BMW X7 engine light comes on bring so I bring it to the dealer. They tell me air intake flaps are broken $2500. I then took car to Chicago auto center. They confirmed the flaps were broken and fixed for half the price. They completed the job incredibly fast too!! I noticed they had some real nice domestic cars in their shop so it felt really good to know these guys deal with some elite cars as well as your every day drivers. Super impressed with this shop! Nice people too

#1 all the way. Class acts. Even available to help me solve issues via phone from across the country. Always on call. Always shutting down the competition. All my friends go there, but are too lazy to give a good review. Even though they all constantly talk about how they love Demetri and his perfect reputation and positive attitude.

I had sent my 2010 Land Rover Range Rover 5.0 supercharged to them for diagnostic work, and then went ahead and authorized them to work on the vehicle, very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround! Thanks again!

I take all 4 of my cars here and won t take them anywhere else. Waiting room is spotless and the shop is as well. Dimitri is so honest and never tries to push anything I don t need like a dealer typically does. Prices are very reasonable as well unlike a dealer. All 4 are higher end vehicles that are higher maintenance and pricey repairs which, definitely add up over time. I know whatever he s suggesting is something my car needs and trust him completely. My car comes back clean just as it was given. So professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Will never go anywhere else.

Don t bring your car to the dealer and pay those high prices. They are well educated on German vehicles. Had my BMW towed to his shop because of a severe coolant leak. The owner kept me updated and fixed it in a timely manner. Great mechanics and very trustworthy. Thank you Demetrius

The guys here are super honest and reasonable. I had brake, suspension and steering work on my Porsche. Not only were they able to get me in the next day they did it for almost 1/3rd of what the dealership wanted who wanted me to wait for 2 weeks with no loaner. Came in for new brakes and rotors for a BMW 335xi (dealership quoted me way too much after getting an oil change). CAC called and told me I had a seized caliper. Dealership didn t even notice the issue. CAC was able to rebuild the caliper, install brakes, rotors, and brake fluid flush in 1 day! And they gave me a great price! Excellent service as well! Really great work! Thanks CAC!

CAC came highly recommended and they delivered. Had a few things fixed from a previous mechanic that diagnosed issues wrong or could not perform the service needed. Great price! Writing this review after my VW Golf R's 2nd trip to Chicago Auto Center.The first time my car visited the shop earlier this year was due to a bad repair from a different speed shop in the area. With that in mind, I was a bit hesitant to bring my car to another shop. Demetri at Chicago Auto Center came highly recommended from one of my co-workers and after my experiences there I can see why.My car came in with loose motor mounts, an oil leak and an unusual intermittent whining noise. Demetri not only fixed all of the concerns I had with the car but found additional major damage caused by the bad repair that if not caught early would have meant a destroyed engine.In addition, Demetri worked with the other speed shop on my behalf to have them help cover the repairs. Meanwhile, the entire time my car was at Chicago Auto Center I received almost daily updates including photos and videos.Since then, my car has returned for general maintenance items and repairs where I've experienced the same level of service as my frist visit.Overall, affordable prices, great communication and excellent service. Would highly recommend!

Demetrios is very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My car had three different warnings on dashboard and I am not from this area, so I had to run to this place to get it fixed in order to go back home. He fixed them all in seconds and didn't charge me anything bc he said it was nothing! He saved my life!! I guess CAC is running by an angel!

I have always been a "fix it myself" kind of guy, but the work that I needed done on my F250 truck was over my head, and really complicated. Chicago Auto Center has such a robust knowledge base about so many vehicles, that they were able to offer very creative, efficient, and cost effective solutions for my repairs. The value is unbelievable. The repairs would have cost double elsewhere, and quadruple at the dealer. I will absolutely be back in the future. Completely earned my trust. Thank you!

Serviced my cars several times at this place and every time, had a great experience. The best part is the transparency: very detailed explanation of what is wrong and how it's going to get fixed. Very reasonably priced too and quick turnaround. On top of that, car is always washed.My parents and my brother also started servicing their cars at this place too.Keep up the great work.

