This service department was and is one of my favorite service centers that I have brought my truck in for work with. J was special in making sure I was in and out in a very timely manner. They had hot coffee and popcorn as well. I would 100% suggest coming back to this location!

I can't say enough good things about the service I got from Renji. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. He explained everything about the repairs my car needed in a way I could understand. His crew got the work done on time, just like he said. Now my car is running better than it has in years! He also kept me up to date every step of the way.Overall, Renji provided awesome customer service and quality work. I'd highly recommend him and his shop to anyone needing car repairs.Top notch experience from start to finish.

Friendly and professional service! I went in to have my car's oil changed and I was in and out in a snap. I had a great conversation with Ellen, who made me feel welcome and comfortable. Kudos to the staff on a great experience. I will be back!

Unlike many other places, I felt welcomed, immediately I was greeted with a big smile from 2 advisors. a tall gentleman and another named Jay, which is who I worked with ... the service was quick and easy and learned a little more about my car and when Maintenace should be done. Jay updated me many times and was very prompt and straight forward... if you're tired of going to places that make you wait 2 -3 hours for something as simple as an oil change come here highly recommend it.

I have a pretty tight schedule and don t want to be that girl to switch one day to another but Miranda was very patient and understanding. She was able to accommodate me to my difficult schedule. That s what I call great customer service!

Renji George as well as everyone at Bob Rohrman's in Schaumburg has been extremely helpful and kind. With a fluctuating work schedule, they have always been extremely accommodating with my appointments and fitting me in to a busy schedule. Renji thoroughly explains everything including parts, process, and price breakdown. They have always been efficient with any work that needs to be done. Every employee has greeted me with a smile and helping hand. I highly recommend Renji and Bob Rohrman's for any of your car needs!

If I could give negative stars I would. The service department is absolute trash there. No customer service they never answer or return phone calls. I brought my vehicle there to be fixed for a bent rim which was covered by the extended warranty but they never called the warranty company so I had to pay for it. My insurance cut a check for them to fix other issues and the bill was more. Insurance said they would cover the remainder but service needed to submit a new bill and guess what no follow up. Ended up paying out of pocket again.

Renji George helped out so wonderfully. He explained everything that was wrong with the car, helped us save as much as we can and returned our car at a reasonable time. Schaumburg Ford went above and beyond to made sure we were taken care of. Now any maintenance or check up needed, I would take my Honda Accord to Schaumburg Ford rather than any other Honda dealership.

VictorEscamilla all the service advisors at Schaumburg Ford really went above and beyond taking care of the transmission on my 2018 Ford Explorer. I was happy to find out that a couple other issues on my the truck where taking care of under warranty. If you guys need any kind of help Ford service in Schaumburg is killer ask for Victor

Great service appointment experience!!! Had an issue with a warranty repair and part availability, service director Renji George stepped in and helped speed up process by locating necessary parts and repair was then completed in a timely manner!!! Can t wait to come back!!!!

Had a great experience working with Renji George in the service department. He kept us updated on the progress of our repair. Very impressed with Alex the service technician. He was able to determine the problem after the diagnostic test did not detect the problem. Their service team was very helpful and friendly.

To all those at Ford Service Center, specifically Victor, Dave, and Rengie, you all are amazing! As an out of stater who just moved to the Chicagoland area, I brought my car in to these guys just for them to take time on it to see if there is anything wrong. They were a tremendous help, really look through and thoroughly inspected my car and I ll be coming back if the car needs looked at again! I highly recommend !!!

Nice people treated well, but not a place to go if you have less then perfect credit & a good trade in or good amount to put down. No negotiation like it used to be, but very nice people.

Took our car in with 2 flat tires. They patched 1 and replaced the other. We found out later that Ford recommends replacing all 4 tires in those situations to avoid potential damage to AWD. That option was never mentioned to us.2 days later, another tire popped. I tried on several occasions to call and each time I was told that someone would call me back with details. After not receiving the promised call backs, I had to follow up each time. I finally received a call from a manager (Rengi). He advised me to replace all 4 tires and they had a buy 3 tires, get one for a penny sale. I asked if we could count the tire we just purchased 2 days prior as one of the three purchased tires. He was very rude and dismissive in his response and said no.I was able to confirm with a reputable Ford Service Dealer (Wickstrom in Barrington) that not including a tire recently purchased is a common practice. Although not the news I was hoping, the manner in which the news was delivered was compassionate and professional (unlike Rengi).When I aske Rengi to explain the other costs in the estimate, he again was very rude and condescending. When I asked why he was speaking to me in that way, he became passive-aggressive and pretended that he had no idea what I was talking about.I have been a Wickstrom Ford customer for 20 years and have ALWAYS received top quality service. Due to towing distance, we unfortunately ended up at Bob Rohrman. My lesson learned is that not all Ford dealers are bad - this one is. If any of my cars ever need a tow again, I will always pay the extra cost to take it to Wickstrom. I will always advise people to stay clear of this dealership and of Rengi.

I came in for a free oil change after calling and making an appointment, referencing said offer. I was told it was an ev marketing scheme they had where I would get a free oil change if I drove an ev mustang. They said they couldn t let me drive one and would not give me the free oil change. A waste of my time. Tom Robles, service director, runs a horrible team of service advisors. If he s the director, he s just best of the worst team of people I have encountered.
