Ben is my BMW family doctor. He's not just a part swapper, he actually knows what he's doing. If you are looking for honest mechanic that won't charge crazy high price Ben is the MAN. He fixed my e38 with low miles for reasonable price. The service here is incredible. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ben. Our dealer was charging us some crazy amount to fix the issue we had with our BMW. Ben was able to provide us with the fix for our car at a very reasonable price. We will be using 7th Gear for all our BMW car repairs going forward. Highly recommended.

Very highly satisfied with work done here on my 2016 BMW X5. Have had two major maintenance repairs completed and each were completed on a timely manner and at a fair price (as opposed to being gouged by a dealership repair facility). Very friendly and courteous staff and I will be back with any (and all) future service needs. Highly recommend!

Having an older BMW, a 2005 330ci, I required the services of a local professional mechanic who has in depth working experience with BMWs. Due to the age of my BMW it is easy to run up maintenance costs; dealership type costs to keep an aging car in optimal running condition. Ben is talented in diagnosing the root cause problem, and provides one with fair price, repair recommendations and suggestions. I found 7th Gear Auto Repair services years ago, and Ben is my go-to trusted mechanic, for servicing my BMW.

Ben is a outstanding mechanic and knows his BMW's very well. I've taken both of my BMW's to his shop and he gets the job done quick,clean and at a very well price. I will be coming back to his shop with any other problems my cars may have.

Ben was amazing! Did a fantastic job repairing a serious issue with older BMW. Communicated well and really helped me out with getting my car back running quickly. The best interaction I've ever had at an auto repair shop!

Just had my 2011 BMW X5 picked after 60k maintenance service. One word; awesome! service and Ben has been really great...I was skeptical initially of taking my car to dealer vs Ben and glad that went for it..and he charged half the pro e what dealer quoted.. I will drive for a while and will update.

Ben is so nice, and listens intensely to what may be the problem, I have a BMW X3 it needs some work, and I found just the guy to get it done. He's fair and Knowledgeable, 7th Gear is the place to come if you want to be treated right/ AUG 2019, Ben prices has went up considerably, and Staff has changed, which may affect my reason for staying with seven gear Auto Repair.

I was referred to Ben @ 7th Gear by a fellow BMW enthusiast. He has performed myriad services on my classic BMW from general maintenance to performance upgrades. I ve always been happy with his quality of work, depth of knowledge and recommendations. He s talked me down from ideas that I had that likely would ve spoiled the car, but provided alternatives that made what I was going after possible. I highly recommend him and 7th Gear.

Ben does solid work at a fair price and stands behind his work. We have 6 bmws, all of them over 10 years old. We spend a lot of time with Ben! He's honest and knowledgeable- you can't ask for more than that!

Ben did a great job fixing up my 08 bmw. Quick service, thorough inspection and diagnosis, and nothing but professionalism from these guys. Fixed the car for about a quarter of the cost quoted at the dealership. 5/5 would recommend

Ben is great. I wish he specialized in Mercedes. Nonetheless, I'll be coming here for all my Mercedes maintenance work. Very honest, and his prices are very reasonable.

The service and staff are excellent here, and the prices are very reasonable. Ben inspected my car very thoroughly even though I just brought it in for a simple oil and trans fluid change. You can tell they really care and treat the cars is if it were their own.It is now my go-to for all my auto repair needs!

I bring my 911 Porsche to his shop from time to time, Ben is a really good mechanic, prices are good but not only that he will take care of your car like its his own, and check everything carefully, he fixed my parents cars before as well becuase i did recommend him. no matter what car you own BMW Or AUDI he can fix it...

I take my car in to 7th gear for everything from oil changes to engine trouble. Ben Rogut is always courteous, efficient and a clear communicator. His prices are fair, and I have found his estimates to be very accurate. I highly recommend taking your car to 7th Gear.

I brought me 1997 540i in today. When I spoke with Ben on the phone I knew this was the right place. Welcomed with a friendly smile and hello. Another reason why I knew this was the place was the attention to detail Ben has along with his diagnostic skills to get to the root cause. He found it, fixed and made me a customer for life. Started out looking for other than stealerships for my 1M bimmer. He has done so well by me with that, that I have given him my wife's Macan, my son's Golf and my Audi A3 and now GTI! Never a misstep and besides savings compared to the dealer, you know who will be working on your car!

This place is more honest, trust worthy, and competent than BMW dealerships at a fraction of the cost. I usually was a DIY because of bad past experiences, but Ben, the owner, is awesome!

The manager or owner was very arrogant and it almost felt like he didn't want to help or bother. Price quoted for my 3-series brake job was higher than other local quotes and its the same job, so just a bit greedy, I must say.Won't bother this place again!!!!
