I have NEVER had a BETTER experience buying a car in my life. Brooks is absolutely the BEST sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I live 7 hours away, and when I arrived at the vehicle, I bought a 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport was ready waiting for me in better than perfect condition inside and out. The paperwork was ready for me to just sign. It was an awesome experience. The way it should be when you purchase a high-quality vehicle. The hospitality of the entire staff was over and beyond my expectations. I had two teenagers with me that they treated so kindly and kept occupied while we had to wait an hour for ceramic wrap. My son has a new Volkswagen shirt he totally loves. THANKS, GUYS! YOUR THE BEST! I appreciate you making this whole experience fun and completely stress free. 5 stars all day. I highly recommend this dealership and Brooks! CALL THEM! :)

If I could add extra stars, I would. Angel Garcia is your go-to man. I needed a car and he got me into one fast. No hassle. Whatever you need, he will work with you and get you in the car you want. Very nice and very welcoming. Go to him if you want great service and get the car you need

We walked into Castle Volkswagen with disappointment over a horrible Toyota-related experience clouding our heads, but when Brooks greeted us at the door with a smile as warm as fresh apple pie, hope filled our hearts once more. We had parked next to the most stunningly beautiful blue Taos anyone could ever imagine, and had our hearts set on purchasing one of our own for our family. Brooks was eager and enthusiastic about helping us obtain the vehicle of our dreams and changed our lives for the better with how knowledgeable, thoughtful, hardworking, caring, considerate, and charming he was. We test drove the showroom car and then he brought us over to the back lot where an identical car in fresh wrapping (and with a bonus sunroof!) was waiting just for us. He worked hard with Rafi (super nice!) and Anthony (sooo helpful and funny to boot!!) in finances to get us the best deal and the best coverage, and we felt supported, welcomed, and well-taken care of the entire time we were in Castle Volkswagen in Schaumburg. We are so excited about this purchase and can t wait to come back and buy a second one!!!

I had an ADblue added and when i got home my husband realized that they had not filled the whole tank.He added an additional 2.5 gallons which means that they lied that AdBlue tank topped off(according to the order sheet)Did my math and it turns out they only added one gallon just so the add DEF light turns off and charged me $33 for that one gallon of DEF.The 2.5g DEF that my husband added was from Costco at a total price of $13.This is unacceptable for a VW dealership!

I have the best service advisor Austin. He walks me through my service needs, and helps me prioritize what needs urgent attention. I am pleased with all the repairs and maintenance work that has been done, and have never had to revisit a resolved issue. To be honest their service prices are reasonable

I had a great experience at Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg! when I arrived for my appointment, the staff was very friendly, and knew what car I wanted to test drive and looked at my current vehicle right away! I ended up purchasing a used vehicle and traded in my car. the financing process and purchasing process were very easy and was not as stressful as I anticipated. I appreciated all the information I was given and I felt comfortable with all the decisions I needed to make. I worked with Dan, Shay and Fabian and they were all a pleasure to work with.

Updated 4/11: Thank you for making things right!! The dealership got me in right away and took care of the problem tire (it was the one that I initially brought the car for).The people I worked with were great! The timeline I was given was slightly skewed it was estimated to be an hour but it was closer to two. I was pleased with the end result, tire repaired but just now my tire pressure light came on. It's indicating a different tire than when I brought it in but since my tires were rotated it is very likely the same tire that I brought my car in for service which is a bit frustrating

This is the second car I ve bought here and will continue to go back. I usually hate the process of buying a car, but these guys actually make it enjoyable. Ozzy took me for a test drive and was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He had all the answers I was looking for and got me in the vehicle that was the best fit for my family. After that I had the pleasure of working with Fabian to get all of the paperwork in order and get me out the door in a timely manner. He laid out all of the numbers very clearly and made the process simple. His professionalism and knowledge are exceeded only by his charming personality. The people are what sets this place apart and why I will continue to go back.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Volkswagen Schaumburg and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service I received from Ozzy and Shay. The star of the show was undoubtedly Fabian, the finance director at the dealership. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the financing process. Andy was absolutely amazing. Went in without the intention to buy a car that same day, just to test drive and see some numbers, and he ended up swinging me over and we got a deal done. The entire process was pain free and I will be recommending this place to everyone. Andy and Raffi were beyond friendly and they made me feel right at home, like we ve known each other for years. After searching for, and finding a VW Alltrack located 12 hours from my house, I decided to call Castle VW to have some questions answered. Originally, I decided there was no chance I would make a 12 hour drive to trade in my Subaru. When I called, Castle, I spoke to Anthony, who was extremely friendly and helpful. After looking around, and finding a few other options, I called a few other dealerships, and not one of the dealers was nearly as helpful or friendly. Called Anthony at Castle again, and he was even more helpful, knowing there was only a slim chance I would make the purchase because of my location. After talking, he provided me multiple options, even providing shipping options. It seemed like he totally understood my situation, and never pressuring me, and even gave me a number to call or text with any questions. He explained he would be unavaiable the following day, and had Asim (hope I spelled correctly), a co-worker, give me call to help answer any questions I still had. He called when expected, and was also very helpful.Long story short, I drove 12+ hours straight, getting to the dealership 2 hours before they closed. They were expecting me, and everything was ready to go. Took me to the car, sent me on a ride, and had all the paperwork ready to go...even had a little gift based off something we discussed on a call.Being in the service industry my entire career, I realize how important good service is, and all the little things can impact a result. There are many things that could have changed my mind, but every aspect of this buying process was flawless. Thank you very much for the incredible hospitality and buying experience.

