Recently had my nephew s 2018 Accord serviced (77K miles) and now it drives, handles, and feels like a brand new car. Serra s Service Dept is top notch. The technicians are spot-on with their diagnosis and repair. The Service Managers are knowledgeable, informative, and easy to speak with. Prices are very fair considering the high quality of work performed. The Serra Service staff kept my 2002 Accord running like new until trade-in at 367,000 miles. Serra Honda and BMW is the only place I openly trust to service and purchase my new and used vehicles.

Hit a deer with our 2021 CRV and did quite a bit of damage. The collision center took our vehicle right away and worked flawlessly with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. It was a long process, but worth the wait. Our car looks fantastic and runs great. They even took care of a recall notice for us. Shout out to Matt and Anthony in customer service for their excellent help as well.

I ve used Serra Honda Champaign Service for more than five years. They ve always done a great job with my car and this most recent experience has been no exception. I have great confidence in their advice and workmanship. As a person with limited mobility, I especially appreciate the shuttle service s ability to transport both me and my wheelchair.

I felt with Curtis. He was patient, very understanding, made me laugh, explained well while answering all my questions, and overall exceeded my expectations in the way I was treated. The car exhaust and other big ticket items worked was fixed. I give this place 5 stars for continuing to work for me and my parents very well for years. They really care about you and your car.

Cane in for routine maintenance with short notice. Service Dept was very accommodating, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks. The restroom was immaculate. A good experience!

I was able to make an appointment for the next day; I was treated courteously and professionally. My car had an unusual problem that they were able to diagnose and order the parts for, which was a big relief. They have upgraded their waiting area and I spent a pleasant hour there.

Serra Honda s collision center serviced my vehicle s cowl replacement quickly after a late afternoon drop-off and I was able to pick it up the next day. Serra s various service teams have consistently serviced my car and I will continue to use their services in the future.

I was impressed with the efficiency and smile and kindness offered. The oli change and auto transmission change was due quickly. I requested a driver, they were fast and receipt car in less than an hour. I actually had a gentleman help me out of my car. Happy service today.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Not really impressed I brought my Honda in because I had an accident so when the body shop finished I asked to have it brought to the service department for an oil change and to have a tire wobble sound diagnosed. I was told that the tires needed to be balanced was the reason for the wobble sound. I paid to have them balanced and the wobble sound is still there loud as it ever was! I was given a list of thousands of dollars of items, that they say my car needed, but the thing that I actually brought it in for never got fixed! Now my rental car is gone and my tire is still wobbling!!!!! I'll think twice before bringing it there to be fixed again!

I just had work done on my Honda at Serra Honda Champaign, and as I've experienced for years, my advisor Chris facilitated me getting exactly what was needed in the amount of time he estimated. I have always gotten great service, and will continue to take my car here!!

Our order for a Home Link mirror had been delayed. It came in the next week and was installed by service department. It was done quickly and efficiently. It works perfectly with our garage. As a courtesy, they detailed our car and filled it with gas and loaned us a car to run our errands. We really appreciate their care for us as customers.

The service was completed, and seems to be fine. However, it was completed an entire day later. I made an appointment to get my brakes changed, and only found out towards the very end of the business day that I would not be getting my car back that day. Which is fine because they shuttled me to pick it up. However, when I dropped it off, they let me know that they would contact me when it was ready/I was ready to be picked up, but did not indicate it would be the next day. I was stuck at home, unable to go anywhere.Service: Brakes

This was my first experience going to Serra Honda and its definitely worth the drive from Danville. Chris was my service advisor. He was very professional and courteous. I will be taking all of my Hondas to Serra from now on.

Excellent service! From Darrin the Sales Manager, Steve Campbell the Salesman, to Financial, and finally to Britain the tech specialist- that answered all my questions on the cars features. We were especially very pleased with Steve who brought us multiple cars to drive and check out. Steve was very in tune to what we wanted and didn t particularly care for in a car. He thought the Honda Passport might be what we would like and we did It was perfect complete with tow package that we never mentioned but wanted. We NEVER felt pressured. Steve had a wonderful demeanor and presentation, while Darrin kept checking on us. The whole process was smooth Thank you!

Took my car in for a diagnostic, Chris at Serra Honda was great, very communicative and professional. They found the problem, and gave me a quote to fix it. I called around to get other quotes and took my car elsewhere to be fixed, but I m leaving a 5 star review because the diagnostic service I received was great.

The service department is not only knowledgeable, but they are downright accommodating and very easy to talk to making the whole experience one that makes it without question the best place to recommend anyone in town to go to for their automotive needs. Their sales department is also top-notch, including, Jonathan Kerr, who just so happens to share my same first and last name

It you want you car fixed cheaply and perfected, to be treated well, to have some laughs, be shuttled around, and have lighting speed turn-around time, look no further.Honestly, there is literally nothing more you could ask for so there is literally no reason to bother going anywhere else.My experience: I always went to Honda Dealership when I lived in Santa Cruz, CA and they were good to me. Though very often I d make an appointment and I d have to wait to checkin for my appointment for over an hour. Checking out was equally bad.Not this Honda!They were FANTASTIC. I had an appointment and they checked me in on time, they called to talk me through what was needed to be fixed and I appreciated that because I do know a bit about cars, and itemized the pricing.When it was ready (and it was FAST) they not only told me just how cheap it was (coming in UNDER the estimate) but also that they had washed my car I almost fell over. I actually thought the guy was messing with me. I ve never made it out of the dealership or anywhere that cheaply. I was shocked. And it s really true! They wash your car when it s done.They fixed my AC and their work is pristine. It was so nice I just happily drove around for a while letting the cook air wash over me.Actually, I m new here and didn t even know they existed until I called a few places to get quotes and they all sent me them!Beyond that their Service Manager, Curtis, was remarkable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Moreover, they actually HAVE A SHUTTLE, and my driver, Gary, was so sweet and warm, and he, too, was hilarious. We got on so well I could have sat and talked to him for hours.Both he and Curtis made my day. And it should be noted this is just about the only positive experience I ve had since moving this past May. Besides them, there s no reason to stay and I ll be out of here shortly.So if you live within a reasonable distance don t go there I m not sure what is wrong with you. What else do you want? I brought my car in a few weeks ago for a repair. Josh displayed excellent customer service and always kept me updated along the way. I would definitely recommend this Collision Center! My car looks brand new and I was very pleased with the outcome. Overall, the service repairs were great but the customer service was outstanding. Thank you!
