I always have a great experience at this auto zone. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Don changed out my battery for me and did such a phenomenal job! I am always so thankful for this stores staff, they always go above and beyond. Thank you again Don!

I had to grab a few things before the autozone closed. This autozone was by far the best one I have been able to shop at. The customer service rep was great! He helped me with finding something and also gave me info on spray paint / paint for my car which I did not know. He has a store full of people and was very mellow and did not rush me at all. I have to say this person definitely needs a promotion and a raise! I will definitely come back and visit!

Good afternoon. I have a very unpleasant situation. I came to your store to buy spark plugs. I was offered several options and I chose 1 of them.spark plugs that cost more than the original ones for my car.The next day I replaced them on the service. and I was charged $140 for the work.On the same day in the evening, my car began to stall and the check engine caught fire.I drove to your store to check for errors. and your scanner showed that the problem was because of spark plugs. I have a printed document from your store.I bought a second set of spark plugs again and went to the master again. Once again I paid $140 to replace the spark plug and now everything is fine.The question is the following. the consultant in your store refuses to accept the used 1 day spark plugs because I drove them.Question. why can't I return the goods that didn't work on my car?. why do I have to pay $140 again for the replacement for the second time? I'm not asking you to compensate me for the service. I'm asking you to take back the sparks because of which my car broke down on the first day and I suffered additional losses.Customer service said they would contact me within 24-48 hours.It's been 5 days and no feedback.

Needed a battery to be tested and replaced. Tony advised us on the best battery to meet our needs and installed the battery on the spot. Very helpful, great customer service! I would definitely recommend!

Went in for a battery replacement, the technician said they couldn t change it because there was too much in the way..?? He said to take it to a garage. I bought a battery and replaced it myself in 20min.

They checked my battery and replaced it after I purchased a new one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great AZ location.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location and staff. I started going here in about 2009/10 and have always gotten great service, my parts were in stock and staff has always offered to or helped me install new parts. I moved away for a few years and was happy to see Don is still there and as helpful and patient as ever! He goes above and beyond every time and is the reason I keep going back! Nick also helped me today and was also amazing! A few new employees were training while I was there today and with learning from the staff that is already there, they will be just as amazing! Keep it up!

I spent 30 minutes trying to have new wipers put on my car. Took 4 employees and they couldn t figure it out. They didn t tell me until I asked how much longer. I ended up going to another auto parts store where it took 5 minutes. I will not be going back to Auto Zone.

Chris the Assistant Manager replaced a dead battery with a new one in under 20 minutes and shared great information on alternators, as well. Service was really awesome and so is the Autozone Rewards program. Will come again.

Walk in 30 minutes before close for some basic stuff. Dude sees me pulling out cash and waits until he rings up everything to tell me they are Card Only because the manager is doing the cash count 20 minutes before close. Lucky that I didn t need any urgent part and could only pay cash. Really disappointed that people put leaving early over helping paying customers. Also really unprofessional to have people wear their work issued hats backwards..

If I lived closer to this location it would instantly be my go to AutoZone.I went here for a serpentine belt and the tool. The customer service I got was great and the guys behind the counter were friendly and inviting. Then I realized my belt broke because my idle pulley was seized. I came back quickly to get some advice and before I could even finish my problem the manager bolted out the door to see what's up. This gentleman spent the next hour and a half helping me replace the entire tension pulley assembly.I wouldn't have made it home last night if it wasn't for him. Even when I worried about him spending his valuable time helping me he never once made me feel bad for it. This guy honestly wants to help the customers that walk in.I felt like a kid holding the flashlight again but I can't thank him enough. I made it to work today because of him. My AutoZone is the Carol Stream location but if I need anything after work I will be doing in here on my way home instead of waiting.This story is one of many reasons that AutoZone will always be my go to auto parts store. If every AutoZone in the country ran like this location they would put every other company out of business.

Always helpful to have a car parts shop nearby, especially if you're driving a 20+ year old car. This Autozone location in particular has been crucial for me- I've almost always had good experiences with the employees here, most notably with Nick and Chris. Both have been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding in my experience

Very satisfied with the visit today. Went to buy wiper blades and this lady Stacy not only sold my choice of blades but also ensured they are installed properly to my car. Although it took about 10 mins to figure out the compatibility issue but she insisted that we did this to avoid return, redundant experience of both of us. I sincerely appreciate and laud her effort to provide excellent service to customers. Keep up the good work Stacy!

Called AutoZone to determine if they had a battery for my Subaru. Customer service on the phone was friendly and informative. Went to the store the next day after getting a jump...the customer service couldn't have been better! My battery was installed, my nephews watched, the manager cleaned all the corrosion off of the cables, he offered to put in my windshield wiper fluid that I had purchased, etc. I wish every business aspired to the same standard. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

An employee named Ronnie was so rude to a customer, that he made her visibly upset, to the point where she asked him to stop. He laughed it off and another employee had to take over because of his disrespect to this customer. Ronnie was terrible how can anyone treat someone this way??? He should be fired.

This is the best Autozone I've been to. I called on Friday to see if they had a headlight and bright in stock for my vehicle and if they could change them for me and they did. The staff is very friendly and ready to help from the minute they took my phone call to me making my purchase.

Have been here numerous times over the years. It is my go to for car parts. I am not good with cars or trucks. They are always honest and forthright. I do not ever remember being sold a part that I did not need to pad their profits. Kudos to them for that and that keeps me coming back.

After today's visit 09/15/2023 , I strongly suggest avoiding this location. Yong guy doesn't want to help me at all. He was waiting until I went to speak with his friend. I think he really doesn't want to work in autozone. Mayby his parents tell him to do.

I came here to check my battery and as a girl I felt the need to bring my boyfriend but I have to say the two employees there were Girls! Yay. Anywho they were very helpful and even offered to place the new battery for free. And explained the different types of batteries and warranties which I appreciate it very much because I never had to buy a battery before. Thank you!

I just went in for a headlight, I didn't know how to change it myself and I took a chance asking the guys to help me, and they did! Sam helped me, he even checked and refilled my brake fluid too!! They easily saved me $100 bucks at the mechanics :)

Thanks for the guy who let me use his portable car jumper for night to make sure my car would start after I got off from work. His customer service was great and very thorough I would definitely recommend this auto zone to my first born.

Mixed bag on customer service. Some staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Some not so much. They will help you read codes and do simple fluid adds or wiper swaps. Nice convenient location,

Amazing customer service. I met with Shawn and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Shawn is very knowledgeable. I think Auto Zone should have many more Shawns. I will go back there again and again.

I needed a battery and they were very informed on what kind of battery would be best for my car. They even installed it in the very cold weather the other day. I was very appreciative they were very nice, polite, friendly, courteous and helpful!!
