Make sure you look over everything before buying. My salesman was great. I thought buying from a bmw Honda dealer I d get attention to detail but that is not what I received. The tire light was on during test drive and I was promised when I left the light would be off. Paperwork took a bit longer than expected so I had my wife drive the vehicle home when they were done and she did not notice the tire light still on. I bought the vehicle right before the last snow last week after putting 80 miles on the vehicle I wanted to take advantage of the nice day to wash the salt off of everything. After I started cleaning I found whomever cleaned it did the bare minimum. Found bottle caps hair ties an apartment key and somehow an empty box shoved under the seat that s 10 inches by 4 inches and Soo much dog hair , French fries and so on. Took me 4 hours to clean it properly. After moving the seats and taking the floor mats out revealed everything. Also the exterior was covered in tar along the bottom. The main reason I chose to buy from a dealer is so they d go over the vehicle clean it and stand behind their services. I feel regardless of what used vehicle you buy weather its 10k or I my case 30k it shouldnt have the bare minimum done go above and beyond. It ll be hard for me to be a returning customer or recommend them to anyone.

Our car buying experience in Champaign was very positive, from the test drive with DJ through the assistance a few days later from Bryson and Jess closing the deal. Everyone at this establishment was responsive, respectful, and motivated to do a good job. The result is that we are now driving a car we are happy with and have made new friends at the Honda dealer. Thank you for a good experience.

Curtis was amazing. I came in from Iowa and had an issue with a different company that changed my oil incorrectly in Iowa. He got me in right away and helped resolve the issue for me. They did not charge me for the service performed. They offered great help and hospitality. I am out of state person who does not have knowledge on cars and he was honest and kind. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Loving this dealership they don't quit they don't give up they only send the best! These guys do the absolute most to get you into the ride you'll love! I recommend Pierce Allen. My sales guy over at Serra Honda in Savoy Illinois. Thanks for the help and working your magic to get me into this brand new 2023 Honda Covic! The red is rad! What a great Friday ending!!!!

We had a great experience at Serra Honda! Dylan was very helpful, informative and easy to work with. Jess gave us the price we wanted for our trade in without any haggling, actually gave us a better price than we were expecting. That s service! This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Serra Champaign, and I m sure we will go there in the future for other vehicles.

Waited couple month before writing this review. Purchased a used car here 3 month ago.Was greeted by Alberto Jimenez who helped me out with a purchase process. Everything went well even though it was my first dealership car purchase. He let me test drive it multiple times and overall was going above and beyond of my expectations. Highly recommend to work with Alberto.Craig was great to deal with as a sales manager. He made the whole transaction as easy as possible.Finance manager, Spencer, got me a % nice rate that is hard to beat with my Credit union where I am already a customer and overall was a nice person to chat with while going over the financials and documents.After I bought my car, I found out that 3 close family friends also purchased their cars from Serra Champaign previously, which gave me a little bit more confidence.Since then i put 7k miles trouble free (knock on the wood) and overall have no complaints about the honesty and service/repairs of the dealership. It drove great across half of US and even felt great on west virginia hills.Overall this dealership employs veterans and gives back to the community using donations and supports local UIUC sport teams. Great local community player - it couldn't have been better than that.On my next car purchase this will be my first stop. If possible, we need to support our exemplary local businesses like Serra in the first place before shopping around.

My family and I have been without a car for a couple of months and I didn t think it wasn t possible to get into something new and reliable, Bryson and the whole Serra Honda team were amazingly patient and kind and helped me walk out with a brand new Honda. I never thought I d have something this nice. I am so thankful, and will continue to work with Serra Honda as long as it s possible!

Like most people I never relish the thought of buying a new vehicle. But with that being said the experience I had at Serra Honda Champaign was a very good. Sales consultant was willing to work with me to reach my goal of finding the right vehicle of choice!

