Anthony (poppy) is great to talk to and very knowledgeable with Harleys. After talking with him I got the best led bike light kit available installed on my bike. Xkglow. This kit works as turn signal and brake lights. My bike lights up the whole road now. I also got new brake pads from him and they work night and day from what I had on the motorcycle. I trust his opinion and will be back for business! Any issues or needs call Poppys Garage at Poopys!

Excellent experience!!!! Stopped in today in need of a new front tire. Fantastic price and expert advice. I wasn't taken advantage of like I have at a dealership. Got me right in. Advised me my brake pads were thin. Wanted me to see with my own eyes. Definitely saved me another upcoming issue! I highly recommend making Poppy your "Guy". I'm sad I don't like closer so I could be his full time customer!

I have followed Anthony, the owner operator of Poppy's Garage for several years as he transition through several Harley dealerships. I have owned several bikes and trikes and would never allow anyone to work on my babies. It was inevitable that he would one day operate his own business. His work ethic and the pride he takes in his work is unparalleled in the business. He is often very busy and can take some time to schedule an appointment. Take my advice and wait your turn you won't be disappointed, and there's plenty to do at Poppy's while you wait. Tell him Tom sent you!

Anthony saved the day for me. I was stuck with a locked down ignition on my 2020 Harley Road Glide. On a Sunday as well. I was visiting family in Preston. He temporarily put his shop work on hold and made a house call. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I was able to get back on the road back home to Chicago. Great guy and service. Highest praise for going above and beyond. Thank you.

We stopped in at Poopy's bar for the first time in a while yesterday. While I was walking around checking it out, I stopped by Poppy's garage to ask about a loose Pm caliper mount on my springer. Poppy took time out of working to walk over and check it out. We then went back and he looked up a replacement bushing for it. He spent quite a while helping me out without any chance of having one. I was very impressed with his knowledge and concern about a biker issue without any strings attached. If your near Savannah Illinois and need any work done on your ride, I would highly recommend stopping in and talking to this young man. Good luck in your future endeavors, and I will definitely be back

Anthony is the best, solid dude. I've been a fan since he was at McGrath in Davenport. He's installed my cam, pipes, done dyne/tune, and now risers/bar. I can't say enough good things about him. I will always go to him.

Stopped at Poopy's for lunch today. One of our bikes had a clutch problem. Went to see Anthony, who runs Poppy's Garage in the back, surprised he was open on a Sunday. He fixed the problem, answered all my husband's questions, very patient, very reasonable and just an all around great person. Would highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this hidden gem of a shop. Walked in and asked him if he could adjust my clutch because i just replaced the handlebars and cables, he said sure thing pull the bike around back. 10 minutes later it was done, insanely reasonable pricing and just overall a great person to do buisiness with. Highly recommended if you need repairs or tires for your bike.

Shout out to Anthony! Yesterday we were headed to Poopys for the evening and started hearing a horrible noise in our front end we were still 1 1/2 hours out. Called poppys and he said he would call around to find the part for us thought it could possibly be front barring. I called him when we were 30 mins out and this guy actually left the shop ran up to Napa to get the part. We got there he got us right in and he was awesome and good company! Thanks Anthony for all tour help and wish we lived closer because you would be out go to man. Sorry we didn't see you after you got off we still owe you beer.

I was on a ride to IL this weekend. When we got to the hotel I noticed my back tire had some threads showing!Saturday morning at 8:30 I made a call to Poppy s shop hoping somebody would pick up.Google says they open @10.When he answered the phone, Anthony was SUPER helpful and able to get me in early ON A SATURDAY!!Who is Anthony? I called him kid because he was zipping around my bike. He told me he s 38, and a Veteran of the Army who has been in some interesting situations and is still here to tell the tale!What he didn't have to tell me is he is a GREAT guy who LOVES what he does!! You can see it in the way he talks to his customers, spectators, lookie-lew s and anybody else who is hanging out at Poopy s Biker Bar!!!When you re in the area and need some tires, oil changed, brakes done, windshield swapped out, grips or a bunch of other stuff (he s a Drag Specialties Authorized Dealer) stop on by and get it from Pappy s!!Service: Tires

Very happy with Poppy's Garage. He had the tires I needed in stock and was prompt to get back to me with a great price and availability. I also needed rear pads and he took care of that as well. Andrew (Poppy) is very knowledgeable working for HD dealerships for over 15 years. I really felt like he wants customers for the long term not just a quick sale. Will be back.

Man, Anthony is a lifesaver. Fixed my buddy's clutch in 15 minutes. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great conversation. He even showed my friend and I how to fix the problem ourselves in the future. Also, where else can you get your bick worked on drink beer, see live music, ride your Jeep off-road, kayak and see T&A all while getting your bick fixed.

Came to poopys for a beer ended up getting a cold beer and a new rear tire at poppy s garage located inside poopys. You can t have a beer at any service station I ve ever been in. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Will be back.Service: TiresService: Tires

Anthony is a great guy. Wife was complaining about her pegs being to high. He fix us up in 2 minutes and only asked for a tip. I highly recommend getting anything you need while you re out here. Great guy and super friendly.

The dude knows his bikes and is very informative when it comes to engine performance. Answers all my questions, and he really wants to help you with all your needs. I was very pleased with engune work done and performed better than I ever expected.

The man is great at what he does. He's honest and fair. You know when you meet someone and you get a vibe from the energy.? He has the greatest energy. Loves what he does has a passion for it and would help anyone in need. I would 10/10 recommend but Google only gave me 5 stars! Had a dead battery from listening to the stero. Walked up and asked if the they had a jumper pack. The gentleman said he did have. By the time I went and found my wife inside and got up to the camp site he already had it started for me. He said nothing was owed but to give a good review for the garage, so here it is. I lost my oil dipstick on my way to poopys for there event Andy poppy was very helpful in helping me flout with getting me one he went above and beyond and gave me one out of his own personal bike so I ahead one for my trip back to Wisconsin I also had a set of grips put on and he was quick and did a excellent job on them as I would recommend his shop to anyone who needs work done if there in his areaService: Engine repair
