I would put 0 stars if they would have this option! 0 People, please respect yourself and don t go there. Managers and employee have no clue what they are doing there. I don t think their mechanics really knows or understand in a German cars (Mercedes-Benz) or ever been trained!!! My own experience was awful.So, I had a flat tire, I brough it to them to patched. In that moment I came on a spare tire. I came in a service one guy greeted me I explained what happened plus I mentioned that I m in a rush , he sured me that they will be done with my tire( patching) in about 30 min. While they did that I went to the store and bought some groceries. I put all my grocery in a trunk ( later on you will understand why I m writing that, that I knew exactly how my trunk looked like). When I came to pick up my tire I asked them if they can put original tire and my spare tire leaved in my trunk where originally should go. They said yes we do that and it s included with your pay! So he said they need another 15 min . Sure .no problem! Finally after in total one hour and 15 min one guy came to me and gave me my keys and said your car is on a front and ready to do . I thanked him and went out. Before taking off I had a feeling to look on a back in my trunk how did they place this spare tire on a top of my cover or actually placed where it originally should go. When I looked I was shocked . They broken my cover opener. So it looked like they couldn t opened and they took a screwdriver and tried to lifted but they chipped . So they still didn t opened ,they picked up the whole cover by themself with hands I ll attached pictures below. Plus they didn t place the spare tire normally( they probably didn t know how ) , the cover was sticking out and the lid wasn t closed. OMG , when I saw this I immediately went inside and tell the same guy who gave me a keys and he ,of course denied and said they didn t do that . So I left because I didn t have time i had to meet my son from school . It took them more time to fixed than they promised . While I was driving home I called the service right away and asked for manager. When I explained situation he asked me to sent the pictures on their email and he will address this problem to a GM. He said GM will call me tomorrow . So I waited next day for their call , nobody called me, I called them myself and asked for a GM ! When a GM ( or head of the managers) started talking to me , I explained the whole situation. He said it can t happened , he trust his guys, his employee and he didn t even apologize ! OMG, he made me look like a lier . !!!! I felt so bad like never before . I felt like I was fooled and I wanted to cry!People, please respect yourself and don t go there! Stay away from them!!! Don t wast your time and money. Because if something will happen with your car or if they break it they will never admitted and they will make you look like a lier! Btw this is my first bad review that I wrote in my life!PS: like 4 month before this situation my husband went there and bought all new Michelin tires from them and spent $1700 . And here we come! What an awesome appreciation to the return customers!

I had my car with a flat right-rear tire towed into Acorn with the towing service that Acorn recommended. The fact that they had a towing service that they trusted, and also recommended it, was quite helpful. My car arrived at about 05:45 P.M. Given that Acorn closes at 07:00 P.M., I am quite grateful that they promised to have my tire repaired by the close of business and promised to do so at a quite reasonable price. They were on target with their schedule and price. I am quite satisfied with the service that I received.Dave Mikitka

I have been using Acorn Goodyear for over 25 years and have always been treated like family. They always get me in for whatever Service my vehicle requires and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is fixed correctly at a fair price. I have bought multiple sets of tires for my vehicles over the years and I will definitely come back to Acorn tire and service for my next set. I highly recommend them, they re awesome!

I was terrified because I was watching my 1999 Monte Carlo bleed out (oil leaking everywhere). But I brought her to Acorn, and between Kurt and his staff, I knew she would be fixed. It's nice to have a mechanic that you trust. And I trust them completely. Particularly Kurt. Having her up and running and acting like she's brand new was worth every penny. Having cost less than I anticipated was just a bonus.

The mechanics are probably the most honest and helpful on earth. They were helpful and not manipulative like many other autoshops, and they took custom parts so we were able to get a cheaper repair. It's no wonder they never have any slots for appointments available, which is unfortunately the one downside.

Have been coming to Acorn for more than just tires for the last 5 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Nothing is perfect, but how they respond when things need to be corrected is 2nd to none. Tough to find service businesses you trust, I have found them here.

