Roselle location been here 3 times... everytime they try to up sell (just need an oil change)... and the last time i left with a new issue and 1 year later it's still an issue. Of course they want me to come back so they can "fix it" when they are the reason for the issue. Yeah right I'm not going back. I left and my steering wheel was "whining" which was a BRAND new issue. Some shady stuff going on here. Steer clear.Looks like they are faking reviews to appear like they have 5 stars. Who is in charge here?And I'm not the the type to leave a review so understand i really mean this. Someone mentioned new personnel needed, i agree 100%. Long overdue.

The best Jiffy Lube experience! 1/15/2024 It's -10 degrees, my car's dashboard is showing low tire pressures. I dropped by this Jiffy Lube location, not for an oil change but in hopes that they can help me put some air in my tires. They did! Jose not only put air in the tires, he also checked my oil level, the windshield wiper fluid, and anti freeze. Shout out to Melissa who drove my car in and Jose who took care of everything!

Today I pulled into the Jiffy Lube in Roselle on Lake st. with a warning on my dashboard for low tire pressure. I asked Rob the manager to look at my back tire because I was quickly loosing air in my tire and didn t think I could make it home. He pulled my car in and quickly fixed my tire FREE OF CHARGE! when I asked him what I owed him he said I was a good customer that had using their services for over 20 years and that this was was on him! I realize a lot of people have experienced bad service when taking their car in for service, but in the many years I ve been coming to this location I ve always experienced quick service and kind service people. My last car ran for over 200,000 miles and I do believe it s because I regularly maintained my cars at this Jiffy Lube. They let me know what needs to be done and never pressure me to do all the maintenance on the same day they just let me know what is the most needed service and the rest i take care on my next visits. I appreciate their customer service and would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for trustworthy mechanics.

It s my first time been here. My friends told me you could bring your own oil and filter to Jiffy Lube, and they will change it for you. But not at this location. Hope others know that this location not accept you bring your own oil and filter.

I've been bringing both of my vehicles in to this location for years and have mostly had very good experiences. However lately, the service has gotten worse.I brought my wife's Camry in for a synthetic oil change and it seemed that the rather large gentleman that was working underneath my car was more interested in woofing down his recently delivered Jimmy Johns sandwich, than paying attention to what he was doing to my car. I was worried that he would forget to do something necessary to the car and cause damage, but everything seems to be fine so far.Years ago when I first started bringing my cars to this location for service, the manager Rob M would always work on my car and be very personable with me. However, over the past few years it seems that Rob M is disconnected from his work and just keeps dancing around by moving his feet real fast. It scares me that he may not be paying proper attention to the service being performed to my car. I suppose things may have changed for him mentally after he received the sex change operation a few years back, but who knows.I hesitate to continue bringing my cars into this location for service since some of the employees seem to be horsing around more than working hard at their jobs.

This is the best location by far! Everyone is so nice and they are always so fast I wouldn't go to another jiffy lube after I go here (I have went to Hanover park and I don't even think they did anything) . I was greeted right away. Once I informed the staff of the service I wished to receive, I was instructed to step out of the vehicle and they would take it from there. I was on a call, so I did not go inside of the establishment right away. Five minutes into my call, I was informed that my service was complete and my vehicle was all set to go. I only got a headlight bulb put in, however taking the car in before work was effortless due to the quick service. The price was not bad considering, if I elected to purchase the bulb myself it would have only been a couple dollars cheaper and I would have had to do the work myself. Given that I had no knowledge of switching out the bulb, I believe spending a little more money was better than the possible headache I would have gotten trying to do it myself. Nice work guys.

Always look for coupons whether for in-store or even online went to get an oil change it'll be a life safer and better on your pockets in general. My experience was good he explained everything in detail what he was going to do and what needed to be done and gave us a detailed breakdown of everything. Able to sit in your car while they do the oil change and it's pretty quick in about 15mins or less and it's first come first serve instead of waiting for find an opening nowadays since the pandemic mostly others are over booked so I went here and I was satisfied and it got the job done in and out.

We spent $550 with them getting our car in shape for a rode trip. We knew we were overpaying but given that we put off the car maintenance till last minute we didn't want to risk having the car tied up at a mechanic. What's upsetting is when you spend that much money and they create more problems and don't resolve everything when your there. At least 3 times we had to turn back around because another light would turn on or the car wouldn't feel right.Update: So after having to go back and forth 5 times my wife was going to come back again but was told the shop was closing and to come back in the AM. This put my wife in danger as the car was not safe to drive. She was never offered a tow or anythingWe got the car the real mechanic and are hoping they can fix it now. Spoke with owner and he seems like a good guy and offered to pay for the repairs that they caused. This still doesn't make up for the time spent, gas wasted, and stress caused. We honestly should be refunded in total for the work done on our car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I always receive prompt and friendly service. The wait time is very minimal and the servicemen are very knowledgeable. They let you of other services that your car may need, but do not do a "hard" sell so you don't feel pressured to pay for more that what you came in for. They also always top off my wiper fluid and vacuum my car.They have a free coffee bar and during the month of February they did extra customer appreciation by providing free, fresh sandwiches - this was perfect as I'd come in right after a very hard workout so I was starving.Thanks to the Roselle, IL Jiffy Lube Team!

This is the only Jiffy Lube location. That I patronize, I drive further, just to patronize this location. Stay clear of Addison s location. Roselle is by far the best.

Everyone seemed pretty knowledgeable and friendly, along with the GM. It's nice to have the donuts in the morning. I am happy they take coupons (receipts from the local Butera - $10 off). I also like the fact they bring you the air filters, explain they need replacement. The prices for replacing the cabin air filter and regular air filter were a bit excessive I thought. I simply purchased the items through Amazon and replaced on my own. Overall, I like the place and it is close to home.

I stopped in just because my washer fluid was dry and I was on my way to an appointment.Not only did the gentleman fill the fluid, he also topped off the low oil. When I was ready to pay he told me no charge. I tried to insist but he said it was ok.How wonderful to find a business like this one who performs such a kind gesture. They will definitely have my future business (even though I live mikes away) and I hope those reading this will do the same.

Went in to see how much they would charge me to put air in my tires. The employee was really nice and told me that they could do it for no charge. It took them less than 5 minutes. Even though I didn t purchase anything from them I was treated like a customer and was even offered water or coffee while I waited. Will definitely recommend Jiffy Lube.
