. My only comment is with their supply chain, the store need more sizes available on the floor.

Getting ready to be a first time rider this season and stopped by to get some gear. Neal made the experience very welcoming. Was very helpful finding a good fit helmet and alternatives to my liking. Will definitely be returning for future gear inquiries! Amazing and Welcoming staff overall. I got a great deal on a bike helmet too! Will be recommending this shop to my friends and family.

Jonathan and Justin were great with assisting me with helping me pick a helmet that would fit me perfectly. All of the staff were super friendly and willing to help answer any questions. Highly recommend coming here for all your motorcycle needs, you won t be disappointed.

Ask for Neal!Came in to look at cold and warm weather riding jacket and riding jeans. I was impressed with the selection and was able to get a great deal on a closeout mesh jacket as well as fair price on everything else I needed. I was assisted by Neal and was impressed with his knowledge base. He helped point me in the right direction. The store had what I needed in stock and I am beyond satisfied. Thanks

Bought an Icon women's mesh jacket. Extremely helpful staff,, even though the store was buzzing with customers, the attention and service given to me was superb! The jacket is pretty darn cool too!

Worked with Neal on picking out a helmet and an outdoor cover. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience working and riding motorcycles. Neal took the time to help me find solutions that fit my needs as a rider. Store was clean and organized. Prices are competitive.

Rising an older bike present challenges when ordering parts. CG has always been able to get the parts needed. Most of the time, they re even in stock at the local store. Neal was very helpful and his diligence proves once again that CG will be my go-to store for items I need to keep my bike running (and stopping).

The representative at the store who assisted me and my wife was a great help. We ended up getting two helmets at the Schaumburg location recommend location to anyone looking for helmets or anything else for that matter. Great customer service.

Cycle gear is the place to stop at for beginners. I had a guy help me through the whole sizing process for a jacket, gloves, helmet and boots! He was super knowledgeable about everything, from what helmet would work best for my oval shaped head, to small things like the type of stitching on the jacket. Would recommend for everyone.

Fantastic service and super friendly staff! Brought wheels in for new tires/balance, it was first nice weekend and they were slammed but they went the extra distance to make sure I could get same day turn around! Thanks guys, you rock!

Its great to have an actual motorcycle parts store that has variety in stock. Everything can be bought online but there are some times that you either cant wait or want to touch and try something on before buying. Have only been to this shop twice so far but will be returning in the future.

Went searching for a new mesh jacket in a lighter color in anticipation for the upcoming riding season (can never start too early!). Associate was extremely helpful in pointing out a variety of options at varying price points. He also provided some additional recommendations on gloves and replacement armor. I appreciated the helpfulness and great service.

Easily found what I wanted in the website and placed it on reserve. I quickly received a confirmation and then a notice the item was ready for pickup. I walked into the store after work and the item was at the counter. No fuss.

Neal and another associate that helped us. Unfortunately i can't recall his name. Were very helpful and informative. Made buying a new helmet and comms go very smoothly. Also this was at closing time and instead of having to return the next day for the installation. They stayed later to do the install. Appreciate the help and will be back.

I am always happy with the level of service and choice I find at the Cycle Gear location in Schaumburg Illinois. The sales rep was quick and helped me find a new helmet without attempting to up-sell me. I knew what I wanted, but he was quick to answer questions I had regarding a different product I was curious to switch to. Overall, I was in and out quickly, felt supported but not pressured, and did not feel the total cost was out of line. I will keep coming back as a result!

The staff is very helpful and takes time to respond to all the questions I had. They also assembled the protective gear I was buying into my jacket to make sure it fitted properly. Awesome experience!

I have been coming here for a few years dealing with everyone but lately I've been dealing with Neal and he goes above and beyond to help me out and make sure I'm a happy and well taken care of customer he truly goes above and beyond to help out his customers and I will be only working with him from now on everyone should be like Neal

Been to this cycle gear 3 times In the last month, bought and returned 3 helmets and finally found the right one. I also got the cardo installed in my helmet as well. JONATHAN AND NEIL are great! They helped me all three times, made my experience really enjoyable and even started after hours to install my cardo into my new helmet and pin lock as well! I d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

Called in the morning to get a Cardo put on hold, showed up about 4 hours after the call and they had it tucked away for me with my name, as soon as the guy grabbed it he offered to install it. I hate pulling my helmet apart, so I was like helll yeahhh, only took a couple minutes and I was in and out super quick, will definitely be back soon

I have been shopping at this location for a while now. They have a great in-store selection and what they don't have they can always order. The entire staff is always nice and helpful and ready to go out of the way to help. They have definitely earned my business for years to come. Keep up the great job guys
