Excellent customer service and very transparent and easy to understand process for getting my car repaired. I really appreciate how the manager Tom was able to answer all my questions and give me a great deal on fixing my Toyota RAV4. Thanks again Tom and Team! Also: They returned the car to me just as clean as it was when it was brand new.

Greg and Dan were both fantastic throughout the entire process repairing my Mercedes-Benz. If I wanted an update, they were very quick to respond. My car looked fantastic when I picked it up. Would definitely return (hopefully I don't have to). GREAT WORK!

I had minor collision work done, but noticed something that probably shouldn t happen. Picked up my car today an hour or so ago. Unfortunately a dirty car part was left in my trunk. (See photos). And now the leather on the back seat has dirt all over it which can be seen if you zoom into the photos. They didn t tell me what to do with this part and I m not even sure if it belongs to my car. I probably would have given them all 5 stars if they instructed me that they needed me to dispose of this car part but nobody said anything to me about this. I will say though that the work they did and the customer service have been excellent! Just keep an eye out for leftover car parts in your vehicle Service: Body & Trim

They gave me my car back this dents on it . I m still waiting for it to be fixed over two weeks and wasted two work days for my car. I wouldn t recommend coming here. Zero quality control .***update**** this will be my third time today checking and making sure the work is done right. All I ask is you check the cars before you have the customers receive their cars. Thre days I have to come all the way from Batavia to shaumberg only to find the work not done right.

I've been a customer of Certified Collision Center/Resnick Auto Group for over 23 years. I have always patronized their business with the purchases and repair of my vehicles. During my past experiences I have had nothing but good results and courteous customer service. However, after my most recent repair/visit I do not feel the same and can not say that I have received proper or courteous customer service. Five days ago I kindly ask for response and resolution to rectify an improper, flawed, and terrible repair/boby job done on my vehicle at Certified Collision Center/Resnick Auto Group. As of today I still have not received a reply or response to my email or concerns. I brought my vehicle in to have it repaired. My insurance paid over $10,000 for repairs. They did not repair the paid repairs to my vehicle in certain areas of my vehicle correctly. The manager over the technician department saw the issues and agreed to fix them. He advised me that he would need to take my vehicle right in that day and get me into a loaner vehicle while repairs are corrected. However, upon speaking Anna she stated that they don't have any loaners and would not have any until January 2024. As i'm standing there and disbelief, Anna reiterated what she said and added "the company has scaled back on fleet vehicles so that's why we don't have any loaners"! As a customer I can not believe such a large company as Certified Collision Center/Resnick Auto Group would not have a loaner vehicle to accommodate me while they're company fix the errors, flawed repair to my vehicle which should have been repaired correctly during the allotted time that my vehicle was at their shop for repair. You mean to tell me you did not repair my vehicle like it was supposed to and I as the customer has have to wait a whole month before it's rectified and corrected??? No, unacceptable. Please keep in my insurance paid them promptly even before repairs started on my vehicle. Not responding to my email correspondence or via phone clearly shows lack of concern or promptness to rectify services that was not done right at the initial repair. This is unprofessional, unacceptable and very poor customer service that needs to be rectified. The way that I have been treated as a customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm still waiting.....

The people at Certified Collision are professionals and have excellent customer service it was a smooth experience. Peter and Jimmy are awesome. They were very professional and communicated well through out the process. Car was dropped off and repaired very quickly and they even detailed the car for me it looked good as new. Thank You Again! I had my car sent to this Certified Collision Center after a branch shattered my back windshield during a storm. Not only did they take 2 weeks to fix my car, but they also left pieces of glass everywhere inside of my trunk upon return. After the fact, they have been hard to reach, difficult to communicate with, have not offered any compensation and instead only offered to vacuum the trunk at a dealership 30 minutes away from me. I will not be returning for their services.

Fantastic experience! The staff there made me feel very welcome and never pressured me to purchase anything additional or anything like that. They also have a really great service where Enterprise will pick you up and take you to pick up your rental!

