If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dominic and Nico were both amazing to work with, very straightforward, explaining things each step of the way. I had taken my car there for repairs after I got hit, and besides them doing a great job on the bodywork, they returned it super clean inside and out! They not only washed my car, they vacuumed it and cleaned the windows inside too. They handled everything with my insurance company seamlessly, and when I picked up my vehicle, Nico even handled returning the rental car for me. I highly recommend this shop!

Went in for an estimate after I side swiped my garage while pulling out. Spoke to Nick and they told me it was (just) a simple fix. From my picture it definitely didn t look like a simple fix. Said they can wet sand it and it ll buff right out. They were right! Took about 30 minutes and they didn t charge me for anything!! Wow. There s a first for everything, I guess! Great people and fantastic customer service!

Excellent service. Dealing with insurance and repairs after an accident is already stressful enough. Sandy and David were truly a pleasure to interact with... they made the process really easy. So much that I referred my fiance there when she needed work to be done on her vehicle!!!

They fixed my cx30 mazda within a week and a half when the estimate was 2 weeks. There was great customer service throughout the duration of the repair, all workers there are very professional, great place to come to get repairs done.

They did a super excellent job and once it was done (a week late due to delay in getting missing parts) the damaged part of my car was all gone and it looked super brand new! I appreciate all the engineers who did a splendid job to fix my car. They also did the car wash, and interior cleaning. When I received my car, I felt like I'm buying a new one!Attaching before and after pictures of the damaged area.

Terrible and extremely unprofessional shop. They have lied to me multiple times saying that they have replaced coolant in my vehicle where in reality they mixed two different coolants causing more issues. They are decent at replacing body parts and doing body work, but I would definitely not recommend them when it comes to more serious damage including engine components.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

HONEST REVIEW REGARDING: ABRA AUTO BODY & GLASS - SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOISMy wife and I had our 2007 LEXUS IS 250 repaired due to an accident, I had choices available and some specialized only with Lexus, Infinity Etc. I met with management from each shop wanting to get the best warranty and quality repair and price.I could tell some were just interested in getting the work NOT concerned with my questions. I read all their reviews, and some had better reviews than others but after meeting and seeing the quality staff at ABRA AUTO BODY AND GLASS 1429 WRIGHT Blvd. Schaumburg, Illinois we made our decision to give them the task of repairing almost $6,000 worth of damage on our IS 250 Lexus.The warranty was the best the quote was the best and they communicated with us during the entire repair process, they kept us up-to-date!!Today, I picked up our LEXUS I met with the person that earned our trust, business and confidence GENERAL MANAGER -CHRIS BROWN!!We inspected the work to my complete and total satisfaction I couldn t believe how amazing the car appeared, it looked brand new!!I was looking for something that may have been wrong or overlooked, I was NOT able to detect anything!I never waste time writing reviews, but ABRA/Chris Brown deserves a recommendation these guys know what they re doing they are champions in the auto body industry!! If I ever need auto body work done I will give them the business!! I took my damaged car in to Caliber, Schaumburg, IL for an estimate. After I was advised of parts to be ordered, I took my car in for the repairs. I was advised at drop-off of how long it would take and nearly every day I received a text on the progress. I called when I had questions and Tina was able to give me an exact answer. I let them know in advance 1 particular fix that I wanted to be secure, and so far, that is working. Very professional staff and repair technicians. Happy I took my car to Caliber Collision.

Took a long time to finish my vehicle. The bumper was not put on correctly there is a gap but they claim it was prior damage. Unfortunately, I don t have any pictures of my car before the accident that shows that the car did not have this big of a gap where the bumper connects. They refuse to do anything to fix it and claim it s prior damage. I had asked for proof of prior damage and pictures to be sent to me and they never sent them after promising to when the car was finished. Never using them again.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job repairing my bumper however I expressed to them that my ac wasn t working since the accident and they told me they couldn t find a connection. He told me that he would fill the Freon because it was low as a courtesy however that was not done. I understand that they were doing that out of courtesy but don t say your going to do something and then not do it when I called them to ask if it was done they kept giving me the runaround not answering my question just telling me that they checked the compressed and there were no leaks or any damage from the accidentService: Body & Trim

This place is absolutely amazing. They repaired and replaced the damaged portion of my car to the point where it looked brand new. I was informed and updated through the whole process and notified of additional repairs that could be made without feeling pressured to do anything else. They even went the extra mile by vacuuming out the inside, cleaning the windows, and cleaning the outside of the car (to the point where it almost looked waxed). They truly return your vehicle to you better than when you left it to them. You would think the work would speak for itself, which it does, but their customer service is AMAZING. There were a few hiccups in a parts order that they had ZERO control over but they kept me updated when they could and kept me in the loop as often as they could. They were the nicest, most understanding, and caring people. I was worried about dropping my car off there at first but after meeting their staff I have never been more comfortable because they took care of me like I was family. I will be forever grateful to this place and I will be sure to recommend everyone I can! If you come to the Caliber Collision in Schaumburg you will NOT be disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best experience that I ever had. My car after repair looks just like brand new. Especially I'm very happy with the customer service. I had a lot of customer services but but never as good as this one. They would keep me updated every week couples times. My car was done on time just as they promised.Especially I would like to say thank so much to Dominic, Tina and Dakota.

absolutely recommend this location simply because of the staff here! they not only provide quality and timely service, but they communicate with you every step of the way. the beginning of my repair process was extremely stressful because of a previous location and the insurance company. i called this caliber and the staff saw me for a consultation the SAME day, I was in for repairs two days later, and had my car back in about a week!! i wish i came here from the beginning!! never met nicer people in my life!!
