From being a CERTIFIED KIA body shop to clean and professional work centers, this place has my TRUST. Employees like Nancy and Aurora go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is in good hands and work with almost all Major insurances. Pricing is at a reasonable price for PHENOMENAL WORK! and always ensure your parts are for the KIA manufacturer (Original) when compared to other places who rely on third party suppliers. PLEASE VISIT, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Despite the end of the world pandemic going on, I felt safe using SCS because of all the extra sanitizing procedures they use to thoroughly clean my car and disinfect it.The body work is flawless. The paint looks completely original. It s was very damaged, I am sure they had to cut off a good portion of the quarter panel. Looks like the day I got it.Aurora, who works in the office, was sharp as a tack and doesn t waste time getting you all the information you need as quickly and pleasantly as possible. She is ready to go the extra mile to help you.The owner was very nice and aptly proud of the work they did. I would definitely recommend Ernie and his crew to fix all your cars body needs.

I would say this was one of easiest choices I've made when I needed to get my car repaired. I was so pleased that when my mother-in-law's car got dinged, I knew just who to turn too. The sales rep, Joan, was easy to work with and is also a barrel of laughs. Thanks CSC!

I am thoroughly pleased with the services and attention to customer care with Collison Service Center. The staff were kind, respectful, responsive and worked hard to keep me information of the progress of my claim and repair. Do not hesitate to come here!!! They are extremely helpful from start to finish! I will not hesitate to come back for any collision repairs or general body work! I 100% would recommend. They helped me understand every step and kept me in the loop for everything! Wonderful team and amazing work!!!

Another great experience working with this company. From the front office to the delivery of the vehicle, they really show they care. They always make fixing our car an easy process & the quality of the work is always beyond our expectations. Very refreshing these days!Keep up the good work. My car looks better than it did before the accident!Great service, I am glad I found a place that the insurance company would pay. This shop is filled with true perfectionists. I wasn't satisfied with a few things when I got my car back (im a perfectionist too) and they willingly fixed them to my standard. Ernie and the girls up front are a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need body work done again.

CSI is the best autobody shop to work with. I have used them numerous times, and their service is the highest quality. Very professional, very detail oriented, excellent communication, and excellent work. My jeep was returned before the promised time, and the work was perfection. Hands down, this is the best body shop I ve ever dealt with from start to finish! The team at Collision Service Center is first-class all the way. Throughout the process, they provided regular updates with detailed information on the repair, providing assurance that the repairs were being completed to the highest standard, all with the goal of exceeding the customer s expectation. What a great place for repairs. They took the best car of my car and me. I ve never received this level of communication on a car in the shop before. They were on top of it and it was appreciated! Fast and friendly. And a surprise at the end with how clean they got my car, inside she out! Would come back!

What a great group of people Collision Service Center employs!! I unfortunately have had to use their services a few times. We've used Collision Service Center for 3 different auto body jobs over the past several years. The work has great each time, you can't even tell where the repairs were made. They are very good with communication also, and make dealing with insurance effortless. My car looks even better than before I brought it in to be repaired! I had to bring it in to be fixed after the person who hit my car left a note and their insurance info to fix the side door dent. (Thank you for doing the right thing!) This was on the list of approved service centers on their insurance and I couldn't be happier. It was done in less than 5 days and I had a rental to get to work in the meantime. Shout out to Nancy and Alex for great communication and friendly service with better results!

Had an unfortunate run in with a deer that decided to play chicken on the highway right before the holiday season. They were recommended through a friend for their friendly and quick service, so of course I was surprised that A) They could help me during a busy season B) they could get my car parts in this economy and C) the time frame I was quoted left my jaw on the floor; in a good way. Upon arrival i was greeted with a eager smiling front desk assistant and one of the owners. Both gladly helped me and ran me through their process as well as had an available person to take me to the rental facility where I could get my temp vehicle. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, I arrived bright and early like a kid on Christmas morning, I was greeted by the other owner who was finishing up an amazing job on the holiday decorations and offered me a complementary beverage. Never saying no to something free I gladly had a freshly grounded and brewed piping hot coffee that would give your average barista a smile. Adding to my already delightful mood was my baby Jeep looking brand spanking new like I had just purchased her fresh off the lot! 10/10 would always recommendServices: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I was told that my SUV would be ready within a week. Dropped it off on Monday and had it back on Friday. They do quick and quality service and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was new to this shop. I chose them because of the great reviews. I thought it was exaggerated, but it wasn t. The shop went about and beyond during the brutal -30oF during Christmas to make sure my car was fix and delivered to my house because I couldn t go and pick it up. My car looks amazing and detail. The only thing was because they were very busy I had to wait few months to fix my car, but so worth it.

They finished just about a week ahead of schedule which was very convenient for me. They pay great attention to detail, even fixed up and polished things that were not related to the crash. It was a very nice surprise! It made picking up my car feel like I was getting it fresh off the lot at Toyota! Very impressed with how they handled my car and with the condition it was returned to me! Definitely would recommend to anyone need work on their car.

Not only does the team at Collision Service Center do the best work I have ever seen done by any auto body repair shop, but their customer service is the best I have ever experienced by anyone in the industry. They will make your car look brand new again in a shockingly short amount of time. Ernie, Aurora, Nancy, and their whole team treated me like family, and made the entire experience easy. They set up everything with the insurance and rental car companies, gave me daily updates on the progress of the repair, and made my car better than new. I recommend them to every person I know that has a car in need of repairs. They are kind, enthusiastic professionals that will go above and beyond for every single person that walks through their doors. Five stars.

I messed up the front end and wheel well on my suv pretty bad. When I got the car back it looked like new!They were great throughout the entire process, working with my insurance, setting up the rental and keeping me well informed throughout. I cannot say greater things about Collision Service Center and my experience with them. I had a car accident while traveling through the Chicago area and needed to get back to Texas quickly, and they were the only shop that took the time to listen to my situation and take my car in. They not only fixed my car beautifully but they worked late to get it done early for me so that I could get back home. Earnie the owner is a standup guy, he met with me himself and even got his hands dirty working on my car to get it done in time. All the other body shops in the area told me it would be at least a month and they got my car done in a week. Aurora at the front desk was also so kind and gave me frequent updates on me car. Anytime I called in they answered quickly and were extremely nice and helpful. They did a wonderful job fixing my car, it looks brand new!