We purchased a 2017 Chrysler 300c here on November 30th.Our sales representative Steve Campbell was great! He deserves 5 stars all the way around! We would definitely recommend dealing with him!Our reason for the 3 star review is because of the F and I manager that we dealt with, Bryan Parr.After almost a 2 hour wait just to get into his office to finish the paperwork. We were rushed through the process.Once we returned home, I noticed some irregularities and missing paperwork. I contacted Bryan via email shortly after, requesting that these issues be corrected and that he contact me. It has now been over 2 weeks and we have not heard a word from him.Very unprofessional on his part.It's a shame that what started as a pleasant experience with this dealership has turned us into being somewhat dissatisfied.

I got a 2024 Honda Civic hatchback sport and I love my new car! Wes was very personable and helpful and the team was pretty transparent and worked with me to make my car fit in my budget. Can t wait to be back and would recommend to my friends

After posting a poor review a couple weeks ago about service dept. misdiagnosing my car, your service manager responded to the review asking me to contact him via email with my contact information. Was that just to look good to the public? Because I have emailed him twice with NO RESPONSE! I do have better things to do than waste my time getting my car misdiagnosed and send emails that get no response !

DO NOT TRUST if getting used vehicle. They will try to get the MOST money out of you!! The truck I bought was not maintenanced correctly. They couldn t even change the cabin filter. Went to 3 different mechanics and all of them said it had an oil leak. And the dealership is DENYING IT. Also all mechanics said it needed an alignment. Which they also denied.

Absolute great experience, I left feeling awesome with a new car, that s a 1000% upgrade from the vehicle I had before. The entire team worked together and went above and beyond what I would have expected! I can t thank you all enough! I worked with Deej Lee and it was a very pleasant experience. He made the whole buying a car process very comfortable and kept it upfront and honest from the very beginning. Gentleman Chris Rogers, a service advisor helped us do 2 inspections and also change 4 tires. He gave us an amazing deal, amazing service, and also an amazing carwash. Can't appreciate it more!

Our buying experience here was top notch! Gavin Stines was our sales Rep, very proffessional, honest and no BS type of guy. Gavin didn't try to sell us something we didn't want and didn't sugar coat anything. I don't remember the sales manager's name but he worked with us on our purchase price. Spencer in finance got us a decent deal on financing. We also had agreed to to an extended warranty with Spencer but the next morning found a better deal, Spencer went above and beyond to rewrite the paperwork to match the deal we had found plus sent an associate 45 min 1-way to my office for the signatures etc. We have not had the car long enough to deal with the service dept yet but they have some big shoes to fill to match the service of the sales team. I expect nothing less than superior from them as well! If you are in the market for a new car definitely ask for the Gavin/ Spencer team to take care of you. You won't be disappointed!

This was years ago. I finally worked up the courage to say this. When I finally bought my first car, because I asked a dumb question, your representative laughed at me.Up till that moment, I believed in this country I picked. I believed America was a country of immigrants.I still think he has the right to say it. (I will not mention exactly what he said.)But I know I am the dumb*** who bought a car and I did not care about the money. This is not about the money. You are in the right.The car was great. 5 stars. There is so much I wish I could have helped with. Urbana is such a good town. It's a shame that most immigrant programmers eventually move out, and get trapped in places that harm both them and America. Sorry.

i was not sure that i gonna buy a Honda car, went to the lot to look for car and then stop by dealer office without an appointment.than we met with STEVE, Got an amazing deal. Worked with Steve , who completely changed my mind, and I am very grateful for everything he did. Excellent Darrin Sales manager Referred us to Steve Campbell for sales. We discussed what I was looking for in a car and things I didn t like in newer cars. Steve brought several for me to try and then suggested we try the Honda Passport, with none in stock but showed us the Ridgeline and said similar front seat and space. He had some coming in and would give us a call probably in the next week when they came in. He called and we was pleasantly surprised- it even had tow package we wanted (that I didn t mention). It was a very calm environment, I didn t feel pressured and all were wonderful SalesManager, salesman, financial, to Britain the tech specialist that went step by step with all the features on the car with both my husband in the drivers seat and myself. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the comfort, care, the straightforwardness and ease of doing business at this dealership. Outstanding not what we ve found at other dealerships. Thank you!

This is my 3rd time doing business with Serra Honda specifically Quincy Rice. He is absolutely AMAZING. Everyone there is extremely nice. I refuse to take my business anywhere else.
