Great service every time! Todd s has done a couple big jobs on my Jeep and I never have to worry about having any issues. Very reliable and they work with my warranty company which makes it very easy

After getting a referral from a neighbor who had his engine replaced by Todd, we decided to try them out. Both experiences we have had so far have been great, this last time especially.I reached out to Todd knowing they were probably pretty busy as most shops are these days and he told me it d be about two weeks to get my car in to be diagnosed. I appreciated the upfront honesty and communication with the lead time instead of constantly wondering when it was going to get looked at etc like most have to do at other shops. A few days earlier then expected, Todd called with a diagnosis and repair estimate. Todd was very honest with his opinion on to repair it or search for a new car as the transmission had failed.Most shops would have pushed to get it fixed and invest the money into a car that wasn t worth the repair but he was honest and upfront about it which we appreciated. When I asked how soon the car needed to be picked up by a scrap yard Todd was very understanding and gave me time to make arrangements with no hassle. We will continue to use Todd for all our vehicle needs.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Todd hasn't done me wrong yet. He pin points the issue every time and when he fixes, it stays fixed.

I am going to start off by saying if I could rate this place 0 stars I would.I spoke very briefly with the lady at the front desk over the phone asking a business inquiry. She then proceeded to get really rude and catch an attitude without even letting me speak."If you have no money the say so" were her words VERBATIM.I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't go here unless you want to be met with rude, entitled people the second you approach the shop.

We ve heard great things about Todd s work and when we were presented with an emergency issue they were not helpful one bit. Our uncle who was on his way home from cancer treatment using our vehicle had an issue with one of the wheels and the vehicle needed to be towed. The women who answered the phone was very rude to my husband, she demanded we know which wheel had the issue and when he explained he wasn t driving the car, so he wasn t sure she laughed at him and told him she couldn t help him at all until she knew. We called back with the info and she told us to go elsewhere and that she would not help us because she felt he was rude to her. In a very stressful and sad situation she made it so much worse for us. I highly recommend not using Todd s unless you want to be mistreated by his staff.

I went here for an inspection based on reviews from friends, and they really lived up to everything. Todd spent a good 20-30 minutes explaining all concerns, and letting me know what can wait and what can't. As someone with an older car, he really understood the limitations that come with it, and that not everything is a problem, but he still addressed them and told me what I would need to get my beast running at her best. Best inspection I've ever had, even with the bad news on repairs! Highly recommend :-)

Was told I couldn't bring my car in because I mentioned I called on a Thursday and was told I was wrong. Regardless that's unprofessional standards. I wasn't rude, I didn't cus, I was even talking very lightly and politely. Idk

After dealing with a run around from a dealership and two tows in the same day from a mechanic back to the dealership, Todd was probably the nicest person I spoke with all day. He always answers and is pleasant. Thanks for being nice to someone who feels like they have been through the mill.

Todd is the most honest person when it comes to auto repair that I have ever met. He saved me over $1000 because of his testing and insistence on finding the real problem with my car. I would highly recommend Todd's to anyone.

Anything beyond a typical oil change makes me cringe when it comes to car repairs and maintenance, but Todd's was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions...even after the work was done. The work was done in a timely manner, done right the first time, and a fair price for everything they worked on. Give them a try!

I just discovered this place when I needed an emergency tow a few weeks ago. Everyone on the staff was great, super friendly and super helpful. I just had them fix a Crown Vic I just bought and they did a fast and great job on it. Highly reccomend them for all your auto work needs.

The moment i arrived the Person (lady) behind the counter was very RUDE. Charged way to much $100. For a diagnostics. And another $75. To fix a slow leak.One star because Todd was nice

I waited a few months since getting a brake job done here to be sure the work held up. I have a semi-antique truck that needed new brake lines, disc's, calipers, etc. Basically everything from the master cylinder on down. Todd gave me a quote which was within my budget. After getting under this 40+ year old truck he realized the rusty brake lines ran with the rusty gas line, which definitely needed replaced as well. I asked if it would be ok if I sourced a gas tank and dropped it off with some straps for him to replace the tank as well (why have new lines when rust from the tank would clog them?) That was not a problem, and he installed the tank while he was working on the truck. 3 months later, the truck runs better and stops as it should. I would definitely recommend Todd's Southtown Auto, and will use him again.

Todd's is awesome! Tell you just the way it is and dont swindle you! Fast and efficient work and if you want it done right that's what you will get! Can talk to everyone like they are your friend and not just taking your buisness

For all my Automotive needs I go to Todds Southtown reliable reasonable and his staff is highly knowledgeable he's done everything from engine to transmission front end alignments for me every job was done correctly without any issues

They were amazing!!! My sister was in a terrible wreck and her car was totaled. They worked with us every time we had to go to the remains of the car. Highly recommend!!!

Todd's Towing was the only towing company that called me back after my husband's car broke down at 5:30am. I called every 24h towing company around. Not one called back. Until I called todd's they called back with in 3 minutes and was at my husband within an hour .

Don t let them work on a diesel, poor workmanship and did not do what they said , the lady behind the counter was rude , stay away!
