I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee and after having my vehicle towed, Paul and Jim fixed it right away and were very honest and fair with their prices. I highly recommend them.

Wish I could give them more then just a 5 star had my car towed to them Saturday morning due to a check engine code and by Monday morning they had diagnosed the problem and had it fixed ! Very knowledgeable employees and don t over charge like these other shops ! Definitely will be going back with any repairs needed ! Thank you Jet Auto!

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in after the ABS and traction control lights would come on periodically. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the process. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion, and at a very fair price. I feel like I found my new go-to local mechanic!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Best mechanics, exceptional service and very affordable. They don t try to hustle you out of your money. They thoroughly assess the problem and fix it. Wish I had known about this place long ago. But that s okay .they have gained a forever customer!

This is a gem of a place I have found in my backyard after so many years !!! These guys provide service with honest work ethics, fair prices, and solid experience !!! Jim & Paul (owners) are wonderful people. Not only are they very pleasant, helpful and friendly people to talk to but the level of expertise, knowledge, and experience they bring with the level of honesty is incredible.I had brought in my 2016 Honda Odyssey when I started getting dashboard alerts like FCW system failure message, LDW yellow light on, FCW yellow light on and the check engine lights all on at the same time. Not only was Paul so friendly and helpful right off from my initial phone call but once I dropped off my van to the shop, despite being busy, Jim was very prompt about diagnosing the issue and applying the needed fix/repairs all within the same day in a matter of few hours and got my Van running in top notch condition again. The issue was around VCM(Variable Cylinder Management) where there was cylinder 1 misfire and he took care of the problem with the right set of actions to repair the issue and provided proper guidance giving me all the important information keeping things transparent.These fellows are veterans in the industry with decades of experience that the many other shops don t come close to matching with the younger counterparts and they certainly do not rip you off with unnecessary things or extras that you don t need like many other shops or dealers may do. Hands down one of the best places! Honest and reliable. I came in with a concern about an oil leak another place said I had. Turns out I never had an oil leak to begin with. So glad I found this place. I won't be going anywhere else.

Paul & Jim are very honest and good mechanics, In last 2 years i went to their shop more than dozen times, i feel more comfortable,prices are very reasonable, no BS. They give you good advise & very helpful.I love this place, Lot better than Dealers.They know what they are doing. They take care my both Honda & Toyota.

You will not find a more qualified and fair auto repair shop in the northwest suburbs. Believe me, after I moved to Round Lake, I looked. I've been doing business with Jim for 7 years and he's always been fair and amenable. Between him and his partner, Paul , I know that everytime I entrust my car with them, it's in the best of hands and I know that the pricing and service will be more than reasonable. In today's world, it can be difficult to find people to do business with who are trustworthy and reliable. If that's what you're searching for, look no further.

Jim has worked on our family s cars for over 20 years. With his expertise, we have been able to keep cars roadworthy at least 10 years before choosing to trade in. Excellent service always. I have reviewed these guys before and I feel compelled to do so again! I recently stopped in to Jet Auto as my 2012 Hyundai Elantra had this extremely annoying issue where the car alarm kept triggering off intermittently for no apparent reason. This had been happening for quite a while and I had been to my local Hyundai dealer (who gave me some insane quote to even do a diagnostic check on it)! But I stop in at Jet Auto and Paul looked at it and showed me a sensor location under the hood which he knew could cause the issue. He did a quick adjustment and told me to let him know if the problem re-occurs (not even charging me). Yes, he fixed it! Once again, Jet Auto really proved to me how above and beyond they go for their customers. Thanks guys!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm usually a bit skeptical when it comes to auto shops. I really thought the prices are very fair. The guy Paul that I dealt with is very personable and friendly (genuinely friendly, not fake). He explained everything he did in detail. I feel relieved to finally find a auto shop I can trust. I'm a permanent customer now. Thanks Jet!!!

Great guys. My truck started smoking and the closest place I knew was Jets. I drove up and told Jim what was wrong and he said I could leave it there, no problem. Then he called me the next day to tell me everything and explained what needed to be done. Which was exactly what a buddy of mine told me what was needed. Some issues arose stemming from that which I was also told by a friend could happen and they called me for the go ahead to go and replace it. Very reasonable, very knowledgeable gentleman. Thanks Jim!

Been in and out of this shop ALOT trying to get my car fixed and restored. They have helped me all the way through with my various upgrades and usually knock out big jobs in a day, very good work and I recommend anyone with car troubles here. Diagnosis is spot on and they don't waste your time saying you need this and that because X amount of reasons. They will tell you straight up what your cars problem is, and what needs to be done to fix it. No BS
