I had the tires replaced on my car at the Costco Tire Center. The car was ready approximately within an hour. The price was good and the overall service & experience were great! I will definitely use them again in the future!

What is the point of scheduling an appointment to have tires install and you still have to wait 2.5 hours. Worst then walk jns. Terrible organization and total lack of respect of customers time. Costco - do better and expect more out of your employees. It s a slippery slope and I m taking my money elsewhere. Anyone reading this should to. Go to discount tire.

Costco tire Center has two great self service air compressors to fill your tires. I believe it s nitrogen. There are two compressor machines side for two cars to use side-by-side.

I first left a one-star review (see it below) and then came back to edit it because they were able to fix the problem. I appreciate it very much. Costco should fire the ride shop workers and keep the nice ones.(Pulled up to add a bit of air in one front tire. Self-serve machine did not work properly and took air out of my tire. Asked a worker to help with the situation. He told me to pull up to his dock. I said I could not because tire was flat and I did not want to cut it by driving on it. He closed the sliding door and walked away. I knocked on the window door. He kept working as if I wasn t there. Very rude and very bad service. This place used to be nice. One person - John - did talk to me like a normal human being, finally.)

Met with Gonzo today. what a life saver. Some or most of their efforts can go unnoticed. They had a busy day but despite that, able to give me and my family a very good service. Some people may turn me away and just say make an appointment but knowing my situation he took a look at my tire problem and fixed it right away. I hope there are more people like you Gonzo.

COSTCO has the lowest prices, and their staff is very efficient, polite, and kind. Their annual membership fee is very reasonable and can be saved after only a few trips to Costco.The employees seem to be enjoying their work, and when questioned about it, one employee said that he does enjoy his work, and it really does make his work day fly by.

I tried to go into this with a open mind. But do not use Costco for any tire service. They could not remove a decorative Plastic cover from my tires. They used the wrong size Allen wrench first. Then they had the wrong size because it was not MM but SAE screws.Then they asked me if I could take it off for them .They didn't have the right tools or staff to do the job.They never even got my vehicle off the ground.Go anywhere but here . I think aMcDonald's drive thru would do a better job .I will update my review based on the store itself is pretty good. They have good meats and selections.

They don t even deserve one star. I spend a lot of money on my tires and according to them my tires can not be cover under warranty because it has two nails. And then I had schedule a tire rotation but I marked my tires so that I know if it s done or not, and of course they didn t do the rotation they just move the front tires to the back and vise Versa. I m so disappointed that I spent all that money and they can t do anything about fixing my tires and I had them rotate my tires twice. And still did it incorrectly so I was so fed up with how incompetent they were and decided to leave so I can see where I can fix my tired and have them rotate my tire later. I received no paper work from them as well or anything letting me know when I should take my car again they were all so rude. I do not recommend that you purchase anything here.

Worst Costco tire shop in Illinois! If you value your time don't come here to fix your tires or do any tire work! They also never fix tires they just say you need to order a new one under their discount warranty bs...

I order the tires 9/26 they said will be from 3-5 business days.Nobody call me about.l went to ask the 10/13 what is going on. They said we have your tires but you can come on10/14 any time we will change your tires.l did go there about 1 pm and the guy said we can't do today because we busy.Come back on Saturday the 20/15 9 AM and they open 9:30 AM.They didn't change my tires before 11 AM they didn't start yet and the guy said we busy. I said you know what.Please return my money money.and

I wish I can give 0 stars! My husband's tire blew while driving 35 mph after one month on new tires and we were charged "under warranty". So apparently warranty means you get a discount if anything happens BUT if you used a coupon you will need to pay extra to compensate the discount of the coupon. I asked them to check the other tires so this wouldn't happen again with the other ones but they said there was nothing wrong and it had to be our fault that it blew! Should've read reviews before we went

Went there with a nail in the tire. Non repairable but still under warranty. They were rude and without patience just said that this tire was back ordered and nothing they can do. I asked what will happen to my warranty, the answer was again nothing they can do. I insisted on answers and after being very persistent finally said they will call the manufacturer. They promised to call next day-no one did. I had the manager involved and only then they ordered the tire from the manufacturer.Please spare yourself time and nerves and go to another Costco Tire location.

