What a hidden gem to buy a used car. CRS acquires pre-owned vehicles with a very discriminating eye and then meticulously fixes all the little things. I was interested in getting a 2013 Ford Expedition, and CRS was they had one and they were close, so it was my first stop on a journey where I expected many stops to find "my Ford". I was so blown that CRS was my first and only stop. Every car on "the floor" was immaculate. Little things that dealerships would not bother with are replaced, such as pistons that hold up rear hatchbacks, or running boards. The prices are more than fair. I consider my trip to CRS the luckiest trip in years.

This is the best dealer you can find in this area. I promise. Although they have a limited collection of cars due to their smaller scale, each one of their cars is in good condition and has been well maintained. They treat customers with hospitality, honesty, and patience. I've been to many other places before I decided to purchase a car here, because this is the only place where I felt being cared about. They understand your needs, respect your preferences, and give useful advice. They really want to make sure you will enjoy the car you prefer. Highly recommended!

CRS Auto Group is the place to go. Very professional and willing to go the extra mile for you. We shopped around a little bit and nothing compared to what CRS Auto Group had to offer. Kumar helped my wife and I get a new family car. He went above and beyond to be honest and make sure the car was perfect for us. We left the dealership almost in disbelief at just how honest and caring Kumar was. He even stayed 5 hours past closing time to help us. I hope I have the chance to buy another car from here. We've rented a few of their cars on the Getaround app and they're always very clean and priced fairly. I thought my son left his tablet behind one time so I contacted the owner who was out of town and asked me to call the receptionist, Becca. She was so sweet and looked through the entire car for me while I was on the phone. My son had put it in a random bin when we got home so we found it later but she was really helpful and I appreciated it so much. Highly recommend this place just on customer service alone! They're great people.

BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! If you don't enjoy the typical car dealership experience like myself, this is a great place to shop for a vehicle. I could write a 2 page review about how great the experience was. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely be returning to do business with CRS in the future. The way the car market is right now, finding an affordable used car is insane. I've been trying to find a used car for several months that fit my expectations...low miles, well maintained, in solid shape and priced right. I did find several at other dealerships but for $1,500+ more. When I saw the car I purchased at CRS, I was skeptical. After meeting Kumar, I felt at ease. He is so down to earth, knows everything about the vehicles in his inventory and will bend over backwards to make thing work. I took the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic and he thought it was in great condition. Becca took care of the paperwork and was equally down to earth and helped make the usual stressful process easy. If CRS has a vehicle you are interested in, feel confident that it is quality and you will be treated like royalty during the process. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the market for a car!! Hopefully its not for a while! 5 Stars!!!

They were very nice. I appreciate them for helping me to make an auto insurance for my Chevrolet Suv. The woman named Rebecca spent almost 2 hours to finish my insurance issues and she was very patient and kind with a smiling face, special thanks to her. I had only one problem after I left there. Remote engine start functionality did not work, not big deal, I will check it later. In general they were sincere. Thank you all for such an experience.Edit: It was my fault that I couldn't start it remotely. It is actually working. Thank you

What a great experience we had yesterday at CRS Auto Group in Schaumburg working with Kumar! He had everything ready for us to look at, test drive and really knew what he was talking about. We've been looking for weeks and have had "not so great" experiences with other dealerships in the area, but Kumar was fabulous! We walked out with exactly what we were looking for and the professionalism, knowledge and understanding that Kumar displayed was top notch!

Kumar at CRS Auto Group was great to work with. He had great communication, was up-front with all the information he had on the vehicle, and super flexible in scheduling a time for us to test drive. He went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommended for quality customer service, quality of his vehicles, and price.

Kumar is the most helpful person. I have worked in a few car dealerships myself and I know how stressful they can be, but CRS is very upfront. Everything is priced reasonably. They sell their cars in excellent condition. Makes for a very enjoyable experience. I love my new volkswagen cc from CRS!

I purchased a used car from CRS about 4 months ago. Having never bought a used car before, I was really nervous. Kumar made the process a great one for me. He is honest, a down to earth human being, and not pushy. He went above and beyond to provide me with a vehicle that was safe to drive. He was accommodating as to when I was able to view the car. When I first set eyes on the 2003 Camry with very low mileage, it looked brand new. Knowing that it might be "too good to be true", I asked a lot of questions and looked carefully over the free CARFAX that Kumar offered. After 4 months, it has needed some repair which I anticipated. Be sure to have an independent mechanic look over any used car you want to buy and carefully read the fine print of any car warranty you wish to purchase. I am highly satisfied with my purchase from Kumar and would highly recommend him and CRS Auto Group.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!I can t begin to explain how well and great I ve been treated here. BY FAR BY FAR THE BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! Kumar was so understanding and such a straight forward guy he will tell you as is with respect and trust. Had my family buy and sell cars here and never ever had any issues with the vehicles or the associates. If given the chance to rate more stars, definitely would!!

Kumar is FANTASTIC!!! I never had a dealership experience like I did buying from CRS Auto Group! He has a small yet high quality inventory of vehicles that he services prior to selling. I was very impressive with the quality of the customer buying experience and how Kumar genuinely cares about how his vehicles impacts his customers lives. The check suspension light came on while I was driving home and Kumar was quick to offer to take a look at it. You can rest assure that you will get a tremendous vehicle from him and you won't have to deal with the sleazy sales tactics of other used car dealerships!

CRS Auto Group was great to deal with. I recently purchased a used Audi A4 from Kumar. I am about 5 hours from their location and they worked with my 3rd party inspector without hesitation and honored the deposit I made on the car to hold it until the weekend even though he had several other people interested in the car before I was able to get there to finalize the purchase. Overall a pleasant and no hassle experience.

