We've had several repairs from this business with good results. However the recent repair was less than satisfactory. Maybe they hired some new staff that wasn't qualified or just plain lazy. 90% of the work was acceptable but the dropped the ball and missed a few obvious cosmetics that were to be fixed. Also they replace oil lines and from the smell of burnt oil may have missed even more. Personally I recommend a better repair shop after this experience. $5,800 repair bill, not sure at this time if that was inflation after. Called the insurance company to review the charges. Sadly they went from great to horrible in a short timeline. Please do not do business here!

They did a great job repairing the damage to the front bumper of my car. Everyone was very nice to deal with. They got my car scheduled for repair quickly and it was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this business.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place is amazing!!!! 5 stars just isn't enough! They are very professional and affordable! I had to have some work done to my fender(a whole new one needed to be put on). In two days I had my car back and they came in just under budget. They did exactly what I needed done and was able to get my bumper looking so much better without having to replace it!! They also detailed my car for me!! I have been to a few places in the southern Illinois area and this is hands down the best. The work they did came with a warranty as well.

My Chrysler 300 received several door dents rather good size. I called and talked to Bob who looked at the car and gave me an estimate. They took the car that day and returned it one day later. They found a crease also and used painless dent repair. Car looks perfect and done at Avery reasonable price. Excellent work and everyone there was plesant to deal with. I had a car in storage for 10 years that I wanted to restore to it's former glory mechanically & aesthetically ..my 1st time experience with Collision Specialists resulted in a detailing job that exceeded my expectations! ..fast, courteous and professional service delivered at low cost ..count me in the fan club!

Gone there for years and always had good experiences. Now they overcharge for everything. Seems like anytime I bring my car in for an oil change another 900 dollar problem is wrong with my car.

We went in for a 30 dollar oil change and they charged us 160 for replacing filters. We were never notified of there being an increase in prices and were quoted at 30 dollars. It wouldn't have been an issue if they had been honest, but it comes across as shady to me. I had great service from Collision Specialists several times in the past but took my car (2000 Pontiac, original owner) there for a routine oil change and air conditioning service and was told I needed a $500 A/C compressor even though the air conditioning was working fine before that. A short time later I noticed my negative battery cable was cut almost straight across. I can't say for certain who cut the cable, or if they did anything to my A/C compressor, but I would be careful.

Didn't totally finish the repair and now im waiting for over 3 weeks for a headlight assembly and my windshield washer fluid doesnt work anymore.
