I recently went to this store to get replacement bulbs for my license plate. Francisco L. assisted me at the counter and kindly offered to install the bulbs for me. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful since I didn't know how to do it myself. Despite the chilly weather, Francisco professionally replaced the bulbs and didn't charge me extra. Thanks to Francisco's excellent service, I'm now a loyal customer of AutoZone.Appreciate having such a great staff member like Francisco!

This auto zone is terrible! Went in to buy oil and a filter last night the girl and guy working wouldn t move from behind the counter to show me where the product was that I need to buy and the store was completely empty. When I brought back the wrong thing and asked if they could show me which one I needed all they said was its back there. They were more concerned with what the girl needed to get her mom for dinner after their shift. Hopefully management reads this and has a discussion with them. I ve gone to many different auto zones with great service and this place is not one of them.

I was looking for some sand paper and was able to find some sanding sponges! They are prefect for the project I need to work on. The sales associate even was able offer other options that could work for what I was doing. It s great that auto zone staffs people who really are car people and know there stuff!

This encompasses two visits. The 3 stars is for the first. The second visit, you don't have enough stars. I got a battery 1 year ago. Recently I had to jump somebody, and noticed a vast amount of corrosion. I thought it strange fie a sealed cell battery. Friday, it died. I got a jump and went back.to.the store on Saturday. The man helpingme was of no help. Yes, I had a 3 year warranty, yes, the batterywas a year old. It's the cable that is bad. So he shows the person he's training how to do a terrible job of cleaning the corrosion. After that, just a load test. Never offered a new battery, never really let me talk. And he was training a woman? Yeah, training her for failure.It died Monday night as I pulled into the garage. Jumped again, back to autozone tuesday. What a difference. The man listened, looked at the receipt, checked the computer and asked if wanted a new one. He replaced the battery, cleaned and cleaned some more and got the positive connectort clean. Then he sealed it. It's people like him that make me keep coming back. An exemplary employee

My mother in law recently went to this autozone on a busy Saturday January 27th. She is clueless when it comes to anything automotive wise and Dario went above and beyond the call of duty to help her with her car. She was very pleased and beyond grateful. Dario treated her like family. She would go back there just because of him. Please give that man a raise!!

The people here are always nice and ready to help. This store has been incredibly useful for me, especially with the hours and selection of items. I wanted to change my own oil and it had the oil, it had car ramps, it had a Honda OEM filter, it had the pan, it had literally everything I needed. They provide free diagnostics for check engine and free battery inspections too. They also take used oil. Such a convenient and awesome place! Saved money here too since we were able to get parts that were way cheaper than what the mechanics had. Saved us literally a thousand bucks.

I want to replace my car Battry so I purchased with Schaumburg autozone and after that they inform me that outside temperature is -20c so they are not able to do it. So I called 921 w Irving park rd autozone and they say yes and they did it for me. Schaumburg autozone crew is making excuses.

The staff at this AutoZone really try their best to help you out with any auto issues you are having. They take their time and have a good work culture. I was assisted by a very polite and hardworking part-time/seasonal staff member named Jimmy and he did his best and then some to help me with a headlight replacement.

Guy sold me a package of 4 brake pads, all front. I asked for 2 rear and 2 front brake pads. Now I have to go get the rears while my mechanic is working on it. Waste of time. Make sure you are getting the correct parts here.

The staff here is unprofessional. I came in looking for a simple item and I stayed in the area for quite some time. No one came to see if I needed help. There were 3 people behind the counter chilling in deep conversation while the other one was out smoking cigarettes. I took my business elsewhere.

My son and I recently went into the store and needed quite a bit of help. Neither of us really knew what we were doing. Brian went above and beyond to help us get everything we need and even helped install a few things while also guiding my son how to do it on his own. It was an awesome experience and we are so thankful for him!

I had 2 battery issues today ,,,, brought 1 in for check and had to have someone check my current battery in my car.... store was busy but James did the job and was very friendly and nice ... Auto zone is lucky to have him as an employee... he went the extra mile to install our battery and troubleshoot the 2nd one...called us back and resolved the issue.. great Job ! also Joan at that location was great as well !! will be back and these 2 employees should be commended !!

This has been my go-to store for all my auto needs for YEARS. Today while picking up oil,my battery needed a jump (drained battery last night and didn't charge it long enough). I thought I am at the right place they will help. WRONG,THEY WOULDN'T BE BOTHERED. I feel like such a valued customer now. Thanks

Bad, weird interaction for a simple return. No greetings neither. Took them 25 minutes to figure out how to return. They said I have to ship it since it was bought online. On the email it clearly says returns can be made to any autozone won t be be coming here. After 25 minutes they finally returned it