Matt and Austin were great!! Matt took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my car what I what he thought could wait and what needed to be done as soon possible. He even drew pictures of what needed to happen to give me a visual without making me feel like I didn t completely know what was going on.

I purchased a used 2019 ford mustang gt convertible last week and was originally pretty happy with the purchase until the first rain storm realizing the back windows would not go all the way up causing the inside of the car to be soaked also the brakes have been shaking since I drove it off the lot. The salesman also refused to fill the tank with gas so I drove the car off the lot with the gas light on. I was expecting better quality from this dealer and friendlier staffEditAfter going back to the dealer and speaking with the staff they said they were willing to help fix things but have not heard from them in over 2 weeks.Just looked over the contract and they are very sneaky. Sneaking in over $5,000 in hidden fees. If I can return the car to them I will and never deal with this place again

Everything was repaired in a timely manner and Mason explained everything to me thoroughly- what was repaired, what will need to be repaired soon, and recommendations. My only 'complaint' is that when they had told me that my tires had an uneven wear pattern and were rotated - they did not mention this will result in some unusual noises. So naturally when I picked my car up and heard this unfamiliar sound I was concerned and had to bring it back to make sure nothing was wrong, which is then when they informed me it was because of the rotation. Overall very happy, always have been with the Schaumburg staff (:

Sales person Mike k is/was great guy, helped us with all step to buy the car. He's real friendly gentleman, didn't push us to get the car, but helped us to make our own mind. That's the reason we bought the car, and happy with it. He even called us a day later to say thanks.If anyone visit Castle dealership in Schaumberg see Mike K, he'll treat you as family also.

No one likes going to the dealer. You always feel ripped off and mistreated. This place is better.Andy and Rafa took care of me. They were super nice and easy to talk to. Did I pay more than I wanted? Yeah. But I had been to enough other dealers and bought enough cars to know how dealerships work. They are a business, and need to make money.I bought my car here because I felt like they cared about me. There are plenty of places that don't.

"Excellent Service My experience purchasing a car from Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg was excellent. I worked with Ozzy through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was a little skeptical at first because I saw the car online first and spoke to Ozzy.Ozzy made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises and he was really honest about everything and not pushy like other car salesman. My wife and I recently leased a vehicle from Castle VW of Schaumburg. Very happy with all aspects of the process from a no nonsense negotiation, to finding a car with our color preference, to arranging for required paperwork prior to pickup thanks to Ozzy Sarwar, to actual pickup thanks to Andy and Shay who made sure the car was spotless and ready for us, to finally getting the paperwork done by Anthony. 1) LoJack - four-digit fee for zero value beyond what VW already includes. Nearly a dealbreaker, as it's basically a dealer upcharge for nothing of much value to the consumer. 2) JMA/FWS service contract adds 10k miles of coverage (with a deductible) for $3500. Simply ridiculous pricing, as the extra two years is rather meaningless. 3) $699 ETCH adder without disclosure during sales process. I should have noticed it, so my bad on that. Still, sneaky technique and par for car dealerships these days. 4) Financing rate was not transparent, and adjusted to sell useless warranty for $3500. 5) Ceramic (Xzilon) application and warranty overpriced, but we were out of time and the staff used it to their advantage. It was basically negotiated into the deal to soften the blow of the useless LoJack device and subscription.Edit: Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the vehicle and would buy it again in a heartbeat. The issue I had was with the same tactics everyone finds at dealerships when not buying from someone they know. Example being withholding rate information in order to sell an overpriced, PITA third-party warranty product (everyone knows JM&A is garbage). Yes, I was fatigued at that point and wanted to get the deal done. That doesn't change the dynamics of the deal, or my opinion on how it was constructed. It simply wasn't a five-star consumer experience on that end, and it rarely is. I understand that's part of the job, and the problem is I understand that part of the job.

False price advertisement and salesman also failed to explain that price didn't include LoJack cost of $1,800+ that was already installed and we had to pay for. Knocked a few hundred off when I complained but should have been transparent all along. Deceptive practice.

I Came in for an inspection on my 2023 ID4 and was able to get it done right away. Waited for it and it was ready quicker than tExpected. it was great experience. Everybody was super nice, I highly recommend their service department.
