These 5 stars are directly earned by Todd! I have a hard time trusting my vehicles with anyone as I have a deep connection to them as if they were my kids not just a point a to b mode of transportation. Since I bought my truck Todd has made it so comfortable and personable for me to travel the extra distance to bring Big Red (my truck) in for and service or issues she has. I live very close to Ottawa and could go to The competitor but the trust that Todd has earned my loyalty to Gjovik! When I call he remembers my number by memory and greets me by name which is awesome plus tells you that I service Big Red often. Thanks Todd for everything you do!

Last few experiences at this location in the service department have been terrible. $150 for diagnostics just to tell me I need a new $200 battery. Didn t even address the issues I know for a fact are wrong so I know a full diagnostic look of the car wasn t done. No written estimate given either. Service advisers brushed off issues there were asked about stating that since the car is no longer under warranty they don t deal with that . Do not recommend. I hate this is the closest GM dealership to me.

Good quality vehicles at fair prices. In fact, bought one since they were willing to negotiate on both trade-in value and the selling price of the purchased one. No hassle and no pressure process.

While previous visits went well and service work was professional ,last visit was sub parMade an appointment and dropped car off at 930 AM to get check engine light checked ( which I had check at Auto Zone, showing a thermostat issue) and small oil leak checkedAfter not hearing from them all day I called at 3:30I was told the manager was handling my service-The manager asked if I wanted to keep the car(?)He then proceded to give me a laundry list of service items-totaling +\- $5500None of the item identifying the thermostat or check engine lightHe did say oil pan gasket was leakingOne item was water pump was leaking-I asked if that was CE light issue ,he responded maybe ,and could do that for $1100Needless to say,I picked up the vehicle , purchased a thermostat and coolant for under $50 and installedTightened oil pan boltsNo more check engine - no more oil leakI asked if they could refund the $150, since they did NOT accurately identify the problem-but never received a responseWhile the work I ve had done in the past was great-I felt like the business /management is now very lacking -I will not go back and would not recommend!

Was unable to keep air in my tire. Stop in at Gjovik Chevrolet. They found I had a screw in my tire. My daughter needed the car for work. Gjovik was able to repair my tire in a short amount of time. And at a reasonable price. Gjovik Chevy team hasAlways worked and repaired my vehicle in a short amount of time quoted repair costs up front. Nice place to do business.

Chris Griffing is the guy to see, I've bought my last 3 cars from him and I cannot say enough good things about him. From start to finish he made the whole process painless and I got a great deal too. He's the only guy my family and friends see when we're looking for a new or used car.

I bought a used 2017 Chevy Impala from Josh Bickle with the understanding that a second key would be made for the car. Living two hours away, the key was mailed to us and we needed to call to program it. The service department helped us discover that the key was unable to be programmed this way and needs to be programmed at the dealership. This is when Josh Bickle stopped returning my phone calls and I could not get any member of management to call me either. I emailed Josh as well as the general email inbox and have not heard from them in months. I have one working key to a car that was promised to have two. Will be contacting the BBB.

Service writer Todd was truly professional. Even tho I was upset because of misunderstanding of a warranty issue. Work completed as expected.