Kumar the owner of this dealer was honestly a very generous and polite person. I was looking for a Chrysler minivan and he had one in stock. Upfront I told him I didn t want to waste time and he was very kind to have the car ready for me to inspect and even though I didn t get his car he gave me advice on getting the other car with other dealers. One thing that impacted me the most was he said get the car that is best for your family! He is very humble the car was great and he told me all that he repaired and exactly what he said was what I saw, but I just went with a newer year Chrysler. Honestly recommend people to at least stop by and check out his cars, specially because they are what he describes and you don t feel the pressure of a general dealer.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kumar and CRS Auto Group. Even with all of my hiccups with my trade in, everything went great!!I live in St Louis so I was a little hesitant at first buying from someone out of state, but it was a very good experience. I would definitely do business again with Kumar!!!

Kumar is an absolute class act.I only buy used cars and have dealt with several independent shops over the years and working with Kumar was by far the best experience I've had.From day 1 when I reached about the car I was looking at Kumar was understanding, helpful, and completely transparent (arguably to a fault). He told me literally everything about the car that he knew, warts and all, and was quick to send over pictures, videos, documents, reports, and answer every one of my 100 questions with time and care.As an out of state buyer, the process was more complex, and Kumar could not have made it easier (he even picked me up from the airport!). Before putting down a deposit, he sent me the purchase order with every item on the bill clearly stated. That purchase order remained the same from deposit to pickup - there was not a single additional fee or charge or hustle.He even did additional prep on the car before pickup. He had the alignment done, oil change, some minor repairs, and sent me the bills from his mechanic to prove it. Of course, on arrival everything that Kumar stated about the car was completely true. No surprises whatsoever. If anything I was surprised with the prep he did on the car prior to arrival.If Kumar has a car that you want to look at or if you're looking to work with an independent to help you find a specific car, absolutely don't hesitate to reach out.Honesty is as rare as it is valuable in this business and Kumar has it in spades.

I recently purchased a vehicle from CRS Auto Group. The vehicle itself is in great shape inside and out and it is clear that Kumar and his staff take a great deal of care in selecting quality cars to fill their lot with. During the purchasing, the litigation of the sale was clear cut and there were no hidden fees or struggles to establish a good price for a good car. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a considerable mechanical failure only days after I left the lot with it. After calling Kumar, he personally helped me address and diagnose the issue and had the professional integrity to take responsibility for the issue even though quite frankly it had little to do with anything or anyone that could have caused or prevented it. The repairs were fully compensated, and the car is back to being exactly what I wanted it to be. Would buy from CRS again and again.

Working with Kumar and John at CRS auto group was one of the best experiences I've had when it came down to getting a car. They were very friendly and very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I was able to find a great car that fell within my price range and I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with CRS Auto Group. At first I was confused, as the dealership is located in a warehouse-type building, but inside the facilities are well-maintained, and their inventory is absolutely stunning. The service was incredible from start to end; I didn't feel like the salesman was trying to oversell me on anything. I trust this dealership and highly recommend their services!

I drove in from out of state after talking with Kumar about the Nissan. He answered all my questions and represented the vehicle very well. Upon arrival we found the car to be as good or better then he had described on the phone. We made the purchase at a fair price and on the way home the check engine light came on. Kumar was very gracious and went above and beyond in working with us on the repair (O2 sensor). Next time I'm ready for a vehicle I'll check with CRS first and will definitely tell my friends about them. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

I don't write reviews often, but I felt I needed to based on my search for a used car. I went to CRS auto group and met Kumar. I was looking at at 2007 Porsche 911. This was the first car I was seeing on my quest. Kumar was SUPER courteous and helpful. My daughter and I drove the car and it was exactly what I expected. Since this was the first car I was seeing (even though I totally would have bought the car right then), I felt I needed to look at other cars as well. Kumar did not pressure me or make me feel awkward at any time. He just answered all my questions. A couple days later, he called just to see if I had any interest. Because I was still looking, I told him that I was not ready to move on that car. NOW... this is what separates CRS from all the others. I went to see two other cars. After seeing them, I did some investigating and looked up reviews on these two other companies. I HAVE NEVER seen so many one star reviews in my life. The reviews on these other two companies were so bad that I would never buy a car from them ever. PERIOD!!!! People wrote long reviews about how poor the services was and how they were basically screwed in buying the car from that company. After I read all they reviews, I immediately went and checked reviews for CRS AUTO GROUP. What a difference!!!! CRS has glowing reviews and everything that I experienced with them was mentioned in all the other positive reviews. KUMAR and CRS AUTO are top notch. I called back Kumar to see if the 911 was still available, however, it had sold. I should have bought on day one. That being said, I would 100% buy a car from CRS in the future.

The owner and workers at CRS auto group provided my family and I a car buying experience that exceeded our expectations. These days most dealers are engaged in shady business practices and only care about making a quick profit, even if its at the expense of disadvantaging someone else. This was not all my experience with CRS. They were genuinely friendly, patient, and accommodating during the entire process. Their inventory of vehicles are of superior pre-owned quality and priced competitively. I purchased an 2006 Odyssey Touring edition in beautiful condition with only 105000 miles for about 8500. That is unheard of. 3 months later and the vehicle still runs beautifully. I can vouch for the quality and character of this business and if you need a vehicle Kumar is your guy. Even if a vehicle you need isnt in their inventory I would still encourage you to reach out to them and they will work hard to find what you need. Simply put, they are not interested in a one time deal but in being the dealer you go to every time you need a vehicle.

Good for first time buyers! Had a great experience. The owner was patient and honest. Gave car facts without any hesitation. Services his cars and makes sure they are in top notch condition before selling! Totally would recommend to anyone who is looking for a used car. Reasonably priced as well.
