I had an issue with my Jeep in this brutal cold, was able to make it here and Mike went above and beyond to help, looking at forums for my vehicle to see why someone might have alter it, took the time to help and explain his thoughts and opinions based on his professional experience. The other employees were just as nice and accommodating!! TOP NOTCH repair shop!! Apryl with the Blue Jeep Wrangler. Will be my go to always.

Finally replaced s after coming back several times to repair slow leaks due to aging tires. Nate discovered badly worn rear brakes and replaced those too. Not an expense I wanted to start off the new year but Suburban saw me quickly gave me a loaner car and did a great job in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. 4 new Good Year Comfort Rides and new rear brakes. Safety first!

Currently, it's October 2023. If I could give them a zero I would. Recently, this location has changed managers. The new manager (Gabe) is somewhat rude. Doesn't seem like he wants to be there at all. This place is not woman friendly. Although I have a decent knowledge of cars, I was made to feel as if I had no idea what I was talking about and ultimately I felt unheard. I will not be going back. There are many places in the area that treat others like they're human and really want to help and fix the issue especially when you're spending money there. Not great people skills. Edit: no thanks "Owner". No response needed unless the manager (Gabe) that you hired at the Roselle location is no longer there. Makes the company look bad.

My wife brought our car in thinking that the headlights weren t working. It turned out that they were working, but a setting somehow got switched. Mike and another employee explained the problem to my wife and did not charge her anything. Thanks, Mike, for such great service. We ll see you again!

World class crew at this location. the two guys at the front desk are a joy to talk to. Same smile and always pointing you in the right direction. Thank you guys you make what is usually a damper on my day something that I actually look forward too. Nothing like some new shoes for my car!Edit: another year with you guys and all my cars and my family's our running flawlessly thanks again suburban tire and Merry Christmas

These people have no shame!!Gabriel and Mike are quite the harbingers of harassing a customer!I stopped in for an oil change and asked for a quote on some tires!They both have tried in any way to make me feel like garbage!Gabe was the most unprofessional individual ever!Long story short, it ll be the last time here!!!And they refused my request for an oil change!I wasted my whole morning!Aurelian left and the people replaced him have no commonsense!It is true: people are the most important asset of a business!You can t rely on the corporate office for help either!! A Matt and John called and they taking their employees side nonthless!Bunch of crooks and I would nt ask for a a quote for tires ever again because they will try to impose on you!!Im pretty sure customers who gave more than one star, were begged for it by the shop employees!

I went in to have a tire repaired and asked for an oil change as well. They did that fine but then tried to sell me a battery saying I needed a replacement. My battery was only 3 months old. I said no thanks. I went to another shop to have the battery checked and it tested out at 100%. Selling unnecessary parts is a scam. I will never return.

Gabe and the team at Suburban Tire did a great job repairing my car again. Kept me updated, were able to get my parts in a day and worked around my work schedule too. I'll be back.

I am always blown away with customer service at this service shop. Mike is an absolutely the best at his job. I originally came in to have them look at why was I loosing air in one of my tires. no other shop wanted to take me right away without an appointment, however, Mike immediately took care of it and I was in and out in under an hour. I brought my second car and have them do all wheel alignment, complete brake job and service. again, the cost, the service and quality where fantastic. I then brought my third car for the same service and could not be happier. I highly recommend this place. Great Service, great quality and most importantly they do not try to scam you to doing something you do not need. Just yesterday, i brought in my 11 years old Xterra for a front end alignment, oil change and all 4 wheel balancing. They checked the alignment and determine that no adjustment was necessary. They didn't charge me for it, even though, they spend time verifying it. Again Thank you Mike and the whole team at Suburban Tire in Roselle.

I was very happy and pleased with the care and great customer service they gave me. Mike, the manager goes beyond excellent. He is very helpful, knowledgable and explain things well. Am glad I found this place. My car tires got fixed and I didnt have to worry about safety issue after they inspected what went wrong. Well I brought my 1988 GTA Trans Am in for an alignment and to correct the steering wheel which was not centered after another shop screwed that up.After placing it on the alignment rack the told me that they couldnt do the alignment or anything else to correct the steering wheel unless I changed my lower control arms and ball joints. So this morning I took it to a different shop and man they nailed it!! Not only were they able to do the alignment and center the steering wheel, they also brought the specs to .01!!! On a 35 year old show car that is incredible!! My ask is that if your mechanics dont know how to work on a car, just say so...dont tell customers they need to change their suspension! btw i asked the new shop about the control arms and they said they are perfect!

Highly recommended place for any automotive work. Mike, the manager, is an amazing guy and always take care of me. I own a small business and bring all of my trucks and tires to him if I ever need anything and he always gets me in super fast and does everything at a super reasonable price. Mike keeps me updated throughout the entire process and I have never had a bad experience even after being there 10-15 different times. I have had a lot of experiences with other automotive shops and they have never been anywhere near this place. Will always be a customer here!

Decided to drive 40 minutes to give Suburban Tire a try. From the moment I walked in the service was top notch. Not only were they on top of everything, but they were also very quick and friendly. After my car was done they quickly reviewed the service and answered the questions I had. The two guys working on the counter are fantastic, super knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I have to say I have never had this good of a service elsewhere. They will have my business from now on. The drive was totally worth it. Thank you!

The guys over here are always so friendly! They give you your options and explain the benefits of buying different grades of tires and they aren't pushy about selling you premium tires if you don't want them. Honest business and fair prices.Shout out to Mike for putting up with and answering my 100+ questions lol and never trying to rush me off the phone or away from the counter!

Mike the manager is an amazing honest dude. He doesn't try to charge add-ons and very detailed on his services and pricing. Very efficient operations and best experiences for I've had for my oil changes compared to competitors in my area. Hands down the best, thank you Mike! I wouldn't go out of my way to give kudos unless it was well deserved.

These ppl are amazing! I m honestly afraid of putting my car in anyone else s hands. They constantly go the extra mile , they are considerate, informative and straight to the point. Love it! I have been taking the cars for my mom and myself over the last several years. The customer service is wonderful with close communication, lead by Michael. The entire experience was nothing short of perfect. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone to make the appointment was very nice and patient. When I dropped my car off to have my tires replaced, they had my car done within an hour and everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. The lobby is kept really clean too. Overall, it was a great experience and more importantly, my car is driving great. Great place to have your car's tires maintained!
