Angela was awesome to work with. The sales process was quick and seamless from beginning to end. She helped my buy my first travel trailer, as a newbie her knowledge and experience in the industry was invaluable. Even after my trailer was delivered (I bought from a different state) she continues to assist me with any question I have. Ask for her! Your experience will be as good as mine.

We purchased a travel trailer through camping world about a month ago. Our sales agent was Angela. She was amazing to work with! Very friendly and professional. She answered all our questions and helped us feel at ease purchasing our first travel trailer. I would definitely recommend going to just to see her!

We Live about two hours away from the Roscoe Camping world , but Angela made the entire process so easy and convenient for us. From taking the time to take pictures and send us Personal videos of the campers we were looking at to spending the day with us once we were able to make the drive up there. I felt like she understood our needs and was on our side the entire process. The shop guys were phenomenal helping us understand our new camper. There was a small hiccup at the end, but Sales got everything corrected. The entire team in Roscoe deserves a big thank you! I will definitely be sending friends and family your way.

For the past several months, my wife and I have been exploring the idea of purchasing an RV. Not having owned one before, we were unsure of what type of RV would be best for us, or what to look for in buying one. Thankfully, we went to Camping World (just north of Rockford) and were helped by a very pleasant and thoughtful sales person named Celine. She carefully guided us through the process. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering our questions. Additionally, we met her sales manager, Chris, who was also pleasant and informative. After visiting several other RV dealers around Southern Wisconsin, we realized Celine and Camping World gave us the best service and had the most professional dealership. We would highly recommend Camping World for anyone looking to purchase an RV!

We had a great experience buying our new camper at Camperworld. From our salesperson Amy to Joe for our walkthrough it was great. There was no pressure at all. We discussed the sale over the phone and when we got there it was smooth from beginning to end. If we ever buy again it will be with Amy.

If we could give 10 stars, Sam would deserve them! He was so accommodating!! With us being 6 hrs away, he went over & above to get the information to us that we needed to make an informed decision!! Well, really it was getting the info to me actually, I'm the OCD one. I sent him a barrage of questions, and he made me a video and went through each & every question & got me measurements when I asked for measurements. He is so friendly, professional, eager, knowledgeable, and the absolutely most amenable person I've ever had the pleasure to work with in sales! I even forgot my shades and he's graciously offered to ship them back to me!! I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone anywhere in the US who is looking for an RV, Samuel Janczak is your go to guy! Our sales person Amy was a different positive change of pace. Showed us the options, what our payments would be for a couple of different units. No pressure to buy. No dumb sales tactics. Just a great presentation of their offerings. I would recommend looking at them if your in the RV market.

What a great place! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk made my day by welcoming and loving on my 2 dogs. They even remembered all our names the next day! Super helpful and great deals on camping goodies. I love that I can take the dogs here and go shopping. Thanks, Camping World!!

I was welcomed in when I came through the door. Jaime listened patiently to all my questions as a first time RVer. She was able to show me models that fit our needs and also showed me ones to help me rule some out. Great, friendly service.

Recently bought a camper from Camping World Roscoe,IL.We live closer to another Camping Word but prefer the staff in Roscoe,IL. It was the 4th camper we purchased from the Roscoe location. Celine Clemens went the extra mile to find us just what we were looking for. Interacted with the General Manager, the Financial Manager, the Sales Manager and the Service Manager, and at least 4 or 5 other employees. Everyone of them treated us like family. Pretty sure this won't be our last camper purchase and look forward to working with all of them in the future.

Went in one day to look at a camper, and things were great. Started off by looking and our excitement lead us to more than we wanted for first time camper owners. I went back the next day to look at something more affordable. They were totally understanding. But that is where I felt it went down hill. Over the next week I would call and "your sales person is unavailable, Can I leave a message" 3 times. After 4 hours I would call back. I was told the finance guy would call me on one of those calls.I spoke with my bank about financing and they wanted spec sheets and pricing so we could work out financing on my end. Called "sorry your sales person is off", I asked to speak with the finance guy "sorry he is busy". I asked to speak to the sales manager "sorry he is also busy, can I take a message and have him call you?" This was a Thursday, and as of Monday noon, NOTHING. I texted asking for my deposit back since it is clear that they aren't interested in communicating with clients. Marcus should think about closing this store.Save yourself the headache.

I walked in un sure on what I wanted since it was my 1st travel trailer. I had an idea but I am too tall for most travel trailers in the bathroom area. Amy helped me find the perfect camper with the height I needed at a great price. She made my experience easy and hassle free. I love my new camper. Amy is hands down the best sales associate I have ever did business with. She got me squared away with everything I needed and my camper was ready for pick up the very next day. Thanks Amy!!

Friendly crooksAfter adding 5.3 gallons of propane, the employee told the cashier 6 gallons. I asked the cashier of they charge by the gallon, half gallon, or something else and she said "whatever they tell me". I asked if they could input a specific number, like 5.3, and she said she could input anything. I also asked if she thought this was an issue and she essentially shrugged her shoulders and didn't care. She admitted to hearing this from other customers recently too.Camping World, you guys continue to disappoint. Granted the price difference between 5.3 and 6 gallons isn't much, but it's the principle.I'll do my very best to take my business elsewhere.

My family and I stopped at Camping World to learn about Travel Trailers and which might be a good fit for us.Ana was our salesperson and she went above and beyond to teach us about the world of trailers but also helped us narrow down our search.She was polite, informative, and had a good grasp on what she was selling as well as what we needed.When we decide to buy (which may be sooner now with all the information Ana gave us!), we'll definitely be heading back to this location.

While visiting the area on our cross country road trip, we stopped in at Camping World to get a few things. The kids really wanted to look at some RVs, and we had the pleasure of having Amy take us out to look at a few. She was extremely friendly and gave us first class service. She took us out on a golf cart to view some RVs and totally made the kids day. Thanks Amy!

We recently purchased our first RV from Camping World in Roscoe and it was a very positive experience.Angela/Angie provided extraordinary service throughout, even virtually holding our hands when my husband and I were both stricken with Covid. Angie even communicated with my husband in the hospital to offer well wishes and answers to his concerns!When we were finally able to complete our purchase months later, Angie made certain we were provided with a safe, sanitary experience during each step of the process.Every member of the team was incredibly respectful and responsive to our needs, from Derek our technician to Donny who advised us with our initial purchases.I give these folks high marks. We recently purchased a camper here. We spent several hours looking at options with our two toddlers. The sales team was very patient and accommodating and even gave our kids popcorn to snack on.On the day of pickup the service team spent over an hour going through the camper with us and helping us hook up for the first time which was very helpful.

Purchased a 2017 Jayco Memorial Day weekend. Did not even get a temporary plate to use to take the trailer home. That had to be mailed after a few days of repeated calls. It's now late September, my temp plates have expired and I have still not received my plates! Repeated calls only result in getting a run around. "The person handling this is not in." "She's sick today." "She's working from home, I'll have her call you." "We just need a signature for a Power of Attorney." The Manager, Chris, the person in charge dumps on someone else. Won't even take personal responsibility and promise to look into the issue and get back to me. Experience worse than buying a car. Especially after they get your money.
