After taking out a deer with my car, I was in quick search of a different vehicle. I came across this 2018 GMC Terrain with low mileage at Max Dye in Salem. Kenny and Mike were very easy to talk to and gave me info on the SUV. Kenny was also a great help in setting up and telling me the feature of the car. Thanks again guys!!!

Once again I had a fantastic experience at Max Dye, Inc. while purchasing my new truck. My sales rep, Kenny Detmer, went above and beyond to find me the truck that I was looking for. Kenny really listened when I told him what I was hoping to find and then he went out and made it happen. Also thanks to Dan Beavin for his help during closing especially finding us the best deal on a warranty. I ve dealt with this dealership for years and they always go out of their way to give you the best service possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Max Dye is hands down the best place to purchase a vehicle. Salesman Chad is very astute to customer needs and preferences. He allowed me to try out different vehicles helping me make the perfect choice. He is very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles I inquired about and was able to make a trade that I am very satisfied with. The finance department is great as well. Very friendly giving many options to suit my financial preference and he was very professional and quick to complete the deal and explained everything I needed. Great place to work with and friendly!!!!

Family owned and operated. Not many dealers are Family owned. Same owner same dealer for long time. Customers service is above anyone. Max DYE takes care of Customers. A family owner knows how to keep clients.

Wasn't planning on buying anything but I left very happy with a Jeep Gladiator. Was just at another dealership and had left frustrated and taken advantage of. My parents have bought other vehicles from Max Dye and recommended I check them out. Kenny was super nice and helpful. I even went over business hours and they didn't rush me to get out the door. Anyone who asks where I got my Jeep I am happy to say and recommend Max Dye!

Brought my jeep in 3 months ago for some warranty work. Was told it'd take maybe 2 weeks. Mopar had the dealership take my transmission apart then denied warranty. Finally mopar agreed to pay $1,350 in labor for teardown, put back together and install(I agreed to pay what labor didn't cover) Dealership quoted me $1,385 on the same day for teardown, overhaul and install. Then last week i get a text saying my jeep is done BUT the tech went way over on time so they added over $600 labor on the day i was supposed to pick it up. So now they're holding my jeep hostage for an $876 bill, over $600 of that is unauthorized labor and the jeeps not even fixed! Now the service manager won't talk to me, he just directs me to Mike(the owner). They couldn't even get me a proper bill because they don't know how to put $1,350 credit on the bill, very fishy! I strongly suggest ANY other shop as this is easily the most stressful and downright blatant cash grab on a customer they know would love to have their vehicle back. If they'd drop the extra labor I'd gladly pay for parts and go our separate ways.

Best car buying experience I've had!We live 3 hrs away but found the car online and contacted the dealership. Kenny D promptly responded and was amazing to work with. His communication was top notch during the entire process and even after the sale. He arranged to have the car delivered to our door on our desired timeframe. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and courteous - had the car fueled up and washed when it arrived.Would HIGHLY recommend Kenny and the Max Dye team to anyone looking for a new vehicle (even if you're not local to them)!

We recently purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica at Max Dye & it was the easiest vehicle buying experience we have ever had! We had never bought from them before, but seen a van we liked on their website. Within a couple days we were there test driving it & left with it just a couple hours later. The process was very easy & the staff was very nice. Kenny took his time explaining all the vehicle features and answered all the questions we had. Thank you!!

Chad Koester and his team have done it again!! I have bought my second truck from Max Dye Inc. Both vehicles have been used and in good quality. On my second truck, I found when I brought it home that the tail pipe rusted away and was separated from the muffler. Chad and his team made sure it got replaced. They even made the appointment for me and came to my work to pick up my truck to take it to get fixed. I highly recommend going to see Chad and his team, Mike Dye and Dan Beavin at Max Dye Inc. I will be returning when I go on the market for a new truck. Update I bought this truck 4 months ago, in that time, the exhaust fell off and had to be replaced, all four brakes and rotors had to be replaced because they were shot, and the parking brakes had to be replaced. After $800 and one week without my truck, I finally got it fixed. I did contact the saleman hoping for some reply, but none. I do not recommend this place for used cars. I will not be returning.

The service I received from Max Dye was excellent! The thing that I appreciated most was that the salesman I worked with, Kenny, let me control the conversation and respected my goals for the car search. I never felt pressured to consider a car that was outside of my price range or felt that I needed to settle for a car that was not everything I wanted. He took into consideration all my requests for a car and found a great match for my needs! My family has done business with Max Dye for years so it was a natural place for me to start my car search and I'm happy to say it was the only place I needed to work with to find a good deal!

The people were nice. but they ran my credit at over 12 different places without informing me of this. And after me and my wife ask them to just do a couple places. So now my credit score has tanked and is going to take me months if not a year to get back to where I had it. Thank you max dye.

We recently purchased a 2021 chevy Silverado. Chad went above and beyond our expectations to get us into this truck. There was no pressure and he made you feel like he had known you for years. They are down to earth and very nice people. Would do business with them again if we have to.

We shopped all over but came back to Max Dye. We found that other car dealerships lure you in with great internet prices but once you are there, it does not pan out so well. The experience has always been great from the sales to the service. The sales department is very upfront with a good balance of not being too pushy but very knowledge and willing to answer all your questions. We enjoyed working with Chad. He spent a great deal of time making sure we were well oriented with our new purchase. The other great part of purchasing from Max Dye is having such an efficient, helpful service department. Steve has always taken great care of us. The owners are also very friendly, helpful and personable.
