0 stars!I had my Cruze here for an oil change this weekend. My car was fine with no lights on the dashboard. I get my car back and the engine light goes on. What did you do to my perfectly working car!? I paid for an oil change not for you to break my car with only 53,000 miles on it.You guys are Crooks!

Very disappointed. We brought our 2017 Chevy Traverse in because it was not starting. We also let them know of other electrical issues and that the engine would sputter when accelerating. The only service provided was a jump start. When we went to pick up the car, they told us there would be additional charges to look at these other issues. They didn't look at any of the issues we mentioned previously. We spoke to a guy named Rich and he had a bad attitude and suggested for us to go elsewhere. We brought the car to Chevy because we thought they would be best to diagnose and fix these issues. We will not consider this dealership for any future business.

HORRIBLE people and total NON PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE,no co-ordination.fake deals .. no transperancy .promised one thing on phone and showed an increased price when we traveled all the way to showroom.They say it's human error and and still the customer is to suffer.Never come to this place.save ur time money.

Didn't have a great experience. Felt very pressured to do as they wanted instead of how I already had my own plan set up. And didn't even test drive the car, rims were busted up and one tire was near flat when I was looking at it. Also told me that they had to run my credit, even tho I already had a loan ready and was approved prior to even arriving. I understand sometimes they may be trying to help but it was all too pushy for me. I walked out and won't be going back.

Currently having a horrible experience with the service department. I made an appointment last week, for today at 7AM for a check engine light. It s now 2:40 PM and I ve had to call the service dept several times to be told some things take longer than others .I get off work soon, and have no clue on the status of my car. No empathy and I felt a sense of carelessness from your service phone guy. I will never go hear again

I wish there was a negative score we could give places. Because they're deserving of a -100. Strickly from their bait & switch practice they stick to. I wasted 3hourd of my life due to that. And beware of they marked up fees.

Scheduling an appointment at this location is the same as waking in, so don't waste your time here if if you value your time and money
