I have resided in various locations across Atlanta, Phoenix, Arizona, and have had the opportunity to encounter customer service in various establishments. Nevertheless, I must express my utmost satisfaction with this particular establishment. The customer service here has been absolutely commendable, characterized by amicability and professionalism. The staff members are genuinely friendly and provide a pleasant overall experience. I appreciate the fact that I never feel coerced into making any decisions, as their primary objective seems to be offering assistance rather than engaging in any deceptive practices. I always work with Justin D. Great Man always takes great care of me!

Service was great, customer service was very knowledgeable , courteous, helpful in understanding what was fixed on my BMW. I will take it back when needed. This location has a comfortable waiting area, with snacks and beverages.

I received a service for a surprisingly very competitive price, even cheaper than a good local auto-repair shop in Champaign!! I couldn t be happier, the service was amazing! First, they inspected the car, sent me a detailed report of the faulty parts (rotors and brake pads were in bad shape), gave me a quote for the repair cost, and waived the inspection cost for me!! I asked that I want to see if I can find cheaper repair cost in a local auto-repair shop and they gladly agreed (without charging me the inspection cost!!). After checking with a good auto-repair shop in Champaign, I was offered a more expensive repair cost!! Without thinking, I returned to this dealership and accepted their offer. I found out that the dealership are able to get spare parts in their inventory with much cheaper prices than the auto-repair shop that I went to. I would definitely be coming back again!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I had several repairs that needed to be handled. Matt was very efficient and responsive to my questions and concerns. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I have to use their services because they are the only dealer in town. They continuously seek every way possible to extraxt exhorbitant prices for service and suggested maintenance. In my last visit they invoiced me over $700 for services they said they would waive and accused me of lying before finally agreeing to remove the charges, although they still refused to remove one charge they committed to waive. Shady business practices. Beware if you have to take your vehicle here.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

It was great dealing with the staff at Serra BMW. They took great care of us and did the BMW recommended services to our vehicle fast and easy!!! I had a great chat with the service manager who took some time to talk technical details which I appreciate. I wanted a higher level technical explanation and he gave me one. They were also Fair with the price they charged me which is not always the case at a dealership. Lastly, they cleaned the car up really nice. They did a professional job instead of the basic just enough to get by that some people do.

I have been a customer for a couple of years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. More expensive than independent shops, as you would expect from a dealership. The work they did was fine. Recall work was delayed becuase of slow charging of my plugin hybrid vehicle. Which of course was discharged due to living an hour away from the dealership. Complementary car wash missed low areas and around the wheel wells. Electronic settings were changed from owner preferences, but may have been because of warranty work on the digital control. Overall my experience was just okay.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

We have used Serra BMW for two different vehicles. They do a great job and are very friendly. We've always dealt with the service manager, Todd, who is now retired. He was always so nice. His replacement Justin is very business like but not as responsive as Todd. That being said, we had a good experience this last time and will return in the future!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Last week I bought a used car for my son from Serra Champaign. The was fine otherwise except brakes were vibrating and making noise. The salesman, Ken Moerdyk and Wes , took the responsibility to fix the problem on behalf of the dealership at no cost to me. Matt at BMW Service took special care. The issue is resolved and we are very pleased with the service overall.ThanksService: Brakes

Derek and Matthew helped me and went above and beyond to make sure that my car was well taken care of after it not being serviced properly by another technician.
