Place was just like any other parts store. Got the things I needed for my vehicle and left. There are tools here which are priced higher than what you can get in a set from craftsman or husky. They have fluids among other and the staff is helpful if you're not sure what you need exactly.

Great place, very knowledgeable, friendly staff and prices are good for quality parts that are right the first time. Not a bad retail selection with decent floor space and plenty of items you can access without needing the parts counter.

Pleasent visit...this place and people where great...just told em what I needed and they went and got it..even though it was just in an isle just feet from me ...and even after I had to return the items...still they where the same pleasent people...

I prefer going to the Oswego Napa over this location. The staff aren't all that helpful and they had NASCAR playing loud on the stereo. There's nothing wrong with that but it's a bit distracting to hear someone yelling about contact between two cars when your trying to make a decision on an item over $100. I just left without purchasing anything.

Nothing wrong with the store, or the service. The parking lot however....the space between Dayton and the lot of NAPA needs work. Honestly, I think it was about 6 straight feet of pothole between the sidewalk and the lot. Woe to you if you fall in.

Twice bought wrong part and they helped me out no prob. Even put wipers on cuz I couldn't figure it out. Nice & helpful.

They are all dumb, young idiots, that don't know how to look stuff up in books only on the computer. Often giving the wrong parts.Giving me the wrong parts twice in a weekend.