The experience was great! Kurt told me exactly the issue, he is team would call me and update me. Also I ve had no issues with the new brakes they replaced. 10/10 would recommend

Found issue quickly and fixed same day, even warrantied a recent repair that didn't seem right. Pricing is very fair and the staff is great. Highly recommended

Overall an okay place to get tires. They put on 4 new tires and did a front end alignment for my 2019 Jeep Compass. Pricing was probably about 20% higher than competitors and it s took 1 hour and 50 minutes with an appointment which is slower than most places I ve gone to for similar work. Overall, an average place to get tire work done, but also there are dozens of places within 2 miles that are probably better than average.

Acorn did an alignment, wheel rotation and balance, and synthetic oiI change. I can always count on Acorn for excellent service.

Where very helpful with the advice they gave me about my truck (Explorer). I was told by someone else that I needed work on the front end and Acorn found nothing wrong. Nice job.

I took my car here for a couple of services for the first time. I was really pleased with the level of service as well as the detailed information I received. Thanks Mike for all your help and will definitely bring the car back for future needs and ongoing maintenance.

I had a tire that went flat during the last snow storm. Took my truck to Acorn and they were able to get me right in. They did not have the tire in stock but were able to get it within 2 hours. 5/5 great experience! Cost was about 140 dollars cheaper than what Firestone quoted me. Service was quick and easy. I even got a follow up text from Justin the next day, asking if everything was ok with my car and if I had any problems to call them. I will be coming back to this place!

Everyone is friendly and helpful as soon as I walk in. My questions and concerns are quickly addressed and the prices are very reasonable. Service has always been great and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else

They wildly overcharge for parts and try to replace parts that aren t damaged. These guys will try and take as much money from you as possible.There are plenty of other shops in the area that will not price gouge you.

I went in for a wheel alignment the other day. I did not have an appointment but they still got me in. My car does drive straight now for the most part. Except they did not adjust the camber in the front whatsoever. You can visibly see that the front tires driver side specially its really angled out. This place tends to assume that people know absolutely nothing about cars. If it s not that then they just have lazy techs who think the customers know nothing. If you re doing a job, you have to do the whole thing. That s like a painter painting a room but leaving one wall the old color and thinking the customer wouldn t notice.Service: Wheel alignment

Don't take your vehicle here for anything other than tires. Seems like it has gotten worse with service. I wanted to support smaller local business but I'll be taking my car back to the dealer. I was giving them my business with 2 vehicles and soon to be 3 but no more.

Where do I begin?? I've been searching for a reliable auto repair shop for the past 3 years. Just when I thought I'd finally found a trustworthy, reliable shop, it turned out it wasn't. Very frustrating! Then I came across this gem, Acorn Tire and Service. I walked in and was greeted right away, which is what you'd expect as a customer. I explained why I was there and they took the time to sit with me and go over what the possible issues could be and the best and most cost-effective way to fix them. Their store manager, Mike Hurt, even took the time to greet me and to check how everything was going. You could really feel the family atmosphere there. They took their time working on the car, which made me feel even better. I knew they were making sure they did it right and did not overlook anything. When the car was done, they brought the car around and the mechanic handed me my keys with a smile on his face. Just by the smile, I could tell that he really enjoyed his job and making sure we were taken care of. I can finally say I found an amazing, trustworthy mechanic shop. I highly recommend. Not only the technical service is top quality. In addition, the after-sales service makes you feel that "you are from home". Without absurd investments of time, without returns, on the contrary: Always Happy. I recommend it in Hoffman States. I had what i thought was an engine issue of somesort and Justin had reacted like a true professional and told me on the phone to bring the car in as soon as i could. Once i brought it in he looked it over after having a very good conversation regarding the issues and he assured me it would get resolved. That it did and not even to the cost i thought it would have been.Ive been to many mechanics who would have taken advantage of the situation in that moment. Justin didnt, he was honest, and professional.Definitely going to Acorn and asking for Justin from here on outService: Engine repair

Should have done this full proper review a long time ago... Now that i have 5 mins, here goes.First time i went there, just did an alignment after i replaced my own shocks and springs, etc. While they were down there, they also helped replace my oil which i had brought along. I usually do my own repairs or fix-its, but when i am pressed for time, they are the first people I think of. Never once have the disappointed, and have always been clear and honest about what needs to be done. They also provide extremely reasonable prices that i think match the work they do. I have recommended them to friends and highly recommend them to anyone. The whole team, Justin, Mike, Josh and all the mechanics are always friendly and will try to help no matter what the situation.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair
