I have included one before photo and to after photos. This place did amazing work! The difference from the damage that was done to my car is now as noticeable as Rick and Morty's new voice actors. They didn't even charge me. This place was phenomenal.

I am very very satisfied with this place especially Jerry,Brett,Wendy helped me through out my car fixing process.I had an accident few weeks back got my Mercedes to this place by reference. Initially I was doubting how are they going to fix my car with multiple damages but they did the best service I would refer this place anyone who is looking for collision services.

I ve been using America s Auto Body for years. They are the only auto body repair shop that I trust. Whether it was repairing rust on my Subaru Legacy, repairing extensive hail damage to my Lexus RX330 and repairing a scratch on my corvette the quality of their repairs is outstanding. I d have no reservations recommending America s Auto Body to anyone who loves their vehicle and wants the repairs done correctly. Thank you to Jerry, Art, and Bret. Cleanliness, friendliness and outstanding quality work !I've been a customer for many years and would not trust or go anywhere else for repairs. Vehicle damage is never a pleasant experience but working with the folks at America's Auto Body is !Brought my formerly pristine Nissan Altima in last week and they made it look as good as new again. Kept me informed during the process. The best part is how you are treated from beginning to end. The repair technicians are experts at what they do and it was a real pleasure working with Jerry Wattron and Wendy.Nice to see that some things don't change. Thank you !

I came in to get a little scuff on my new mustang fixed and everyone was very professional. Art was extremely personable and knew exactly what he was talking about. I will only be coming here for my body work from now on.

I had the best experience here. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Jerry who took great care of me. The shop is spotless and professional. The price for my repair incredibly generous!! They do excellent work. I Highly recommend them!

Best body shop! Went in late 2023 for a broken driver side mirror.Jerry was extremely helpful from the very beginning, helping me understand what I needed and guiding me through everything.Service was amazing and the place is squeaky clean. Highly recommend

Outstanding customer service!! I went there without a prior appointment to get an estimate for a few somewhat deep scratches on the bumper of my new Porsche Macan. Art Garcia made himself available and assessed the damages. He was completely transparent and gave me his honest opinion and a couple of alternatives to consider. They graciously and generously repaired the scratches within 45 minutes and even gave me some touch up paint to take home, all complimentary of America s Auto Body. I can now barely see the scratches. I was very moved by the level of customer service, explanation of their due diligence and process, candidness and their offer of a much easier alternative. I was equally impressed with the shop set up, cleanliness, knowledge, quality of work and professional staff. I would like to thank Art and his team for their outstanding service. This whole team, especially Art, were absolutely fantastic. Art works with you to make sure you get the best parts or new parts for your car if you simply give him the time to do so. They make sure the insurance companies themselves pay their fair share instead of all the money coming out of pocket from you. If I could give 10 stars I would; thank you all!

My husband had an appointment last week to get an estimate for my car s bumper repair. He met with Art who advised him against a potentially costly fix of replacing the damaged part through removal of the entire bumper. Art instead touched up the affected area to our satisfaction free of charge. Thank you for the first class service!

The ONLY place to have your car repaired! I d give them 100 STARS if I could! The owner Steve, along with Art, Wendy, Octavia and Brett, all were amazing. They demonstrate such passion and enthusiasm for taking care of you and your car.Americas Auto Schaumburg is the bar setter! They will share with you their professional knowledge. Their body and paint warehouses are sparkling clean with white floors. Don t be surprised if they extend you an invitation to walk into their actual body shoppe to see what they do best!My husband and I drive across the state line to use them for our BMW and Lexus. They are very honest and will always serve their customers in the best way possible! Thank you for being so amazing! It s so good to know a business like you!

I was recommended to America s Auto body by a friend after my sister asked me if I could help her in getting a new plastic shark fin antenna cover repainted after it fell off her 2017 Ford Explorer.I called and spoke to Jerry who is great and understanding of the situation at hand. He asked for some information about the car (Vin number, paint code) after which he quoted the price to have it painted which me and my sister thought was a great price and I dropped off the shark fin cover the next day.When I arrived Jerry was very welcoming and said it would be couple of days which I thought was great given that it was just a small part.A couple of days later I got a phone call saying my part was ready and I could come pick it up anytime.Once I picked it up and was able to install the new antenna on my sisters car I was shocked that it s was a perfect match given he didn t have the car there to match it.Thanks Jerry and the staff at America s Auto Body for doing a great job, if I ever need anything painted again I will definitely be coming back.Joshua

I had my Audi S3 repaired here after it was backed into in a parking lot. The insurance (State Farm) asked them to repair the existing panel. Well, they did, but it didn t come out to their standards. They must have known my standards are ridiculous, because they went back and fought the insurance company to do the job the right way. They got the panel replaced in the end, and gave me the carback in better condition than before the hit. Since that, there was a quality assurance issue and they did SUCH an amazing job fixing the small mishap and I just can t thank them enough. I will send everyone to them, because I trust them enough to put my word on the line. This company will stand behind their work and I will never take my cars to another shop.