I took my car here and when I picked it up, the drivers seat had grease stains all over my light grey cloth seats! I went in to complain and instead of them offering to clean it, they hand me Clorox wipes and tell me to use that. I went home and tried cleaning it and the stains wouldn't come off. Had to go get my seat shampooed. To top it off, I had pink valve caps on my tires that were not put back on after they filled my tires. Instead I got one green one and three were missing. I called the following day and asked for a manager. Instead, I got hung up on. Horrible customer service. I'll be taking my car elsewhere.

As many of the reviews below point out, this place is indeed a total waste of time and a joke. Don't ever bring your car here for any sort of tire service. I stood outside and waited for an hour to have one of the workers come tell me (with and indignant attitude) that they wouldn't mount the tires because the wheels were the wrong size...even though the new tires were the exact same size as on the car currently. The employees were rude and unpleasant to deal with. Funny enough another annoyed customer who was also standing outside and waiting began telling me his horror story of how his car had been there for two days and they kept giving him excuses as to why it wasn't finished yet. Costco is great, but their tire center is a pathetic joke. Go find a solid independent shop with good reviews and have them do tire changes. Will never go here again.

Alex was the tech that helped me out. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I know a lot about cars and tires and dealing with tire shops isn't always the most fun to say the least.That hasn't the case at all here. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and got me outfitted with exactly what I needed. No problems and no headaches! I actually walked out of the shop feeling better then I did when I came in. Truly salt of the earth kinda person and my experience was great. I will be giving this shop all of my future business and recommending Alex to all my friends and family for their tire needs.

I brought my 75 year old mothers car to get new tires installed. During the installation one off the lug nuts snapped off. The technician stated that their service center was unable to fix what they broke. He further stated that the lug nuts were not OEM, and they did not have any replacements. He returned the car to my mother with each tire missing a lug nut. We had to immediately bring to a proper service center. How can this be a certified center if they can not fix a stud that they broke and do not have any replacement lug nuts on site?????????????

Incredibly rude. I called to see if they patched tires. I was told yes, but appointment only and they were all booked up for the day and then hung up on me.

11/25/18: I took my Camry to rotate/ swap the wheel from one Camry to the other. They called it as winter exchange. Not right. Charged $40.00. After one hour of waiting they call they can t do it. One lug nut is missing. Why they cannot do the lug nut? It is called tire center. Very bad. Some should respond. Tires and lugnuts are related.

Horrible customer service and employees have attitude. Had an appointment and was told 45 min wait. I returned an hour later to pick up my car and was told it would be another hour! I went around back to see the progress and they hadn t even started to work on my car! What a waste of time. Not worth the slightly lower price. I will be switching back to Discount Tire.

Costco will only install OEM tires sizes. So I could not have my 35 s installed here on my Jeep Wrangler. Back to Discount tire, where I should have gone to begin with.

Took my car in to get a tire leak patched. They ended up breaking the bead on the tire, ruining it. However they owned up to their mistake and ordered me a replacement tire from tire rack since they didn't carry it at costco. Honest guys. If only they performed more services.

Changed tires on my CRV. Great price on set of 4. Great and professional service. It took them 1hr. Costco is great!!!

I call before going to change batteries noone pick up phone and I went there the stop taking customer @11.00am ... Need to Hire more employee??? Management need to see ..... I am paying exclusive membership fee ... Finally when Sam club membership and done my work .

Their rookie workers are not capable to replace one single simple rounded nut. If you have so much time to spend, go there and waste like me. I am also so corious if this attached note is English..

Little bit of miscomunication there but they wont ditch you *Since they serve hundreds of costumers on daily basis i dont mind little bit of ups and down . They will make sure solve the problem for you . I had a good experience with them . Keep up the good work guys !!!

Very bad service. The guy wasn't even answering my questions in detail.I went there after a year and they are still horrible. i think Costco should hire some good people here.

Good experience. A lot more better service and quicker than Walmart and all other tire shops around. Also, a lot cheaper pricing.
