Bought a new car and was looking for a document wallet for my insurance card and registration to keep in my glove box. I called everywhere, and Napa was the only 1 who had them! Friendly efficient service.

Left the battery like a month ago to have them charge it, they never did it, the next day my car was barely cranking as it wasn t fully charged, bought a charger from amazon myself and now it s all good, what a bunch of irresponsible people work there

Paul was very helpful and friendly. The other countermen was very knowledgeable as well. I had called 4 local shops and chose to go to NAPA for my parts because they were the only place that said there was a size variation on the part I needed. They went outside in the cold and measured the part to verify the correct one!!! Great customer service. Prices were fair but, the knowledgeable employees are worth their weight in gold.

I went to this location because I've been shopping here for several years, and they used to have good customer service, until this week that I stopped by to get my parts, the young fellow named john and another worker named Brittany were joking around on the back of the counter and I waited for about 16 minutes to get help and they didn't even care to greet me or ask me if I needed help, by the way very rude employees. I am taking my business to another location, staff over here needs training on how to take care of a customer otherwise don't have people like that working with retail business please.

Bad service. I have been here three times and every time I have to ask for help and it takes 5-10 minutes for someone to come out. Last time, I asked an employee for help and he said he would have to find someone that could work the counter, then I asked another guy for help and he snapped off at me saying "Can I clock in first!". Please train your employees in basic customer service. I am shocked a business like this can function. I will not be back.

I went the Toyota Dealership and they wanted 44 dollars to replace a lightbulb! I went here and they helped me get the right bulbs I needed!!

I ordered a battery which took the guy over an hour to figure out what battery i needed, its been 6 weeks and still no call that it has arrived, i went in there once a week to check. Still havent got it, canceled that order. And everytime else ibgo in there for parts l, they dont have what i need. Napa sucks

Was traveling from Indiana and was having some car issues. I stopped at this location and the entire staff offered assistance, got me the parts I needed and back on the road in no time. Great crew!!!!