Dropped of my car there January 5th they held my car for a month after receiving payments from insurance.Art who was supposed to be working on my car was constantly lying about him not being able to get in touch with my insurance provider when my insurance told me that there are no records of him trying to get in touch or anything. So after all of that I had enough had to just pick up my car because they were not doing anything. Once I picked up my car i saw that they broke the drivers door panel straight up just cracked it in the middle i have no clue why they even bothered playing around there when the damage was on the rear of the vehicle and when i told him about it he got defensive and just walked away. My audi side assist does not work aswell. Overall very bad experience 0/5 not serious at all not a man of his word who is constantly lying so he can push more work in so he can make more money while screwing up customers.

They did an outstanding job on my Audi that was unfortunately rear ended. Can't tell a thing ever happened. Despite it being a insurance job they sti take care of you and are easy to work with. Other shops I've been too always try to rush you out and onto the next or do a sloppy job because insurance pays for it.

America s Auto Body treated my car like it was their car. The repair facility is clean, well lit and doesn t smell like primer and paint. It reflects pride of ownership. And the quality of work that you ll receive. The people I dealt with were professional and helpful. The repair work that was done was very good. I m happy I brought my car here. My truck was in an accident and I called Americas. They walked me through what to do as this was my first time having this happen. They helped me with everything from start to finish. I was kept up date with all of the repairs along the way and status with the insurance company the entire time. Americas made this repair process on my truck absolutely seamless. Americas ensured the integrity of their repairs as well as staying true to their timeline. I could not have asked for a better experience. The work was done to a very high standard. Americas took the utmost amount of pride in the repair and the entire experience for me as the customer. I will continue to recommended Americas to all of my friends and family. In my lifetime, I have never worked with any other business that puts the customer first and foremost like Americas did through out this entire process from my first phone call all the way to the day I picked up my truck. It is truly a relief knowing that I can trust and rely on Americas to take my vehicles to for body and paint repair.

TOTALLY recommend! My family and I were on our way into the city, in bumper to bumper traffic and were side-swiped on our passenger side by someone trying to merge in behind us, but not paying attention to how close he got to us while merging. We had multiple 1ft to 3ft scrapes and scuffs of varying depth all along the car - front door to back wheel well. Additionally, we have had a 6 inch black "drip mark" on our driver's door for about a year - never knowing what it was. Other body shops told us they couldn't remove it, and our dealer (who we love) told us they were pretty sure it was eroded paint due to sap. They recommended American Auto Body. Jerry's team at America's Auto Body took care of ALL of the issues, in a short amount of time and our car looks amazing! They run a clean, friendly, trustworthy and efficient shop! Don't hesitate to bring your car there. Thank you AAB!

Not the best experience. I came into the office and the staff looked at me like why are you here? It seemed like I was bothering them. They were definitely not ready to genuinely go out of their way to help a customer. A little kindness and initiative would have gone a long way. Too bad they were lacking in that.

We had our Acura repaired here recently and OUTSTANDING service, especially Jerry, who should teach a Master Class in communicating with the customer (that's the secret to great businesses: communication!)Our RDX looked brand-new when we picked it up and they even detailed the interior, which was a really pleasant surprise and everything looked flawless.We would absolutely return here for future needs! :-DServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I used this shop for repairs to my Volkswagen after a rear end accident. They did a very nice job on my car and were easy to deal with. They kept me informed and everyone was friendly. The place is clean and it was a pleasure doing business with America's Auto Body. I will recommend them to my local clients, as I work with auto accident victims. The best body shop in Illinois is America auto body. Incredible work they did on my brand new 2023 Kia Telluride. I m so glad I choose this body shop. It was major accident occurred with my car but after they fix it everything so perfectly I don t found any difference in driving before and after accident. It s like new car as it was before. Thank you so much America auto body.
