I recently got in touch with this place for fixing my transmission. The girl was very friendly and helpful. The price seemed to be very good and affordable. The only thing is she told me they were very busy and it would take me a month to get my vehicle done. That doesn't mean I won't recommend them. Like I said I was given a good estimate and I wish I could have gone here. I needed my vehicle done faster than they could get to due to the high volume of people scheduling work. But I would give these guys a call and see what they could do for you they seem like a good business to use.

Great service! I needed tires new tires for my truck and was in within the hour with no appointment. They finished the job very quickly at a great price and gave me recommendations on what else my truck needed.

We were on our way to Venice, Florida from Crystal Lake, Illinois when we realized that something was wrong with our 5th wheel RV and would need to be repaired. We were near Salem so we called and spoke with Bob who said to bring it right over and he would take a look. Even though it was already 3:00 PM on a Friday, he and one of his mechanics, Alex, were willing to stay after closing time to work on our RV and get us back on the road. The charge for the repair was minimal and we were able to avoid having a complete breakdown or worse. Bob and all his employees were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable.

Bad service ,overcharged and never did fix the problem. After 3 tries I was told maybe l should try someone else. We took the motorhome to Thompson Truck in Davenport, Iowa. They were very knowledgeable,fixed the problem, and were great to work with.

I had engine trouble while driving down 57. Took the car in and bob took care of everything. He even helped me contact kia to check on warranty and setup a repair appointment. Very happy with the customer service

Unfortunately due to logistical problems I didn t get to take my truck in to Bob, but I ll tell you what his customer service is top notch. I m in Texas and I had a truck breakdown in the general area and I got on the phone with Bob and immediately felt like he would be the best choice. Due to no fault of his I couldn t get the truck to him, but if your in need I d bet dollars to doughnuts that this is the shop. I wish I could find a bob in Texas.