If you re looking for an auto shop and mechanic you can trust, not only to do the job right, but to give your an honest assessment of the issue and resolve the issue at a fair price the first time (w/o adding in additional services to unrelated Issues that sometimes seem to pop up at dealerships, and other shops), then look no further! Demetri at Chicago Auto is the most honest, fair prices and professional mechanic I ve ever been to. I ve experienced all the bad (high prices, Mysterious additional costs/services, etc). When I take my Escalade to Demetri, I know it ll be done right, it ll be done quickly, and I ll pay a fair price for A+ service. Was referred to Chicago Auto Center from a friend, and now I know why. Was having problems with my car and dropped it off. Dimitri called me and told me what the problem was and how much it would cost and fixed the problem. Was able to pick up the car same day and haven't had a problem since. I have brought my other car there as well. With the quality of work they perform and the courtesy I received from Dimitri this is the only place I take my cars to have serviced any more..Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

This is the second time I've taken one of my cars to C.A.C and I can't say enough about how happy I've been with my experience. D's knowledge about seemingly every brand, platform and issue should give confidence to anyone considering taking their car here for any issue. We brought our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Chicago Auto Center after a terrible and untrustworthy experience at the dealership. We were told that the full 4wd system needed to be replaced and would cost upwards of $6,000 even though a small part was found to be faulty (available to purchase online for around $250-300). We came to Demetri at Chicago Auto Center for an honest diagnosis and repair on our vehicle and I am so glad that we did. He was able to replace the faulty part with confidence that this should fix our issue. He returned our car to us the next day and their pricing was super reasonable and fair.I am so happy that we decided to bring our Jeep to them and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest car repair service.Thank you Chicago Auto Center! We are customers from their Chicago, West Loop location and will definitely travel back to Schaumburg for future services.

Very friendly and super efficient! Was able to get car repaired and washed in a timely manner and reasonably priced compared to other local repair shops. They explained in detail the issues and helped me understand what needed to be done. They were honest and didn't try to sell or push more on me. Thank you! I'll definitely be coming back.

I had a flat tire, they pulled the nail out, patched the tire rather than trying to sell me a new one, then put the repaired tire back on ,and checked the pressure in my other tires and topped off the air in them for me!The price was reasonable, and the work was done on the same day. I'll definitely go back when my car has other issues, and will recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto service place!

I had an electrical issue with my Range Rover. It would come and go on it's own so it was hard to figure out the problem. Demetri was able to find the solution and everything is working perfect. This is about their auto shop--not their car wash. Extremely dishonest with changing stories about price regarding repair and the time vehicles will be finished. Son of presumed owner (or manager) seemed somewhat genuine on the phone, but when entering the shop the manager was very disgruntled and dismissive (imagine the worst customer service you could possibly have). I ultimately had to have my car towed from them to another repair shop as they clearly had no idea what they were doing (there were mechanics wanted sign on the door--it might be nice if they get one at some point).

Simply The greatest experience .I went to Chicago Auto Center on Monday July 18th for a second diagnostic on an issue with the engine of my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, the moment I drove in I was greeted by one of mechanics who ask me to fill out a form while he took my Jeep to the work area of the shop, when I was done and I was about to start explaining the problem with my Jeep and he immediately told me (your SUV has a misfire), he asked me if I had time to leave the Jeep at the shop the whole day so they could have plenty of time to check out the Jeep more deeply and they were gonna call me to let me know what the exact problem was and if they could fix it, a few hours later they called me to confirm that the problem was a misfire and that if I agree they could start working to fix the problem right away. At this point I was already so happy beyond you guys can imagine. Not only they were gonna bring my Jeep back to life which the dealer had already declared dead, they were gonna do it so fast. The next day at around 3:00PM I got a phone call from Chicago Auto Center letting me know that my Jeep was ready. I went there and I thanked the mechanic for his outstanding job, I paid the bill and I drove home. My Jeep is running perfectly fine again. Than you so very much Chicago Auto Center.

Adam and the guys at Chicago Auto Center were professionals. They are upfront about how to resolve some issues and the cost. I told them I needed the car back the same day and they went out of their way to make it possible to resolve everything that day. The price was fair and service was prompt. I trust these guys and will be using them in the future.

I'm so happy with my service. I was stuck, (broken tire rod) and live an hour and a half away. They repaired my car within about an hour and was happy to find that the cost was less than the quote. No surprises, and I got home safe :)

Not only did they fix my muffler, they patched my tire and fixed my radio, all while I sat in the kitchen doing work and drinking coffee. Chicago Auto Center is wonderful!
