This was my first time in a car accident and I never knew how the process worked. It was a headache dealing with Uber insurance because their driver caused the problem and they didn t want to pay.. when I finally got a list of auto body shops crash Champions was on my list and the first to answer. The first appointment they were patient with me and understood what was happening. So I had to reschedule because of missing paperwork they needed that Uber didn t send. When I turned over my car they texted me updates through my process of the work being done. They finished earlier than expected and the work that was done was amazing. My car looks brand new and I was so happy. The front desk associate were super nice and friendly and I m glad I made the choice to come to them.Thank you Crash Champions. I Will highly recommend them to anyone.

I was involved in an accident and have Geico as my insurance provider. Crash Champions works with Geico so decided to try them out for my repairs. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Every step of the process with Crash Champions was above my expectations. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. I was updated every day on the progress of my vehicle and my car was ready a day ahead from the quoted completion date. My car looked perfect as if nothing ever happened to it. I would highly recommend this shop.

Unfortunately we had not so great experience with Crash Champions. A part that is responsible for an airbag safety was backordered for the vehicle we own. The crash Champions did nothing to help locate the part. Weeks after weeks we were calling to get any updates because we kept getting texts with date of pickup constantly moved. No one called us and told us about the issue until two month in we finally called and got the response. "We did everything we could" was the answer. Mind you the car was not drivable without this specific part since it was a safety issue. We maxed out our car rental policy and were left without a car for 4 months!!! Until finally my husband started calling dealerships located outside of IL. With a bit of work he finally located a dealership in NY which had the part we so badly needed. Crash Champions did nothing to get us the part. We had to do all the work. Oh and pay for it too. All we heard was not even an apology or an attempt to locate the part, but same answer-we ordered it and now we wait. That's all we can do at this point. And when time came to pick up the car i was handed the keys without a word from Chris. Later I found out that they called only the local dealerships to order the part. Bottom line- as a repair shop they did a good job but don't expect them to help you. Be ready to do all the work and all the calling.

Ridiculous service. My insurance sent my car at this place and these people are so unhelpful, unkind and unresponsive. As soon as my car got there 2 days later I got a phone call saying your car is being totalled and when I got there to claim my items from the car, it was not even a car at that point. My car was nothing but parts in there parking which is ridiculous because it is not how I left my car. They messed it all up and caused more damage then what the car actually had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. RIDICULOUS!!!

I have been driving for over 20 years and just got into my very first car accident. Although this was a scary time for me, I couldn't have been happier to have Geico as my insurance provider. I was so impressed with how Geico handled this situation it was unbelievable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly professional! Geico was also very efficient and helped me to resolve my problem very quickly. In fact, I got a brand new car a week later! I couldn't believe how fast everything went. As for working with Aldo, at this location, I was thrilled as to how diligent he was as far as issuing my settlement check. All in all, I am very happy to have Geico and even though I hope to never get into an accident again, if it does happen, I know I will be in great hands!

Poor detail work. Went in for broken windows and still had glass laying everywhere. Also came out of the shop with another problem than what it went in for.

I had a very bad experience with this body shop. Having received the car after repair, I immediately noticed damage to the driver's door, which was not there before. The owner and employees there do not respond to your complaints and do not even apologize for the damage. I strongly do not recommend them. Please be careful with this office if you take care of your car.In response to your feedback. At first, the car was not so dirty that I would not have noticed this damage. For my feedback and insurance, it's all a lie. I told you that if you did not fixed what you did, I would complain and write you a bad reviews. In my opinion, this is logical. I have a photo of the car the day before arriving at your store and I told you about it and the insurance company also has these photos, there was no damage. You don't know who I am at all. And to move on to personality is not very polite. It's about your attitude to customers. When I talking to you, it was immediately clear to me that this is not the first time you have such complaints, you know that I will not go to court because of such a trifle, it will cost me more. And for you, customer complaints just don't matter.

I dont often post reviews however this buisness has consistently gone above and beyond to help me. I've used this company twice before after my car accidents and each time I was extremely satisfied. They were punctual, honest, considerate and looked out for my best interests. Dealing with insurance companies can be extremely difficult but the staff dealt with the insurance and made it simple and streamlined for me. I received my vehicle both times in excellent condition. Everyone at Nationwide is professional and has gone out of their way to completely satisfy me, especially Chris. I know I can be a high maintenance customer especially with my car. They were very pleasant to work with. I had to reschedule my initial drop off for repairs and they were very accommodating. They were straightforward and finished before the estimated date of completion. Pick up was very quick and no hassle. The body work was quick and looks great. They blended the color to match the doors so you can t tell it was in an accident. I ve seen all too often when cars are repaired and the color does not match or it isn t blended properly. I had a great experience when I had my accident and went in for repairs. Worked fine....Except they do NOT service your car after the repair. I had the soundproofing from the road noise start to come off. That was supposed to be part of the repair. I called them to try and get in and have them look at it. They wanted nothing to do with me. Tried twice and put me on hold 2 times and never picked up.Service: Body & Trim

I m glad I chose them to repair my electrical problem because squirrels chewed into my battery and some wires pretty bad.Since I called them, the customer service was phenomenal. They sent a tow truck like 15 min after I reached out to them. Kim and Chris kept me updated about my car needs and dealt with the insurance company. The whole process was smooth and they even cleaned my car when I picked it up. FYI you can also drop off the rental car in the shop and they will notify to the rental company.Thank guys for the advice of Irish Spring and everything you guys did.Service: Electrical repair

I was involved in an accident with a car with GEICO. Both GEICO and Crash champions went above and beyond to get me in on priority. The whole process took only three days. My rear number is brand new and can t even see that it was in a collision.

Someone rear ended me and I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for repairs. I let them know I was planning on traveling and really needed my car back as fast as possible. Nationwide staff was extremely friendly and professional and repaired my car in only 3 days! Even ordering necessary parts. It looks totally new and they even cleaned it for me. It was overall a great experience.

Great service! Easy drop-off/pick up & Enterprise car rental at the same location. Danny the Insurance Adjuster was knowledgeable, thorough in his explanation & very patient with my husband & I. Overall, we were impressed with the people at Nationwide. Our van was also ready ahead of schedule & we were kept updated. Will definitely recommend them.

Wonderful Experience! Chris was accurate and informative with information I needed and Victoria was helpful with updates on my car. Car was ready a day before estimated time... no complaints there!!! My Jeep looks even better then it did before my accident. Very satisfied and will recommend you to anyone who needs body work. Normally I would give a lower rating to a company's service that resulted in delays, but I don't think I have seen a team work so hard to resolve problems as Nationwide Autobody. All clients dropping off scheduled body work showed up at once( between 12 and 15). The car rental provider didn't provide adequate personnel and transportation to get their customers back on the road. They called, arranged and shuttled all of the clients within 15 minutes to expedite the process. Highly recommended by insurance companies for a reason. Texted the progress throughout the process. End result- fantastic job and A++ for customer service. Bravo!Service: Body & Trim
