Jake and Collin were phenomenal and helpful with the services I needed. I schedule last second and they were able to get me in next day with some open availability. And they wash your car with every service you do I think, at least they did with mine!! Thanks again!

There was a slight hesitation in the transmission when accelerating from a stop with my 2016 Outback. I ask your technician changed the CVT fluid to hopefully eliminate the hesitation. It definitely worked, there is no hesitation now. The entire process from scheduling an appointment to completing the service went flawlessly. Every step of the process was pleasant and I couldn t be happier with the service I received at Serra Subaru Champaign. Thank you very much to everyone involved with servicing my Outback.

I arrived early and Matt got me right in. He kept me informed throughout my visit. He shared recommended services but without any pressure. I was in and out in 45 minutes, faster than I expected. Staff was very friendly.

I felt very positive about my experience with Serra Subaru - Champaign Service Center. They were courteous and answered all of my questions. They took care of rotating my tires, changing my oil and filters in a very timely manner. I will continue to bring my car to them to be serviced. I am very pleased with the service I received.

According to the website, it is express services with no appointment needed. However, when I called on a Tuesday they said it was best to make an appointment so I did for Friday.Check in was very smooth. I did mention that I was low on coolant and was wondering if they top off fluids. The gentleman that took my car and information said yes. However, once I got my car back I realized that the coolant wasn't topped off and had to go back inside to notify someone.Other than that, the service was fast.

Matt was very helpful. My car took a lot longer than expected to be repaired (almost 3 weeks due to part delays) Matt called me with updates. I was very skeptical after my sister had a terrible experience at a different Subaru dealership and service center in Pittsburgh. The Pittsburgh location was an awful place. They charged her for a new battery and multiple parts but her 2019 Outback kept dying anyways. Finally they figured out it was the DCM that was bad. She had been bringing the car in for months with complaints of it dying and they finally found out the cause to all these issues just after her warranty expired. Despite that awful experience in Pittsburgh this Champaign location is so far so good.

Lost one of my keys. Called Serra on Monday morning, new key showed up the next day, arrived on Wednesday and was done in about 20 minutes. Great service!!!

Very professional and friendly service.Had an oil change and filter and tire rotation and was on my way within 45 minutes. Customer service was very clean and offered a variety of snacks and liquids. Very pleasant experience.

Serra Subaru is the only place I buy my cars. Everyone there is fantastic. I worked with Justin and Alberto. They know their stuff and make sure that you know exactly what you are getting. I could not ask for a better experience.

Difficult to rate Serra Subaru. All of the staff are really great to work with! They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely 5 stars! BUT their service prices are bordering on ridiculous! I can get the same work done locally by an independent mechanic for very close to half of what Subaru charges! Over $100 for grease job, oil change and tire rotation??? That's just wrong! So 1 star for their service cost makes for an average of 3 stars overall.

The service guys were fine. I was visiting family when my 2011 Forester had issues. It may have needed a new transmission and they gave me some options. The one star is for the sales guy who said they would give me $250 for a trade in but if I wanted to sell it he'd give me the number of a scrap yard. I called my guy back home, who is a Subaru Master Technician and used to work for NASCAR. He knows my car. He said to list it on FB Marketplace for $2K and let buyers know it needed a transmission. It sold within 3 days and the buyer is very happy with it. The sales guy I talked to can go pound sand.

Online scheduling was easy. I arrived on time, and my car was ready just over an hour later. They didn't try to get me to purchase any additional services, which was fantastic!

If you're ever in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Serra!! ,I've had my wilderness for a little over a year now,, and every time I come to Champaign to get the service done,, nothing but greatness,, every time!

I am very pleased with my experience at Serra Subaru of Champaign. I purchased a new Forester and I love my new car. All of my question were answered. I did not feel rushed and they worked with me to make sure I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Serra Subaru of Champaign.

I needed to update our GPS in our Outback - I thought I could do this on my own . After an hr I called Subaru in Savoy and Jordon volunteered to come over and help. I appreciated his help - customer service is alive and well at Serra Subaru!!

The salesman was all about being in touch trying to get our business but once I put money down on my car I had to keep reaching out to see if it was in stock. Then there was a paint bubble on the hood. Salesman took tons of pics said they'd be in touch and then never did anything. I again had to be the one to reach out and drive there again after we'd already had the the paint documented and put extra miles on the car. Still haven't heard back. At this point I wish I'd purchased somewhere else

Not happy about tire rotation charge was not aware of charge at time appt. was made. Keep getting requests for maintenance due when some items wear done by other shops which isn't taken into account.

It was so easy to access Serra s website for their inventory. They have had more choices than other dealers. They were very friendly and easy to work with. No hard selling techniques at this place. I highly recommend!
