Posting my review a little late but Gene fixed up my mustang last year. He did an amazing job, I'm super happy with it. I hope I never need auto body work again but if I do, I'm coming right back here.Thank you Gene!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was trying to ask Gene if he would work on my daughter s car and for some reason he was rude then lied to me saying he was going to talk to Tri County Collision and call me back. He talked to Mike at Tri County but never called me back!! Gene told me they re backed up with repairs until September and instead of being grateful to have a thriving business, he s clearly overwhelmed and his attitude is terrible. His secretary seems to share his attitude as well. She even had the audacity of asking me why my daughter wouldn t just buy a new car. So I explained to her that she didn t want car payments and that sales taxes and interest rates are high now thanks to living in Illinois!! Back story is she was in a stop and go fender bender and somehow her car is declared totaled. All I wanted was for someone to be honest, straight forward and civil. I ve never been spoken to so rudely by a business owner. I explained to Plano Collision Center what was going on and he was great he was polite and took the time to explain the situation to me. My daughter bought a new car yesterday so I m happy to say no need to deal further with Gene and his happy crew!! Besides the way he spoke to me, I wouldn t have done business with him any way. I don t understand how this Gene has such glowing reviews!!

Our area experienced hail damage they were super busy but still provided quick turnaround. I assume it was the owner. He was very knowledgeable and straight to the point, no nonsense. The office admin was very kind and went out of her way to help.

My car looks fantastic!! Excellent work and they kept me totally updated with the work progress. A huge plus was my car was washed, vacuumed and wiped down inside, it looked wonderful!!

The always do a really great job we've been bringing our cars there for 10+ years. Gene is meticulous. The only problem is they get very busy and sometimes you have to wait longer than you'd like.

Kinsel's Collision did an amazing job repairing my car! They were very courteous, it was fixed in the amount of time quoted and most important my car looks amazing!!! Definitely recommend them for any vehicle repair needs.

I ll give 5 star auto body and the lowest on mechanics, took my truc for a front bumper and gas leak, they claimed pump(but vehicle did start) they dropped gas tank they claimed strap was rusted i dont think it was replaced! Got it back did nt even think about anything else until a month later i realized the air suspension wasnt working called them up they wanted insurance to cover cover it claimed itthat the hit messed it up and needed new pump..... i think they just in it for the insurance money, too bad i didnt record a video of it before taking it in,so i ll have proof that it was working when i took the truck in