They ve had my car for just short of 3 weeks for a hit-and-run sideswipe that led me to need a mirror replacement and a decent bit of body work and paint on one side of my car. Any updates have been because I have called them. The mysterious production manager over my claim I have never heard from or spoken to. The last update was over a week ago, when my car was allegedly in paint and some things were still being worked out with my insurance. Fast forward just over a week, they ve been paid since two days after I spoke with them last (3/15 is when my insurance paid their supplemental claim; today is 3/24), and my car is still in paint. They have indicated that it will still be nearly another week before my car is ready.By the time I get my car back it will have been nearly 4 weeks, with minimal updates. And I have zero doubt that if my ex husband was asking about this car, it would not have taken this long.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Certified Collision takes pride in their work. Every body shop I called was backed up for 4-6 weeks but Certified Collision was able to get me in within a week. They made the claim process very smoothly and even have a rental car service through Enterprise that ll pick you up from the facility and take you back once your vehicle is ready. It only took them 3 weeks to repair my Lexus (OEM parts)which had bad front end damage. I was extremely satisfied with the finished product and customer service. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a honest and quality repair center.Service: Body & Trim

The team at Certified Collision, including our project manager Greg, were nothing less than exceptional! After a terrible accident, which caused close to $30k in damage, Certified put everything back together and made our car feel brand new again!! When I ask for an estimate, they told me that I need appointment but they may have some one free they ask me of I will pay cash and I said no that my insurance will pay they sk me what insurance you have I responded state farm so he changed and told ohh we don't have any avaliable first appointment will be October.This did not set well with me. I will never get back to them. You see, they are interested just in money and not in customer service

Very pleased with their workmanship, and Customer Service was fantastic. They arranged drop-off and pick-up from my local dealership, just 4 minutes from my house, so it was really convenient. Had some major body work done on the right side of my vehicle which, among other things, involved total replacement of the rear door, and you can't even tell the vehicle was ever damaged.

They really care about the customer and making sure they don't have to come back a second time. My wheels were stolen, and my insurance knew they had a way to tow to them. They made sure I got brand new wheels that matched. Good people and took my calls everything and got me answers when I needed them. Highly recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They sent the tow truck to pick up my car, quick and efficient service. They were also really great with communication and keeping me updated on everything happening while my car was in the shop. Picked it up only two days later and it drives like new. Thank you guys! I recommend this place for future car maintenance and mishaps.

I brought my car there for collision work, having used them a year ago with great results. Despite being backed up due to parts issues with the supply chain debacle, they were able to fit me in, and they had no problem getting my needed parts. My insurance co wouldn t pay for OEM parts only A/M, but CCC was able to price-match with Lexus for OEM parts - which was awesome!The only criticism I have is that last year I received great communication with updates on when my vehicle would be done; and this year I couldn t reach anyone for updates and got no response to my v/ms. So I drove out there and was shown in detail what work was needed and what parts had to be ordered. I was given a preliminary ETA, but they were waiting on insurance co approval. I also saw how busy they were with other cars being serviced, so I better understood the lack of updates.I highly recommend them, especially if you have a Lexus or Toyota.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about Certified Collision Center! The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time filing a claim on my car and they walked me through the entire process, turning what was a very stressful situation into a walk in the park. Greg, the technician on my car, was so proactive in communicating with me any and all updates and Anna in the office went above and beyond looking out for my best interest. I just picked my car up from here after they had it for a month for something which should have taken a week at the most. My car now has a giant scuff on the rear bumper which wasn t there before and my SiriusXM radio has been completely removed from the car s infotainment system.

Rick, Brad, and Keith helped me from the beginning to end during the repair of a Lexus. They were courteous, honest, and professional. I had one issue with a wheel in the end, but Brad did a great job working to resolve it for us. Thank you.The technicians did a great job on the body of the Lexus. It was a newer model so I was hesitant with the experience they could have on it, but it shows they know what they are doing.I would highly recommend this shop to others.

Top notch body shop and staff. Tony although no longer working here coordinated a very pleasant experience. They provide a very nice loaner vehicle, Jimmy, Keith and thier staff did an excellent job repairing a rear door and quarter panel! Very pleased with the outcome, highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with body work done on my Toyota Rav 4!! The paint job was perfect! Staff was professional, friendly!! Even had a loaner car from them. Was an easy process start to finish. Very disappointed with my current experience. I understand that the supply chain is difficult and it takes longer to get parts. However, I am going on almost 4 months waiting for parts. I have tried to contact certified, left messages but have not received any communications. For all I know they have forgotten about me. All I would expect is some communication. At this point I have received none. Very disappointing, I will now have to find a new trusted body shop.Service: Body & Trim

From beginning to end, our experience was great! They handled everything from setting up the rental car pickup to dealing with the insurance company. Not to mention they did an amazing job on the car. We will not take our car anywhere else from now on.

Great work they did to my Lexus RX 350, I had an accident and my life was miserable and just sad, when I picked up my ride after they were done with it, it felt like I went to heaven when I saw my Lexus. Hands down the best Auto body shop in the Northwest Suburbs and as crazy as it sounds my truck looks, drives and feels like brand new than when I took it there, the fog lights are better than when I took it there, I just could not be happier than the way I feel after using Certified Collision.
