I m soo grateful for what A&K has done for my family, my family van had broken down 2days before our vacation and he listened to our situation and did everything he could to fix the van and get us out safely in the same day. I highly recommend them, he s super friendly, reasonable, professional, and quick. He had also gave me updates while working on the van which I appreciate, I ll be bringing my vehicles there from now on.

Contacted AK after a recommendation from my father in law, AK messaged me immediately and had me at his shop within an hour. After being nervous about what maintenance costs on my BMW were going to be, he gave me an incredible price on top of being an extremely friendly guy. He had me out the door and back on the road in a short period. He's made a lifetime customer out of me and I'll bring every vehicle to him in the future. I suggest to everyone curious about the quality of service to look no further

They were great! Highly recommend. It s tough to find a mechanic that is willing to come to you and within just hours of calling. He got the electrical issue fixed on my Hyundai Elantra (it was not starting up suddenly) the same day within just hours. I would highly recommend AKA Mobile Mechanic. I was in town from MN to help my daughter and bring her back with me for medical reasons. We were suppose to leave that day. Her vehicle would not start. We found AKA on google and the owner came to the hotel where we were staying, diagnose the problem (electrical) and had someone pick up that same day. We were hoping to get it back that day but it was more extensive then thought. We needed to get back to MN and we were able to leave the car there to be fixed. They notified us every step of the way, including taking videos and pictures. They went above and beyond and I feel grateful to have found them.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

My car broke down an hour from the area on a Saturday. Called to see if I can get my vw towed over and left over night to be looked at in the morning and the owner was more than reasonable. After the diagnostic, i explained my situation and the owner was more than willing to lend me a loaner for the time being. Unfortunately my car was beyond repair so the owner sought out and was able to sell it with my permission of course. In the process communication on the vehicle was a 10/10 experience. The owner ever came out and helped me look at a new vehicle from a used dealer during the process. Fantastic service, will recommend to friends!

AK didn't show up or communicate why. We spoke on the phone in the afternoon and he said to text him the info on the car and location. He estimated he'd be able to help in the evening around 6:30pm. He responded to my text right away and said he'd be in touch shortly but I heard nothing after that. Also no reply when I followed up the next morning. We lost another day without the car.

This past week, my car suddenly didn t start and I thought the battery was dead. I got roadside assistance but it turned out battery was fine. I moved recently to Chicago suburbs and had no idea about mechanics in the area. Not knowing what the issue was with my car, I googled and reached out to AKA. My car was quickly received for a check. After few hours, I got a call from AKA that, my car s computer module was damaged and had to be replaced. The repair quote for my car I got was very fair and not only my car was fixed in time but also he took time to check on overall health of car. And best part is that he is mobile and can come to you if needed. Glad to found my go-to mechanic shop!

My boyfriend's battery died on his 2011 Ford Escape and luckily AKA Complete Auto Repair came to the rescue! When I called, it prompted me to leave a message but AK texted me right away asking what was needed and where my location was. He was at our home within fifteen minutes. Right away, he charged the battery to start the car. He disposed of the old battery and installed the new one. He wasn't here more than an hour. He was very nice and knowledgable. His prices were great compared to a dealer. While we used this company for their mobile service, he also has a physical shop in Schaumburg. We are telling our family and friends about this company and if we are ever in need, we will contact them again.Thank you so much! We really appreciate it! :)Service: Battery

First time getting my 2010 Lincoln MKX serviced here. AK, the owner, is very kind and professional. I had called today, Sunday, to get an estimate to replace my rear wheel bearings and to see when the soonest I could take It in. I was honestly surprised to not only get a return call with an estimate, but to also get it replaced the same day! I asked for them to do an inspection to ensure everything else was ok. They recommend to get my rear brakes replaced. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they were honest with me so I got the brakes done too! I would highly recommend this business! Thanks again gentlemen!

Easily the best experience I ve had with a mechanic. Would recommend to anyone. I crashed my car days before needing to drive out of state for work. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, extremely flexible, and went above and beyond with all the repairs I needed to get done and even got them all done significantly earlier than expected. High quality, fast, and well priced service. AK was extremely helpful and showed what was being done every step of the way so I knew what my money was going towards. Very transparent process, and very willing to work with his clients needs. Had 2 wheel bearings, a steering knuckle, and 2 ABS sensors replaced, and he was able to see the vehicle immediately and had it done the next day, while many mechanics would have made me wait a week. AK was on time for the installation of my lowering springs. Even when I have completely destroyed the bolts, he went out of his way to order new bolts as well as share his knowledge with me. He is Very knowledgeable, very experienced, and knows exactly what he is doing. I didn t not even know I had to flush the brake fluid, and he did it and showed me all of the air bubbles that have gotten inside as well. Honestly, best mechanic experience I have had by far. High recommend AK for any work on your vehicles mobile or at the shop. Oh did I mention, the car came out perfect! My car wouldn t start and had a creaky sound coming out of the engine. AK came to me within 30 mins of calling him, and was quickly able to diagnose the issue and recommend what needed to be fixed. I ll definitely call him again for any future issues.Service: BatteryService: Battery

He came to us at the mall but we are currently sitting in his lot after hours while he works on the car so we can get home from vacation. Starter was bad and he replaced it but battery was shot as well so he jumped us to follow him to get it replaced at 9 at night when he s already past work. Unfortunate emergency but glad to find this place!! I m from a small town and never expect this personal and efficient of service in big cities!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Fantastic service and excellent pricing! AK came out to my work place and what was initially a brake replacement job required rotor replacement as well. He went to buy the rotors and did the job while I was at my desk. Very reliable work and a very honest guy.Will be my go to guy on any future car repairs.Highly recommend!

My power steering started to leak all over my driveway and AK came to my house and picked up my van, brought it to their shop and 5 hours later brought it back to my house. So convenient! Also very far pricing! Honest, would definitely use them again for my auto repair needs.

AK acknowledged how old my car was, and knew that I didn t want to spend much money on it. He was very genuine and answered any questions I had. Wish I had gone to him with my earlier fixes on this old car, instead I wasted my money at Firestone. Trustworthy, and gets work done fast!

A.K. came out to my home same day for a dead battery and he was super nice, knowledgeable and was determined to get my van going-and he did. My alternator died, I bought a new one and tried to do it myself but I couldn t get the bolts off. I called 4 mechanics all of them quoting me 250+ for labor but I called AK and he quoted me 175. It only took a 2-3 hours and he not only kept me informed the entire way but showed me what he was doing and why. He also found different issue with my belt tensioner and instead trying to sell me on a repair I didn t need yet he told me the signs to look for when it does go bad, I will definitely be coming back for any other services I need done.Service: Electrical repair

I called AK Saturday morning. I had an issue with my Honda Civic s pushbutton start wouldn t start the engine. AK came out and diagnosed it and replaced the starter which solved the issue. He did this promptly professionally and timely. While AK had my car I asked him to check the brakes. He informed me that the rear brakes needed attention as in new rotors and pads he instructed me that front brakes were fine for another 20,000 miles. I found a AK honest and competent. He changed my Honda Civic Starter. He is convenient and changed it in my drive way. One improvement I can think of is to assess the estimation even before he started working on it. He started and then he found the model is 2013 for which the parts are $50 extra. Other than that, he is professional and did a neat job.

Is a fantastic mechanic. True to his world and stands behind his work. Is definitely not your average Joe. He goes above and beyond what is expected and tells you what it is and honestly doesn't lie to you about price or work that needs to be done just to make a dollar.
