I just need to take a minute to brag on all the guys at Champaign Collision Center. My van looks and drives as good as new. Donnie Goodwin went over and beyond to make sure that everything was 100% taken care of. He handled ALL of the insurance nightmares and much more. A situation that was so stressful and completely dreaded was a nice walk in the park for me. These guys were absolutely incredible to work with! Anthony Jenkins filled me in every step of the way and answered any and every question I threw at him. I appreciate these guys so much. They work long hard hours and they bust their tails every single day. I can t say enough good things about them! If you have any type of body work that needs done to your vehicle I 10/10 will recommend them over and over again!!

Everyone that I encountered was so helpful and knowledge regarding the repair process. I was recommended by a couple people to take my vehicle there after someone rear ended me. From the first time I went to bring my vehicle in for an estimate, they explained the whole process and what should happen with insurance. I was able to get my vehicle a couple weeks later for repair. Unfortunately, my vehicle was reamed a total loss by the insurance company. Matt was amazing! He explained the next steps of what should happen, explained their estimate for repairs, and made sure I was satisfied with everyone with the insurance company before my vehicle was release by them. Although my vehicle never got repairs done, I appreciated everyone being knowledge, understanding, and compassionate regarding a stressful process!

There are not enough words to describe my appreciation for Champaign Collision. My car was receiving less than sub par work at another shop, CC was able to help me rescue my car and advocated for me to my insurance and with the other repair shop. They also took a risk with me in agreeing to fix what the other shop did. Thank you is not good enough. Amazing, real, honest, and funny people here!

After getting into a small accident with a guard rail. Matt made understand the process and dealing with the insurance company very easy and understandable. He answer all my questions when I had them and really helped. When my insurance company decided to total loss my vehicle he was there to walk me through what damage was on my vehicle and what really changed from a repair to a total loss on my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend or go back should the case arise.Service: Body & Trim

Champaign collision center was extremely helpful and understanding with me when my car got totaled in a wreck. They absolutely treat their customer s like real people living real lives. They were communicative snd flexible, and helped take me through the process of what needed to be done with my car. I cannot thank them enough for the ways they helped me during a very rough time, and the humanity they extended to me as a person who was new in the area and had never been in a wreck before.

The people working at this shop are amazing. My car isn't even done yet but wow! My car was originally at another shop who caused significant damage due to their shoddy and scummy work and is now paying Serra to fix. A friend recommended Donnie and CC to steer me in the right direction as he had the same thing with the same company happen. The staff at Serra/Champaign Collison advocated for me with my insurance and the other body shop. I am blown away by the integrity, almost chokes me up how they defended me. I trust this business has my best interests in mind, THANK YOU!!!!! Ladies- you can feel safe and respected here!

Had 22 Chevy Tahoe that unfortunately had some pretty extensive scraping and dents on entire passenger doors and rear quarter panel . Champaign collision worked with my insurance company and arrived at a fair estimate. Although the car was there much longer than I had anticipated they kept me informed of the progress . It was like a puzzle that had to be taken apart and slowly put back together. Very tedious for them but the outcome was great. Paint job was awesome . Looks like new again. Would highly recommend them

When my life turned upside down due to a crash, this collision center worked with me to help mitigate the stress of the situation. They were very knowledgeable in their field and efficient. They communicated well, and I was able to make very important decisions quickly with their help.

The team did an absolutely stellar job on my car which was given in very bad shape after a deer crossing incident. I was stunned by the quality of work and finish and felt like it was a brand new vehicle.The team was very responsive during the entire process in giving me timely updates and kept their on word on delivery timeline. I would 100% recommend this center! See the before and after photo to get shocked!!

I had my company truck repaired here in January of 2022. Very professional and courteous from the initial inspection and estimate, all the way through repair and delivery. They even had an issue with the paint booth that pushed back the start date, and they still were able to accomplish the repair on time. Paint looks exactly as the rest of the truck. They did an excellent job and delivered the truck clean inside and out, and I m picky, still immaculate when I got it back. Appreciate the help from the estimator and Donnie, and all the associates that had a hand in completing the job right, and in a timely manner.

They ordered a new mirror for me; painted it and installed it in about a week. Looks fine. Communications about scheduling with the customer could use a bit of improvement.

Great people and great work! Highly recommend. Left my vehicle here for repair since late July. Checked back regularly through phone and they provided us with updates. I was told they finished disassembling last week and this is the picture I took today on September 8th. They didn t do anything since July. Full of lies. Please DO NOT choose.Update 9/9:The company's leadship started to handle my geniue revierw with a uniqe approach:1. Accused my review and experience as dishonest;2. Claimed my payment check for parts ordered as 'bad check' without cash in or any other valid clause;3. Threatened me to remove this review with pursuit of legal actions, without even a single sentence of apology;4. And finally doubted the connection between my real and online identity, released my personal information and stated I never used their collision repair service.I hope everyone who visited their Google profile has a chance to see this review, that's how they handle customer complaint after their own mistakes. Now I understand why their multiple employees treated me with series of lies, excuses and dishonest, because that culture started from their own leadership.Please AVOID, and save yourself from hassles and waste of money & time.Service: Installation

I have had work done on several different Honda vehicles over the span of a few years now, and I have had phenomenal experiences with the technicians at Champaign Collision Center. Most recently I worked with Matt who was very pleasant and helpful despite my insurance company being . They were so unbelievably helpful and kind to me. I don't know much about cars and I needed help after a car accident. Not only did they provide me with a full inspection of my car in a single day, they also helped me through every step of the process when dealing with my car. They were always available on the phone, someone was always around to answer my questions, even if they weren't technically in their line of services. Just a nice group of people genuinely willing to help you out and do their best to get you what you need. Fastest and best service I've ever received.

I stopped by without an appointment just to see if they would be able to help me re-place a small part of my car. They were very kind and accommodating! They were exceptional nice! They pushed a dent out on our fender and didn t charge us anything because it was not perfect. We were satisfied with that and chose not to redo the whole fender. On top of that they washed our car for free too. Unexpectedly generous!
