Passing through and stayed the night in Salem. Next morning had a weird transmission sound and found Yardley on maps. Kevin was great. They found the issue, a small bolt rubbing on the drive shaft, and removed it. They sure could of taken me for a ride and charge more and say it was more than it was. Out of state vehicle going South. Very professional and great prices. Thank you.

Van broke down on the side of the road with multiple issues on my way to Missouri. Called them and sent a tow truck ASAP. Tow driver was a kind heart gentleman, great at having discussions with on the way to the shop. Owner was a real big hearted fellow, offered coffee and whatever to watch on the shops TV as he ordered the parts to get me back on the road. This place is the spot to go to if you need work done to be back on the road. 5 s well deserved.

We needed new timing chains in our vehicle. They were very professional and always answered our questions very understanding and they did an amazing job our car is running like brand new! Very professional and kind staff. Very knowledgeable about all vehicles and willing to help in any way. I always bring my vehicle here. Great service! I don't trust just anyone to work on my vehicle but Yardleys has proved that they are very qualified and they always explain everything to me when I ask!

I live about 60 minutes away from Yardley's location. Two weeks ago I went to retrieve my golf cart which was having some brake work done across the street at Little Egypt. After loading my golf cart onto my trailer, my Chevy Silverado barely managed to start. It was idling roughly and when put into gear, would not go over 5 mph. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to for help, but the folks at Little Egypt pointed across the street and said, the boys at Yardley's will take care of you. So I headed across the street at a whopping 3 mph (flooring the accelerator had no effect) and shared my story with Joel and Kevin. To my surprise, they dropped everything and headed for my truck to see what was going on. They quickly determined that the electrical system was failing and had put my truck in a low power mode to prevent further failure. They then drove it into one of their bays and began to work on it even though they had plenty of other vehicles in the bays ahead of me. After running diagnostics they were able to get the parts they needed from across town, make the repairs, even test drove it several blocks to make sure all was in order, all in under 3 hours. So I'm happy that no one had to come over from Olney to fetch me, my transmission was still working, and my truck has been running great ever since. They even helped me pass the time with good coffee and good conversation. Salem is lucky to have these guys, they are a true asset to your community. Thanks guys.Service: Electrical

I went in for an oil change and ended up having a miscommunication about some extra work being done on my tires. when I went to get my vehicle my bill was a lot more than I expected to pay. I left a review about not being happy with my service and Kevin got back to me the same day. He called me when he got in the office next and gave me a refund for the tire service to fix the issue. I really appreciate his efforts to fix this!Service: Oil change

I came in for a wheel alignment that was highly recommend by Foster's in Salem after getting new tires put on. Needless to say I'm very pleased with the staff here at Yardley Automotive. I stopped in on my way down to Florida because i had trailer issues. And he was extremely busy at the time. But he still took the time to look into it. And since he couldnt find the exact issue that was causing the problem. He went out of his way to find a trailer dealer nearby and called ahead for me to see if they could look at it. And gave me direction and everything. Very nice guy and super helpful.
